Representative Josh Heintzeman is a perfect embodiment of the clowns, dweebs, and trolls that the RINO establishment cooks up and force feeds to the public. Despite lacking interpersonal skills and ethical boundaries, Heintzeman has climbed the ladder of the GOP establishment in the State House and is the Chair of the House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) which violated the MNGOP Constitution by giving nearly $35K to unendorsed incumbent RINOs in deep red district primaries. He now finds himself in new hot water over dirty tactics he tried to employ against a POLICE CHIEF!

Many readers of Action 4 Liberty articles are well-aware of how slimy, crooked, and incompetent Heitzenmen is. A perfect display of Josh’s incompetency can be seen here when he drove 160 miles then knocked on Erik Mortensen’s door and unknowingly tried to convince Mort’s WIFE to vote for RINO boozin’ Bob Loonan INSTEAD of Mort! Heintzeman can be seen getting out of dodge as soon as Mort rolled into the driveway!  

Now Heintzeman is facing a new trouble in his own district (Crow Wing County) where it appears that he used his power and influence to try to manipulate Pequot Lake Police Chief Mike Davis after Davis signed a petition to allow Troy Scheffler on the ballot. Scheffler is running against Josh Heintzeman under the “America First” party label in House district 6B. Chief Mike Davis says he signed the petition while off-duty, has not endorsed any candidate publicly, and the petition signature did not signify an endorsement. He was quoted in the Star Tribune saying "People are tired of the two-party system," "Why not give a third option?"

Scheffler filed a complaint including an affidavit from Police Chief Davis with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) which can be seen in full at the bottom of the article. It alleges that on 6/12/24 corrupt RINO Heintzeman discovered Davis’ name on the petition and called him up. The petition continues stating that Heintzeman tried to get the police chief to say his petition signature was a joke and then tried to shame him into withdrawing support and get Davis to support Heintzeman instead. As seen at bottom, around 6/25/24 Heintzeman threatened Davis that he would retaliate over support for Scheffler on a call over unrelated matters. 

Heintzeman allegedly then called the Pequot Lakes Mayor, the Pequot Lakes City Administrator, the Minnesota Police Chiefs Association, and the Minnesota Peace Officer Standards and Training Board to allege that Police Chief Davis was breaking the law! The Police Chiefs Association gave Chief Davis a heads up about Heintzeman’s call and their Exec. Dir. Jeff Potts said in the Star Tribune article “Honestly it felt like [Heintzeman] was trying to bring me into it, but I don’t live up there, so I don’t know the situation”. The calls to the city were seemingly intended to put Davis’ employment at risk by accusing him of political criminal activity. Heintzeman reportedly denies that the calls were about gaining Davis’ support despite the complaint alleging the following from Pequot Lakes Mayor “the Mayor ‘felt that Respondent’s [Heintzeman’s] intent was to have [the mayor] convince Davis to not vote for Complainant [Scheffler].”'

Probable cause was found for Scheffler’s complaint on Minn. Stat. §211B.07 while the complaint on Minn. Stat. § 211B.075 was dismissed purely due to the court’s lack of jurisdiction. The court further ordered Heintzeman and Scheffler to appear before Administrative Law Judge Megan McKenzie via videoconference at 10AM on October 15, 2024 for the probable cause hearing.

The petty, insecure, and ego-driven nature of Josh Heintzeman is not a unique quality in politicians but it has gotten out of control at this point. It is perfectly legal for Chief Davis to sign a petition while off duty to allow a candidate on the ballot in the district he resides in. Government employees are obviously prohibited from engaging in political activities while on the job or using their offices to benefit a candidacy. Again, Davis has not endorsed any candidate. It is also corrupt for Heintzeman to use his title to threaten a conservative Police Chief instead of building a bridge. Heintzeman should do some serious soul-searching as to why so many conservatives in his district are fed up with him instead of attacking them and lying. Heintzeman's tactics as a campaigner are indicative of his leadership in the House and as Chair of the corrupt HRCC.

Among the claims about what Heintzeman said on the phone to Davis includes that a Democrat can win the district if the conservative vote is split. This claim is laughable for many reasons. The first is perhaps the most obvious and cynical: The vast majority of voters are trapped in the two party mindset and will refuse to vote against it, even when they know it is in their best interest. Even in the deepest of red or blue districts, some voters will be fooled into thinking that a vote for a third party candidate could cost the ‘lesser evil’ the election. However, this would be inaccurate in district 6B because roughly two-thirds of the electorate supports the GOP in local races and it is far from a swing district. Due to typical propensity of voters, Scheffler will likely not be competitive. Also, due to the “America First” party label he will hold on the ballot, he will appeal almost exclusively to conservative voters. He may outperform standard third party runs due to Heintzeman being a RINO who is unworthy of being called the "America First" candidate.

