Don your biohazard suit and hide away in your basement for the holidays, because the Omicron variant is in Minnesota. Governor Walz' Dept of Health confirmed today that a vaccinated man tested positive for the new variant the media is hyping up in their new scare campaign. That individual had mild symptoms, which at this point, seems to be commonplace amongst the people with the variant. But trust the media, you should probably still be scared!

The Minnesota Dept of Health stated in a press release this morning, "the person with the Omicron variant is an adult male, is a resident of Hennepin County, and had been vaccinated. The person developed mild symptoms on Nov. 22 and sought COVID-19 testing on Nov. 24."

A statement from Governor Walz read, “this news is concerning, but it is not a surprise. We know that this virus is highly infectious and moves quickly throughout the world. Minnesotans know what to do to keep each other safe now — get the vaccine, get tested, wear a mask indoors, and get a booster. Together, we can fight this virus and help keep Minnesotans safe.”

Sure Walz, get vaccinated to stop the spread of the Omicron variant. That makes a lot of sense considering 100% of the confirmed Omicron cases in Minnesota is amongst the vaccinated. By the way, the vaccine didn't stop Walz' Lt Governor running mate from getting COVID last month. 

If the power hungry political class led by Tim Walz try using this new variant to shut down our state again, Action 4 Liberty will spring to action to cause political pain for all politicians who enable it. Let's continue living in a free country!

In an interview with Kyle Hooten of Alpha News, former Senate Majority Leader and now candidate for Governor, Paul Gazelka, addressed why Senate Republicans and Governor Walz have not agreed to a Special Session. According to Gazelka, Senate Republicans were appealing to the Governor to peel back government and private mandates on workers. "[Senate Republicans] wanted to provide more options for people who are being forced to be vaccinated, through their work or the government" said Gazelka.

This is in stark contrast to what Senate Majority Leader Jeremy Miller stated in his letter to the Governor last week. Senate Republicans are refusing to push healthcare freedom for ALL workers. Instead, they narrowed their focus to the government mandate on state employees only. This is a big sell out since people all across the state are currently being terminated from their jobs for refusing to get the jab. 

So why is Gazelka saying that Republicans are demanding more? He's essentially stating a demand for the tenets of the Stop Vaccine Mandate Amendment, which protects the health freedom of all Minnesotans. But that hasn't manifested into any public demand from the Senate Republican Caucus.

Senate Majority Leader Jeremy Miller is signaling that Republicans are going to sell us out on forcing a vote on the Stop Vaccine Mandate Amendment in order to pass the $250 Million Frontline Workers Pay bill. Walz, and the gaggle of career politicians in St Paul, badly want to hand out taxpayer funded checks to workers they deem as COVID "frontline" workers. There's been an ongoing debate between Republicans and Democrats at the Capitol about who is defined as a frontline worker, but almost no debate on the desire to spend the money.

Action 4 Liberty supporters have called for the Senate Republicans to refuse to pass the massive bill unless it has the Stop Vaccine Mandate Amendment attached to it, which would ban all vaccine mandates in the state (public and private) and would nullify federal vaccine mandates inside the state boundaries. It's the one shot they have at protecting the health freedom of Minnesotans until the legislature reconvenes on January 31st of 2022. 

Unfortunately, Jeremy Miller has recently stated that Republicans are only focused on stopping Walz' mandates on state government workers. This is a big sell out since people all across the state are currently being terminated from their jobs for refusing to get the jab. Even nurses are being laid off despite a huge worker shortage in the health care industry. 

In a letter to the Governor on November 22nd, Miller lists items that he thinks could be "agreed to prior to a one-day special session" which includes a prohibition on "state-issued COVID vaccination mandates". He's also willing to protect Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm's job in order to pass the comprised position.

Edina elementary school children are being forced to eat lunch outside in November to comply with the school's COVID mitigation policies. Parents became aware of this policy recently and reached out to the media and groups like ours to get the message out. KSTP published the story last night.

One mother of an elementary student said that her daughter was forced to eat outdoors because she brought her lunch from home. Although school officials have not responded publicly to the specifics of the policy, it appears cold lunches are taking on a whole new meaning in Edina.

This foolish policy just adds to the growing list of items that have parents upset with how their children are being treated in schools. Whether kids are being indoctrinated to get the vaccine from Big Bird or forced to wear a mask all day, parents have a legitimate beef with the "new normal" of the government education system.

While your children are eating outdoors in November, Governor Walz is hanging out in indoor cafeterias...

Governor Walz shockingly admits that his Emergency Powers did not save lives on a media call from Helsinki, Finland yesterday.  "We all know, that there's no correlation between me using Emergency Powers, that actually shows that it protected people, or made a difference" stated Walz. For more than a year, Walz exercised Unilateral Emergency Powers that led to masking youth athletes, locking Minnesotans in their homes and destroying businesses, like the Alibi Drinkery in Lakeville. To this day, business owners who defied the Governor's illegal orders, are still fighting against the governor in courts.

