All State House Democrats but one and 29 RINOs just voted to spend your taxpayer dollars on abortion funding. No clearer standard could ever be established for which Republicans legislators are RINOs than supporting taxpayer funded abortions. Despite Republicans holding the gavel and enough votes to block any legislation, RINOs will always drop the ball and work with big government Democrats. See the vote below:

The full debate on the House floor for this bill can be seen here. The bill (HF2435) funds the state's Health, DCYF (Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families), and Human Services departments and funds an ungodly amount of programs and grants. Between the lines of all the regulations, policy, and Billions in spending within the 263 page monstrosity is abortion funding under the guise of "Medical Assistance". It is difficult to calculate how much is directed to Planned Parenthood and abortion from Medical Assistance but they are undoubtedly funded through it.

According to the 'Grantees and awards' PDFs on the SRHS webpage, Planned Parenthood will receive over $10.7M across five years for sexual and reproductive grants. Planned Parenthood also will receive over $7.3M in "Family Planning awards" in the eight state regions across five years. See below:

The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program also gave over $2.3M to SRHS grants. The TANF money for SRHS grants was a continuation from the 2023 spending bill which gave the exact same amount! This means that sneaky Planned Parenthood spending is sometimes the exact same under the Democrat trifecta or the House GOP holding the Speakership and a 67 Rep. voting block. See spending below:

One might wonder how many amendments Republicans pushed on the floor to remove the funding for Planned Parenthood. The answer is a staggering ZERO! GOP party leadership like empty suit Lisa 'Kamala' Demuth clearly did not want to have RINO members exposed with an up or down vote on the singular topic of Planned Parenthood/abortion funding. Instead, Republicans advocated for more taxpayer spending for pregnancy centers, which is not the role of government and is simply throwing more tax money in another direction.

Demuth has officially brought a vote before the body where the majority of GOP Reps voted no. This means that Demuth is working not only against the interests of the conservative grassroots but also the GOP caucus. A Speaker should never bring a vote without the majority support of the party membership who elected them. Demuth has failed and pushed a big government, liberal, unconstitutional, pro-abortion agenda. GOP Reps may begin to look at replacement options.

Beyond abortion and Planned Parenthood funding, this bill is in clear violation of Article 4, Section 17 of the MN Constitution which limits a bill to a single subject and in violation of the MNGOP platform which opposes omnibus spending bills. As a policy and appropriations bill for three different govt. departments, this is obviously multi-subject and a corrupt way to run government. 

Due to our fight against taxpayer funding to kill unborn babies, Action 4 Liberty is AGAIN a target of the MNGOP leadership!

A4L President Erik Mortensen sent an email out about Medical Assistance funding in the Human Services omnibus bill (HF2434) that he presumed funded abortions (as the program does). RINO Jim Nash (48A) even admitted on the floor that the program funds abortion. That aside, there is no reasonable doubt that the bill that passed today (5/12/25) 100% contains abortion and Planned Parenthood funding.

MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash took a desperate swing at A4L to protect RINO legislators who vote for taxpayer funding for abortion. In an attempt to curry favor with the Globalist RINO Emmer Establishment, Plechash published a social media post and email attacking A4L for "lying" about abortion funding. Ironically, Plechash lies in his statement by suggesting that taxpayer funding of abortion is "not because of any vote by Republicans"! In recent history, the legislature ALWAYS passes taxpayer funding for abortions under the guise of Medical Assistance, it is not automatic due to Doe v. Gomez! Courts cannot compel a legislator to vote for abortion funding! Even RINO Jim Nash (48A) admitted this on the floor! As seen above, watch him admit it funds abortion here!

If GOP legislators would have refused to fund Planned Parenthood and abortions at large, it would certainly set up a fiery battle but it would also be a rally cry that the conservative base would love. Instead, Plechash is covering up how abortion really gets funded.

Plechash also cites MCCL as some great leader of the pro-life movement however a MCCL lobbyist (Don Parker) "begged" Sen. Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) to not push a ‘Life at Conception’ amendment on the Senate floor because it was "too extreme". Only a fake pro-life group would say that. MCCL, who's Exec. Director is RINO Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach's husband, covers up for RINOs who vote to fund abortion and is not a trustworthy source.