In the hypothetical where Troy Scheffler is competitive with Heintzeman and each candidate gets 33% along with their Democrat opponent, which is the only reality in which Heintzeman’s argument could make sense, Scheffler would only have to shave off 1-2% of Democrats into voting for him to win! This theory, while fun, is not based in reality. Also not observing and accepting reality is Josh Heintzeman. Only rare opportunities would allow for a third party candidate to either win the race outright or win a serious enough percentage to give the race to the Democrats. Heintzeman’s fearmongering is typical of crony politicians on the ropes. 

One interesting note is that Police Chief Mike Davis is the brother of State Rep. Ben Davis in District 6A. Many consider Ben Davis to be very conservative because only he and Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) endorsed President Trump. Wesenberg endorsed Trump in November 2023 and Rep. Davis endorsed Trump in December 2023. No other incumbent MN legislator publicly endorsed Trump before the primary. With a district in the same Senate district as Heintzeman, Rep. Davis appears to be friendly and has posted many pictures with Heintzeman on his Facebook page. While this may look like support, we suspect that Rep. Davis has simply been using this as a tool to inform voters of how short Heintzeman the troll is! See below:

Tyrant Tim Walz is looking to rewrite history and indoctrinate your children. As Minnesotans, we have long been aware of how radical Tim Walz is but this has been highlighted on a national stage since selected by Kamala as her running mate.

Concern has been raised surrounding a Tim Walz Dept. of Education appointment of an individual who is a radical, critical race theorist who is openly anti-American and believes our government should be overthrown. The appointed individual is Brian Lozenski and was chosen by Walz to help write the statement education framework for “ethnic studies” in public schools. See the 5/13/24 document from the MN Dept. of Edu. listing the members of the Ethnic Studies Working Group:

Lozenski is a professor of “urban and multicultural education” at Macalester College. As seen in the above document, he apparently has history teaching children in grades K-8 about ‘ethnic studies’ in St. Paul public schools. Interestingly, Lozenski has testified before the State House Education Committee in support of the ‘Ethnic Studies for All” bill on 2/28/23 which can be seen here. Lozenski made it perfectly clear that he wanted to see the rewriting of history and require students be forced to endure divisive, racial propaganda in order to graduate! More on the meeting can be found here. Due to the 2/28/23 committee appearance, it appears Walz was PREPARED to select this guy A YEAR & THREE MONTHS before he was appointed!

The Senate version of this radical education bill, SF1476, was ultimately added into an unconstitutional, multi-subject omnibus bill (in this case the Education Finance Bill, HF2497). This bill is also known as the “Tampons in Boy’s Bathrooms” bill. This was passed in the Senate with a party line vote (except RINO Carla Nelson who voted with the Dems) and passed in the House with no Republicans voting for it and one phony moderate Democrat joining the GOP in opposition. This was signed into law by Walz on 5/24/23. 

Lozenzki admitted even more radical viewpoints in a since deleted video posted on YouTube by a group called “The Solidarity Group”. Prior to its deletion, Alpha News was able to capture Lozenski’s anti-American rhetoric which can be seen here. In that video from 5/27/22, Lozenski defines critical race theory and why he is a believer in it. He stated “The first tenant of critical race theory is that the United States as constructed is irreversibly racist” and further said about the U.S. government “then it must be done with, it must be overthrown.”

The MN Dept. of Edu. was supposed to have the ethnic-studies framework available for public comment from August 9th to August 22nd but there has been NOTHING published! Again on Sept. 24th, 2024 no framework was provided to the public (as covered by the American Experiment). The policies they choose will go INTO EFFECT on October 31 due to statutory requirements which means that Lozenski and Walz are hiding this until the very last minute! Parents deserve to know what their children are being taught and it should not be a hidden policy crafted by radicals like Lozenski! 

The Democrats’ racist indoctrination agenda belongs nowhere near public schools and immediate accountability needs to take place. The most likely scenario is Lozenski steps aside because it damages the Democrats and Walz will play dumb. It should be noted that EVEN IF Walz were to force Lozenski to resign, it is still going to be the policies that Lozenski helped write that go into effect! Walz is sneaking insane people into our government and We The People need to take it back! Lozenski is also a board member for the Education for Liberation Network which has a Minnesota “EdLib” chapter that supports mandating ethnic studies for students, removing resource officers from schools, and posted a poem on their events page supporting the abolition of cops and prisons. Walz has made several bird-brained decisions on appointments, not just in political terms, but in practical terms. The ‘Feeding Our Future’ scam was one of many undeniable failures during the Walz tenure that got ZERO accountability. As another example, his appointment for the Director of the office of Cannabis, Erin DuPree, who resigned one day after assuming the job following allegations that she sold illegal products in the state through her Apple Valley company. To date, that appointment is yet to be filled by a permanent selection. 