After noticing his admission, Walz walked back his statement by saying that Emergency Powers come at a political cost. "The issue is [Emergency Powers] come at a heavy price with the Republican Senators not doing anything" uttered the Governor. Walz then continued regurgitating the old talking points of "saving lives", despite any proof of the assertion.

The Governor clearly violated Article III of the Minnesota Constitution by exercising law-making powers under his Emergency Powers. For anyone in the dark on whether or not the Governor views his role as superior to the legislative branch, he states in the phone call that he only needs "some help from the legislature" when it comes to responding to COVID outbreaks. 

Walz justified his statement on the non-effectiveness of using current Emergency Powers by highlighting the effectiveness of the vaccines, which were non-existent last year when he used his most extreme measures. However, the Governor's own Lieutenant Governor and running-mate, Peggy Flannagan, just recovered from her own breakthrough case of COVID despite receiving the vaccine. Vermont, one of the highest vaccinated states in the country, has a surge in COVID cases. 

Action 4 Liberty believes Walz' admission (probably a parapraxis), is evidence on why businesses like the Alibi in Lakeville or the Broadway Bar & Grill in East Grand Forks, should have their legal cases dropped. The Governor not only lacked Constitutional authority to shut down businesses, he also did so without any scientific data that suggested it was effective. 

Recently leaked emails between Walz' Dept of Health Commissioner Jan Malcom and his chief of staff shows that Walz' policy of a second shutdown (fall of 2020) was determined politically instead of following data or "the science". Remember, Walz acted as a dictator who controlled the dials of our freedoms while he was exercising Unilateral Emergency Powers. Action 4 Liberty led the effort to End Walz' Emergency Powers successfully in June.

The email from Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm showed how she was searching for a new approach to justifying Walz' dial back because primary case numbers, in the eyes of the public, have "small impacts that don't justify the dial backs [they] propose[d]".

In response, Governor Walz' Chief of Staff, Chris Schmitter (he/him/his), thanked Malcolm for her suggestion to use "creative thinking" to find a way to sell, or perhaps manufacture the numbers, to sell Walz' dial back measures.

CNN's Chief Vaccine Pusher, Dr Sanjay Gupta, joined forces with Big Bird to indoctrinate children on getting the experimental vaccine. Big Bird is hesitant because he doesn't like needles. So Gupta calms his fears by giving him breathing techniques to make it through the experience. 

Dr Gupta recently made headlines for going on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast to convince Rogan to take the vaccine. He failed at that mission, so it looks like he has moved onto a younger, more easily persuadable audience.

Disastrous Governor Gavin Newsom mysteriously went missing from the public's eyes for nearly two weeks following his booster shot that he received on the public stage. He also cancelled a plan trip to Scotland for a Climate Change Summit on short notice. And due to an incredibly lazy, bought-and-paid-for corporate media, we aren't likely to ever find out why the Governor of the most populated state abruptly hid from the public. Newsom's bullshit reasoning so far is that his kids staged an "intervention" so that he would stay home for Halloween.

Did Gavin Newsom have an adverse reaction to the booster shot? Was he hiding an illness that would undermine the Biden and government's massive push to force vaccinations of hundreds of millions of Americans?

The media is likely to dismiss this whole incident in due time and assume these displays of virtue signaling about "transparency" will suffice with the public. But let's be honest, the Governor is lying and covering up something.

Upon Newsom's return yesterday, he immediately issued an extension of his Unilateral Emergency Powers. The new order will take California to the two year mark of the Governor's Unilateral State of Emergency. 

Queensland, Australia has gone full authoritarian by officially creating a second class citizen based on an individual's vaccination status. In a newly released policy, the government created restrictions for "unvaccinated people" that includes visits to hospitals with "some exceptions". In addition, unvaccinated citizens can't attend hotels, pubs, restaurants, theatres and stadiums.

This week, Republican gubernatorial candidates have squared off in a couple debates. And it's very interesting to see how the career politicians have distorted their records, trying to make you believe they are some sort of conservative champions.

Leading the pack of fib tellers and liars is former Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka who went on the attack against our organization when asked why he wouldn't sign the Never Again Pledge. Gazelka alleged that the Fake End Powers Bill (SF4) he passed was another version of the Never Again Bill. So dishonest.

Remember, the three non-career politician candidates (Mike Marti, Mike Murphy & Dr. Neil Shah) have all signed the pledge. 

Scott Jensen also threw out a tale of his own when questioned about not signing the pledge - saying he carried a bill like the Never Again Bill in May of 2020 (not true). Jensen still won't sign the pledge.

The results in Virginia on Tuesday suggest Tim Walz can be beat in 2022. But nothing will change if just another weak-kneed RINO replaces him. Hopefully Minnesotans choose wisely.