Shouldn't the MNGOP be holding RINO legislators accountable to the party platform instead of covering for them when real conservatives criticize the corruption? It seems obvious but Plechash has now repeatedly attacked the base that he serves as chair for rather than representing their interests. MNGOP leadership should instead be more hostile with RINO legislators funding abortion or 'white dude for Kamala' Michael Brodkorb who got tens of thousands of dollars from the party while RINO David Hann was party chair.  

The MNGOP is in desperation-mode to align with the establishment as almost all wings of the Republican Party has lost faith in Plechash’s ability to lead. Some have even suggested Plechash violated the Hatch Act due to using the official title of Veterans Affairs Sec. Doug Collins in their Lincoln-Reagan Dinner emails and announcement which could see a complaint filed. Despite A4L getting attacked by the party, there was an A4L VIP table at the event. This is coupled with accusations that GOP U.S. Congressmen and other party leaders boycotted the dinner, which ran attendees at least $180 per person (although the House was in session during the dinner). Reports have also emerged that MN Congressmembers are withholding support for the party until A4L is removed! The anti-free speech tactics to silence our truth-telling will fail like every attempt to take us down that has happened before. 

House RINOs just voted to fund abortion but it is not too late! The Senate could vote against this bill or amend it and since the bill will go through a Conference Committee, House Reps can change their vote to do the right thing! Corruption runs rampant in Minnesota’s state government thanks to radical left Democrats and spineless RINOs. The opportunity has finally presented itself for conservatives to fight back with Republicans holding the state House Speakership and enough votes to block any and all legislation. 

With the end of the legislative session looming, ALL options must be on the table; Even a shutdown of the state government.

Action 4 Liberty has reported on several of the corrupt omnibus bills that contain all of the funding to keep the state government open like increased funding for ANTIFA Keith Ellison's office and the LGBTQIA2S+ Council and how 5 RINO Senators voted for an unconstitutional education bill. Politicians feel painted into a corner to vote for these bills that can be hundreds or thousands of pages filled with garbage and massive funding because a small amount goes to their district or it gives funding to practical facets of government. However, a real conservative opposes the corrupt omnibus process and would never sign off on all of the pet projects, increased budgets, and kick-backs made for lobbyists, special interests, and politicians in various legislation.

Omnibus budget bills are almost always unconstitutional as they violate Article 4, Section 17 of the MN Constitution which requires bills be limited to a single subject. The MNGOP Platform also opposes the use of omnibus budget bills.

Republicans control the Speakership and 67 votes. They do NOT have to support any of the unconstitutional omnibus bills and should use their leverage to chart a new path forward. Democrats have recently shown that they will use their 67 vote leverage to withhold support from the education bill (HF2433). Democrats additionally no-showed the beginning of session due to threats of Brad Tabke (54A) not being seated on election fraud grounds. The GOP ultimately caved to tyrant SOS Steve Simon, caved to the leftist Supreme Court's unconstitutional and unprecedented ruling, allowed Tabke to be seated, and have seemingly come to regret that decision.

The GOP must not give up this moment. Democrats have run roughshod on them for years in the House and the GOP Reps should be fighters on a battlefield instead of working with Democrats to maintain Tim Walz’ bloated government. After years of Melissa Hortman (34B) as Speaker using parliamentary trickery or outright corruption to block key votes to protect swing district Democrats and ram-rodding radical leftist legislation through on party line votes, the GOP should see Democrats are not a trusted ally.

House Republicans must oppose all active unconstitutional omnibus bills and develop a new budget plan immediately since their current budget shamefully totals $66.6B (mark of the beast budget) which is $300M more than Walz’ budget. The new budget must be pre-covid spending levels ($52.1B or less), be presented as Constitutional single-subject bills, and require the following Democrat trifecta policies be repealed:

If the GOP flexes this power, the Democrats will almost surely allow a government shutdown to occur. As mentioned earlier, the Democrats are a block and will never splinter on key votes. The GOP must do the same but for the cause of limited government and freedom because Democrats could seize power again in 2026. Democrats will claim the GOP caused the shutdown and have the fake news media on their side, but it will be another example of the Democrats refusing to abide by the Constitution like the beginning of the session with no-show Democrats protecting Tabke, the GOP would have the truth on their side. 