Walz is too busy dancing and playing a ‘dad’ character to actually govern and take care of Minnesota. He rules by dictate because he lacks the skills, Constitutional principles, and know-how to do things correctly. Walz’ corruption and lack of transparency is a perfect match for a cackling, out of touch phony like Kamala. If given more power, Walz will only get more corrupt. November’s election may determine the fate of our nation for good.

The House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) is a party unit of the MNGOP and is obligated to abide by the party’s Constitution, bylaws, and Endorsements from grassroots Republican delegates. Unfortunately, the HRCC is an incumbency protection racket that chose to support incumbent, un-endorsed RINOs in clear violation of the party Constitution in the process. 

The establishment always protects itself and the HRCC is their corrupt cash-pit. The HRCC would argue their goal is to help elect a Republican majority to the state house, however, their focus is clearly on red district primaries rather than swing district general elections. In other words, if you have donated to any of the candidates before, they are spending that money AGAINST your interests! Sometimes you can’t even trust your local GOP candidate with your donations! Why would they choose to fund an organization that squashes the grassroots? In one interesting case, Pam Altendorf was attacked viciously by the HRCC just two years ago but she is now shelling out $7K when they have done NOTHING to change the corruption!

Three races in particular drew attention due to long time incumbents being challenged by grassroots Patriots where all three incumbents did not win their endorsing convention. These races were RINO Ron Kresha v. Diane Webb-Skillings (10A), RINO Greg Davids v. Gary Steuart (26B), and RINO Brian Johnson v. Jimmy Gordon (28A).

Upon review of the HRCC’s Campaign Finance Board September 2024 report, nearly $35K were spent protecting these three RINOs. See below:

Despite the MASSIVE amount of money poured into Brian Johnson’s campaign, Jimmy Gordon crushed him in the primary! Additionally, Gary Steuart caused a close race and Diane caused the closest legislative primary in the state! It is clear that the HRCC cost Diane and Gary their primaries and attempted to do the same to Jimmy Gordon. Hopefully, Gordon stays principled and does not give ANY money to the HRCC after what they pulled on him! Considering the video seen below, Gordon doesn’t seem like he will forget anytime soon!

Also included in the report shows the HRCC spending thousands of dollars on pizza, groceries, and alcohol for “events”. It appears the alcohol at Total Wine was purchased less than two weeks ago! This should maybe come as no surprise as politicians appear to have a disproportionate amount of alcoholics compared to the general population. There was also nearly $50K spent for a little known company out of Alexandria, VA called ‘Enlighten Solutions’ which is headquartered in the home of political consultant Aaron Leibowitz. This group has a longstanding connection to the HRCC yet it remains unclear why out of state businesses are being used. See spending below:

We have reported extensively on the HRCC including the post-endorsing convention HRCC’s fundraiser for the three aforementioned incumbent RINOs, spending money for the RINO mailers, and violating the MNGOP Constitution. Very few will stand up to the corrupt practices of both Republicans and Democrats but Action 4 Liberty paves the way for that fight.

Insider politicians do NOT respect the will of conservative delegates and THAT will be the reason Minnesota may not see a Republican state house after November’s election. The establishment RINOs like Lisa Demuth, Josh Heintzemen, Paul Torkelson, and others on the HRCC steering committee have squandered money in red district primaries that should’ve been used in swing district general elections.

Minnesotans were forced to live under tyranny during Covid because of power hungry hacks like Walz and spineless RINOs, especially RINOs with leadership positions in the state legislature. 

Among the RINOs to blame for the never ending, unconstitutional Emergency Power declaration by Walz, Paul Gazelka tops the chart. Gazelka was cutting deals with Democrats insteading fighting ruthlessly to end the Emergency Powers, refused to fire tyrant Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm (whose appointment was never approved by the state senate), and refused to bring a vote to end Emergency Powers at the adjournment of the 2020 legislative session. Gazelka’s humiliating, last place Governor campaign was emblematic of how little conservatives respected him and his lack of courage when a fighter was needed. 

Despite having ZERO credibility on Covid or conservative leadership, Paul Gazelka has a book out that purports that he was a FIGHTER against Walz! Libraries and stores who are unfortunate enough to own a few copies of this book would be better served putting it in the fiction section because it doesn’t bear resemblance to reality. See below:

Gazelka may talk tough about Walz NOW but he had the following to say about Walz and the 2019 State of the State speech Tyrant Timmy gave: “We’re not here to have petty arguments with one another … we’re not here to send out mean tweets” and continued “The Governor is reaching out to us and saying let’s build Minnesota together,” Gazelka said. “We will respond to that together. We will respond to that positively and say, ‘We can do this.’ ”

Gazelka’s desperate attempt to stay relevant in Minnesota politics hits a wall once people discover his record. His credibility has been diminished because it is clear that he is an establishment, boot-licking phony. Below you will find several examples of the actual leadership of Gazelka:

• Cut budget and bonding bill deals with Dems while Emergency Powers were ongoing
• Advocated for a fake & dangerous “end” Emergency Powers bill. 
• Voted for HF2414 (2019) which increased spending by $2B and funded Planned Parenthood abortions.
• Publicly admitted that Republicans (including him) vote to fund abortions.
• Voted for HF4404 (2018) and HF1 (2020) which were debt bills that spent a combined $2.75B.
• Negotiated the debt bills with Walz and lobbyist legislator Kurt Daudt while there was a $2.4B surplus.
• Refused to allow the Never Again Bill to be heard on the senate floor.
• Proposed a budget that grew the size of government by $4.2B or 9% and increased the funding for the tyrannical Dept. of Health that targeted small businesses by $2.5B or 18%.
• Increased the funding of Antifa Keith Ellison’s budget by $8M or 17%.
• Added his signature to a resolution promoting a liberal gay pride group for “contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community” including children!
• A campaign staffer for Gazelka during his Governor campaign, Mandy Heffron, deleted names of duly elected delegates and replaced them with non-duly elected delegates in Morrison County.

While Gazelka is seeking to rewrite history, Action 4 Liberty will continue to remind Patriots of the truth. Election season is in full swing. In Minnesota, all 134 State House seats will be on the ballot. The Democrat-Trifecta in St. Paul has rammed through every item on the far-left’s wish list. New laws passed include no limits on abortion, tax increases, mandates, and a dangerous “red flag” law. Many believe this gives Republicans an opportunity to flip the State House, including outgoing Democrat Representative Gene Pelowski.

Pelowski has represented his district in southern Minnesota for decades. Once a Democrat stronghold is now a swing seat, likely leading him to announce his decision to retire. Pelowski was one of Action 4 Liberty’s targets during the COVID lockdown battle. Despite claiming to be a moderate, he repeatedly voted to extend Governor Tim Walz’s tyrannical emergency powers order.

In a clip shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), Pelowski said it would be “a good thing” for Republicans to take control of the Minnesota House. Going even further, he believed that a session repealing and fixing bad laws would be a good thing.

While Pelowski talks a good game, he stood idly by while all these crazy laws and mandates were forced through the legislature. His only notable dissension from his party was with the “Pro-Act,” otherwise known as the Democrat’s unlimited abortion law.

Pelowski is correct in saying that a divided government is needed now more than ever. He does not, however, deserve any kind of praise for his statement. Like every other politican, his actions speak louder than his words. He is just openly admitting that he was taken along for the ride by his hijacked political party.

President Donald J. Trump survived a second assassination attempt against his life while golfing at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. The failed shooter has been identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, a Hawaii resident with a reported lengthy criminal history in North Carolina. Routh is reported to be a Bernie Sanders supporter with donations to Democrat candidates/causes. It has been confirmed that Routh is a registered Democrat. See Trump’s post on Truth Social below:

The response from Democrats has been milquetoast and underwhelming. Biden, Kamala, and Walz have all put out subsequent statements opposing political violence but it is clear that they will not stray from their attack lines despite the unprecedented risk Trump faces. In a sign of unity, each should call for the kangaroo court cases against Trump be dropped.

This becomes the second attack on the former President since the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania which wounded two Patriots and killed heroic father Cory Comperatore. Secret Service located Routh and fired at him before Routh fled and was detained 37 miles later. A clip of the bodycam footage of the arrest has been released, reportedly by the Martin County Sheriff William Snyder. Federal gun charges have been filed against Routh.

The violent, dangerous rhetoric and actions by Democrats is proving to have deadly consequences. The labeling of Trump as a ‘threat to democracy”, a “fascist”, and a “dictator” by the fake news media is brainwashing the citizens of our country, turning some into mindless, Trump derangement syndrome patients who will commit acts of violence/murder to cure their disease. The Russiagate hysteria seems especially prevalent in this case. Elon Musk shared a compilation of Democrat politicians/officials using radical and violent (call to action) language throughout Trump’s presidency and post-presidency.

Many have rushed to research Ryan Routh in hopes of understanding the motive among other things. The lack of transparency that is still underway about Trump’s first attempted assassin, Thomas Crooks, is a dangerous cover-up and Patriots are worried the same kind of operation is underway now. Elon Musk’s social media platform X was one in which Ryan Routh had an account and frequently posted, however, that profile has since been removed. See below:

Routh is an evil man who tried to kill President Trump but it would best serve the public to leave the profile up, in the intermediary, so the public can research the assassin for themselves. It is not clear at the time of writing if this decision was made by Musk alone or if he did this in coordination with the FBI or other intelligence agency. Neighbors of Routh in Hawaii have come out and said “People were afraid of him [Routh]”.

Shockingly, Routh has been interviewed by Newsweek in 2022 while he was visiting Ukraine. In that interview, Routh was asked why he was there and he said “My initial goal was to come and fight”, and claims that he was rejected from serving because he has zero military background and his age. It is a bit surprising that Ukraine would not accept this man into the service considering the fact that Volodymyr Zelenskyy is drafting the mentally ill, mentally retarded, and cancer patients into their war with Russia. If Routh could not meet those incredibly low standards, this visit should have drawn some national intelligence attention.

The debate exists currently as to whether Ryan Routh is a rogue, deranged individual or if higher level coordination was in place. Some reporting indicates that he was a recruiter for the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine while Zelenskyy and the Legion dismisses these claims. He was found in a propaganda video for the Azov Battalion (Ukraine’s national guard), was interviewed by Semafor discussing recruiting Afghanis for Ukraine, and even wrote a book that encouraged the assassination of Trump!

For full transparency, the failed assassin does appear to have voted for Trump in 2016 but was subsequently brainwashed. In the previously mentioned book, Routh writes that it would be acceptable for Iran to assassinate Trump/Trump voters (including himself) because of the U.S.’ withdrawal from the Iran Nuclear Agreement. Perhaps Routh was an uninformed voter because Trump was a vocal opponent of the deal as early as 2015. His views appear to be a little complicated and convoluted, including a onetime appeal for Nikki Haley and Vivek Ramaswamy to join forces to beat Trump (despite Vivek and Nikki being polar opposites on the Ukraine War).

Last night held a much watched, highly anticipated debate between President Trump and VP Kamala Harris. 

This debate comes after the DNC undemocratically installed Kamala Harris with zero competition. After Biden’s dementia could no longer be covered up following the first 2024 Presidential debate, a coup was staged and Biden was threatened with Section 3 of the 25th Amendment. This was not because puppet Biden was out to lunch (even though he was), it was because their puppet became unelectable.

The new puppet of the Establishment, Kamala Harris, has hid from the public and refused to do any media except for a joint interview with Tyrant Walz on the left-wing, fake news outlet CNN with Dana Bash. This debate was the FIRST time she has had to stand alone.

While the media is propping up Kamala and praising her debate performance, it is only because they are happy that their puppet can memorize talking points and 90 second speeches. Many Americans don’t see a fighter in Kamala, they see an actress who will do or say anything for power. Unfair moderators ganged up on Trump repeatedly and incorrectly “fact-checked” him! What is the point of a fact-check if the fact-check is a lie?!?

Trump dropped some MAJOR truth bombs during the debate and made Kamala squirm as he forced her to defend extremely unpopular late term and post-birth abortions, to which she refused to answer. Trump stated “Her Vice Presidential pick says abortion in the ninth month is absolutely fine.” and also stated that Walz supports post-birth abortions. Biased moderator Linsey Davis later interjected as a “fact-check” claiming no state has laws where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born. 

That is NOT true! Trump was 100% right! Minnesota has legalized abortions post-birth and the Democrats deny it by claiming that those abortions “never happen”. If they never happen then why not make them illegal?

Tim Walz signed SF2995 which was a massive 845 page omnibus bill. Included in this bill which repealed laws requiring physicians “take all reasonable measures [...] to preserve the life and health of any born alive infant that is the result of the abortion” and replaced it with vague language about “care”. This bill was preceded by HF1, the Democrats’ number one priority in January 2023. HF1 was a radical abortion bill with zero guardrails against late term or post-birth abortions. This was intentionally designed to be vague so that any and all abortions would be legal, even if the baby was born alive. 

Representatives Harry Niska and Deb Kiel attempted to offer amendments to the bill that would address post-birth abortions however Democrats used dirty maneuvers to change the amendment so they wouldn’t have to vote on tough questions. Rep. Neu Brindley was able to get her amendment voted on after an unnecessary rules fight because Rep. Sydney Jordan played the same disgusting trick as the previous amendments. When it finally got a vote, it failed because it was an exact tie vote, 67-67 in the House! See Neu Brindley’s amendment below:

The Democrats in the House tried to hide from their radical agenda on post-birth abortions for several votes and if only one more Rep. had a spine, it would have been added into the bill! HF1 was signed into law by Tyrant Tim Walz.

Debate Fact Check: Trump told the TRUTH about Kamala and Walz’ support for late term and post-birth abortions.

In the debate, Trump confronted Kamala and asked if she supported abortions in the seventh, eighth, and ninth months. Harris refused to answer and just said “Come on” and asked if Trump will veto a national abortion ban despite the fact that he has said he wants the states to let the people vote on the issue! Why allow scummy politicians to make the rules when We The People should decide the laws that govern us for ourselves!?

This debate gave enough soundbites and clips for Kamala and the fake news media to claim victory but they were going to claim she won no matter what happened. However, a smirking, snarky, holier than thou attitude with pre-rehearsed facial expressions and phony calls for unity. She continued the lie, which even CNN has properly fact-checked as false, that Trump said the Charlottesville riot had fine people. With context, Trump said there were fine people on both sides of the debate on the removal of certain statues. It is maybe to Trump’s benefit that the Dems continue to run this lie because it only takes 5 minutes of research to see his full comments where he first condemned violence and called for peace & unity. The next day he held a press conference (foreign concept to Biden/Kamala/Walz) and discussed how there were fine people on both sides debating whether or not certain statues should be taken down.

Most Americans saw a poised, funny, prepared, and tough version of President Trump. Notably absent from the debate was any mention of the horrific assassination attempt against Trump. On all top issues for Americans such as the economy/inflation, the border, and preventing World War 3, President Trump won. 

Trump also gave Minnesota plenty of mention, including the fact that Kamala tweeted support for the criminal organization ‘Minnesota Freedom Fund’ (Minnesota Felon Fund). Despite Kamala’s denial and shapeshifting on the issues, she cannot change the truth. The post is still on her X account and can be seen below:

One interesting statement to come from Trump during the debate was about Biden and Kamala’s relationship when he said “I’ll give you a little secret. He hates her. He can’t stand her.” which underlies a broader understanding of what is at play. This statement alone could warrant a groundbreaking discussion of the inner-workings of the puppet Biden Administration. Following this statement, Biden today briefly wore a red "Trump 2024" hat while speaking with Trump supporters. Despite doing it humorously, Biden knows he significantly disrespected Kamala in the process. See below:

This debate was perhaps just a tool to harden support for each candidate but remains the only way Kamala can actually be questioned. The failures of Kamala and Biden’s record are incomprehensible and will lead to the destruction of our country. The lies by Kamala will only be accurately fact-checked by Action 4 Liberty in Minnesota! We hope to see both candidates commit to several more debates before the election. Imagine a Republican candidate who is so unpopular with the grassroots that their own congressional district GOP unit refuses to endorse them, despite being the only Republican in the race.

Unfortunately for carpetbagging neocon RINO Joe Teirab, this hypothetical is a reality. 

Teirab is the GOP nominee for CD2 to run against incumbent Democrat Rep. Angie Craig. As CD2 is considered the only Congressional swing district in Minnesota, eyes have been on this race since the beginning. 

Joe Teirab initially had a GOP opponent named Tayler Rahm. Rahm became the clear choice of the grassroots and crushed Teirab during the CD2 endorsing convention. Teirab had pledged to abide by the endorsement and not pursue a primary if he lost, but he reneged on that promise just ahead of the convention. It was clear to all political observers that Rahm was on his way to win the primary and would become the GOP nominee.

However, Globalist RINO Tom Emmer had other plans. As the Trump campaign leader for Minnesota, Emmer weaponized his role to BUY OUT Teirab’s competition with a “Trump” campaign job. It is not clear that Tayler Rahm has accomplished ANYTHING of substance for Trump’s campaign since backstabbing his supporters. To be clear, Rahm took a job for Emmer, not for Trump. Teirab has been Emmer’s hand-picked candidate in this race and CD2 has become fed up with Emmer inserting himself in their business.

Now things take a hilarious and desperate turn. Emmer’s congressional district, CD6, is controlled by Emmer puppet Bobby Benson. Despite his required obligations to be a neural Chair before the endorsement, Benson is a longtime paid staffer for Emmer. Benson rigged the 2024 CD6 endorsing convention so that Chris Corey, Emmer’s only opponent for the endorsement, was not allowed to speak or seek the endorsement. They smeared Corey’s character, misrepresented him, and lied about him. After grassroots Patriots attempted to change the rules of the convention, Benson kicked Corey out of the convention. 

As we’ve previously reported, Teirab has again failed to receive the GOP endorsement by the CD2 GOP Full Committee about a week ago after they refused to consider his endorsement. Because Teirab isn’t capable of convincing the voters of “his” district, the CD6 GOP is trying to endorse him! Not only is this ridiculous and desperate but it is also unconstitutional!

This illegitimate endorsement is unconstitutional in relation to Article V, Section 3, Part B, Rule 3 of the MNGOP Constitution which notably states “Only one candidate may be endorsed per seat for a particular office.” See the full rule below:

Angie Craig and the Democrats will have a hay-day over this endorsement! It is proof that MNGOP cronies will break the rules to benefit the Establishment, even when they reside in a completely different district! Imagine the conniption that the RINOs would’ve had if CD2 chose to endorse Chris Corey over Tom Emmer! No way that would’ve flied! 

It is perfectly clear that Joe Teirab is incapable of uniting conservatives to support his campaign and he will lose in November to psychotic Angie Craig. The inevitable loss may be one reason CD2 conservatives are refusing to endorse Teirab, as it may very well be true that he could drag down the rest of the ticket. Teirab has failed time and time again and has zero grassroots support. He has desperately reached out to delegates to no avail, and now, even the establishment has given up on Teirab. The Congressional Leadership Fund is not buying ads for Teirab as seen in the September 3rd listing of ad buys by Punchbowl News.

The grassroots have rejected the uniparty scam despite the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent by the establishment in GOP primaries for RINOs. Included in on this hitjob is MNGOP party unit HRCC which supported three unendorsed incumbent RINOs like Ron Kresha (10A), Greg Davids (26B), and Brian Johnson (28A). 

Teirab, Emmer, and the establishment are learning a very important lesson, grassroots Patriots are fed up with your games! Action 4 Liberty will continue to expose the slimy corruption in our state regardless of the political party or people who get offended!

In almost all aspects of politics, corrupt elitist liars usually face no repercussions for their lies. Politics is one of the only games where you are rewarded and promoted for deception or control. While accountability is not typical in government, we may finally get some transparency of MAJOR fraud and abuse overseen by Tyrant Tim Walz.

Minnesotans have become aware of the massive scandal surrounding MN organization ‘Feeding our Future’ which we have previously reported on. More than $250M was distributed from federal nutrition program funding to hundreds of facilities. However, the money never found its way to buying food. Instead, Exec. Director Aimee Bock and others allegedly spent the money on luxury vehicles, jewelry, vacation trips, and properties in MN, OH, KY, Turkey, and Kenya. 

This fraud was seemingly committed by the organizers by using fake names of children they were feeding, sometimes using online name generators. They had many document reporting issues that made it clear that wire fraud, money laundering, conspiracy, and/or bribery was taking place.

During this time, Tyrant Tim Walz was forking over millions of dollars to this organization as Governor! While good Americans suffered due to lockdowns, mandates, and a disease perpetrated by China, Walz fought to give your money to groups like this. 

Now, the U.S. House Education Committee has subpoenaed Walz over this fraud! See documents below:

House Education Committee Chair Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C. 5th District) issued the subpoena for Walz long with others for MN Commissioner of Education Willie Jett, U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, and Agriculture Inspector General Phyllis Fong. Each of which are in relation to the MN Dept. of Education’s administration of the Federal Child Nutrition Program fraudulent grants to ‘Feeding our Future’.

The ‘Feeding our Fraud’ scandal is a massive stain on Walz’ record as Governor and proof positive that honest/transparent government is the opposite of what he strives for.

The corruption of Walz is reaching the surface across our nation. Action 4 Liberty has been the only consistent fighter for freedom in our state and we will continue our path towards restoring Minnesotans’ God-given Rights. While the Democrats cover up fraud and the RINOs don’t have the backbone to call it out, we will continue to be the leading voice against corruption in our state!

Across our nation, citizens in each state elect a Secretary of State (SOS) that is tasked with some business services, processing certain administrative documents, and most notably, safeguarding our elections. 

Minnesota’s SOS Steve Simon is a longtime Democrat Party loyalist who has diminished the credibility of his office. In one move that will destroy our elections, Simon pushed a plan that all drivers license receivers become registered to vote after their DMV visit. He has cheerleaded this idea for years, including his time in the state legislature. This is a major issue because illegal immigrants can get a driver's license, there is no indication that they are illegal on the card, and the workers cannot ask someone about their immigration status! We previously broke down this entire plan and that story can be read here.

Now, another major issue faces Minnesota that I, as an individual citizen, decided to fight. Even with the possibility of government retaliation or false attacks of racism by Ayyadurai, I was willing to face repercussions for truth. It is such an important lawsuit and was even covered by national media like The Federalist. 

Minnesota will have a candidate for President on the ballot who is NOT a ‘natural born citizen’ thanks to the incompetence or desire of the SOS office. The US Constitution Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 reads: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is an immigrant from India who became naturalized as a US Citizen in 1983. He claims to have invented email and has been a controversial character throughout his life/career. He has run for U.S. Senate twice, including an Independent run against Elizabeth Warren in 2018 where he stated “The only way to beat a fake Indian is with a real Indian.” He used to be a MAGA Trump supporter before his recent Unconstitutional, Independent Presidential campaign.

Ayyadurai does not dispute that he is not a ‘natural born citizen’ and has made it a centerpiece of his candidacy. He argues that the 14th Amendment, among other things, nullifies Clause 5 of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. This is an unhinged legal theory that has little to no support.

Despite this public information being out there for years, the MN SOS office accepted Ayyadurai’s candidacy filings and paperwork so that he could be placed on the ballot! I refused to let this issue go by silently and filed a lawsuit against Steve Simon! Here is a timeline of the events:

1. I contacted the SOS office informing them that they have a Constitutionally ineligible candidate listed for President. I was informed that I would have to file a lawsuit (204B.44 complaint) to fight for his removal from the ballot.
2. As an individual without deep pockets for election lawsuits, I began asking around and trying to find legal representation.
3. After some preliminary discussions around gauging interest, election lawyer Erick Kaardal informed me that lawyer Elizabeth Nielson would be happy to help on my case. The start of my legal representation began on Friday, August 16th.
4. The lawsuit was filed on Thursday, August 22nd. The case was numbered as the following: A24-1344. This can be found through Minnesota’s public court case search engine.
5. Steve Simon’s legal representation filed a response brief to the lawsuit. Notably, the following quote can be found on page 10 of that document “As he does in nearly all eligibility challenges, the Secretary takes no position as to whether Dr. Ayyadurai is eligible to run for the office in question. The Secretary agrees that if Dr. Ayyadurai is ineligible for the office of President, he should be disqualified from the ballot.” 
6. In essence, Simon refused to take a position but admitted that his office does NOT investigate if a candidate meets Constitutional qualifications! On page 3 and 4 the following can be seen: “Because the Secretary has no legal authority to determine whether a candidate for President is eligible to appear on the ballot, staff do not investigate whether a candidate meets the federal constitutional requirements to serve as President, including whether the candidate is a natural-born citizen.” 
7. This case appeared to be an obvious, no-nonsense approach that would work swimmingly. Precedent had lined up nicely for a win on this suit, especially considering the many states who chose to remove Ayyadurai from the ballot themselves.
8. The Minnesota Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit  on Friday, August 30th because they claimed my attorneys failed to “file the proof of service required by our previous orders.” This is true but only gives half of the picture. The court demanded they “personally serve” Ayyadurai and every other presidential candidate on MN ballots within four days of the petition filing. This is logistically impossible and cost-prohibitive (as described by attorney Erick Kaardal). To remedy, my attorneys mailed the serving documents to each of the nine campaign mailing addresses of Minnesota presidential candidates. The receipts and proof of delivery of these documents were provided to the court.
9. The Court suggested that we deprived candidates of their opportunity to respond, which is insane considering that the lawsuit was not against them, it was against Steve Simon! They could have taken federal/state rulings on similar cases into consideration but did not.
10.  Their ruling now FORCES Ayyadurai to appear on Minnesota ballots despite him not being eligible to hold/run for that office! 

This lawsuit should have set the precedent so no future Minnesota voters will be handed a ballot with a Constitutionally ineligible candidate on it. Minnesota, along with Iowa and Washington, will have a foreign born individual to foreign parents in a foreign land pursuing an office he is not qualified for. While Ayyadurai winning MN is a tiny possibility, any candidate with their name on the ballot for any office has a potential to win. This would cause Minnesota to lose our ten Electoral votes and be subject to the rest of the nation since state statutes require they be cast for the winner and Congress would reject the votes due to their support of an unconstitutional candidate. 

Minnesota’s elections lose more and more credibility every day. The MN Supreme Court has done a massive disservice to the voters of our state and completely failed in vetting candidates. What is the point of the U.S. Constitution if the SOS and Supreme Court refuse to uphold it? Patriots cannot allow the destruction of our elections, we must become ultra-aware and prepared to sue if need be.