This time, they can’t give it up. 

If President Donald J. Trump has taught the political world anything, it should be that you can win despite the deep state, government and fake news media targeting you. House Republicans can’t give up AGAIN, they should find some Trump courage to fight to bring pre-covid spending levels, do single subject bills, and force Democrats to the table on some of their most radical policies. A short shutdown caused by Democrats refusing to negotiate on Constitutional grounds will be seen as a massive win to the base if the GOP forces strong negotiations with the mentioned red-lines. The GOP should not fear the fake news media and Democrats who will lie no matter what, the GOP Reps must remain principled and strong-arm conservative negotiations.

This moment cannot be squandered. The end of session could be the start of conservatives taking back control of our state government if the GOP is willing to fight. Unfortunately the House GOP members are currently co-authoring many of the big government budgets that need to be defeated. The change in strategy needs to be immediate.

Patriots should always contact their legislators to let them know what they think of upcoming bills and how the GOP can leverage their power in this very unique political moment. If Republicans follow A4L’s advice, taxpayers could see surplus checks amounting to over $7,700!

A4L has been told that there were talks at a recent GOP House caucus meeting about how to combat “A4L messaging”. Our battle with corrupt politicians is beyond messaging, it’s about policy.

A4L has always opposed unconstitutional omnibus bills on the very premise that they violate Article 4, Section 17 of the MN Constitution which requires bills be limited to one subject. The MNGOP Party Platform also opposes omnibus spending bills. The very nature of omnibus bills that are sometimes hundreds or thousands of pages long gives crooked politicians the ability to do things that they do not want the public may not know otherwise.

As a liberty conservative organization, we naturally hold Republicans to a higher expectation than radical left Socialist Democrats. We have seen Democrats destroy our state and want Republicans to fight and deliver with big wins. A4L has paid particular attention to RINOs in the House because they have the power to block all of the liberal garbage but a majority of the GOP caucus are voting against the interests of the Republican base who elected them. They cannot message their way out of bad votes they are taking. Nationally, we have seen Democrats capitulate the idea that their "messaging" or their "branding" was off in their landslide defeat to President Donald J. Trump. It was not messaging that made Kamala and 'relatable permission structure white guy' Tampon Tim lose and it is not messaging that is making Patriots frustrated with RINO legislators. Improving messaging just means crooked politicians figuring out how to lie more convincingly.

Minnesotans are disgusted as they see GOP Reps cave to liberal budget deals and vote for increases to ANTIFA Keith’s AG budget or increase the LGBTQIA2S+ Council budget or other wasteful big government spending. The phony conservative politicians need to be called out! A4L calls out big government politicians in the House like Josh Heintzeman (6B), Ron Kresha (10A), Walter Hudson (30A), Wayne Johnson (41A), and Jim Nash (48A) because Patriots deserve to know who is voting for status quo, liberal, big government budgets.

The MAJORITY of House Republicans are doing the opposite of what they got elected to do! As votes have taken place so far this session, only 15-20 GOP Reps have consistently opposed the corrupt omnibus bills.

The GOP talks a tough game but now that they have power, they refuse to fight as a block of 67 votes. Democrats are showing how to use the 67 member leverage to add more funding into the Education appropriations bill (HF2433). Lisa Demuth (13A) and other GOP leaders have not given the bill a floor vote because likely all Democrats and a minority of Republicans will vote no, which means the bill would fail. They should let it fail and start clean!

Action 4 Liberty will continue to champion the true conservative position that demands pre-covid spending levels, massive budget cuts, and the passage of pro-liberty legislation. All unconstitutional omnibus bills should be scrapped and the House GOP should use their leverage and power to do so instead of trying to create messaging against us. We will never give up the fight to protect liberty for the next generation and we will always stand side by side with the grassroots conservative base.

GOP state Representatives are complaining about radical leftist Brad Tabke (54A) but when they had a chance to do something about him, all but two Republicans caved to the Democrats.

Republicans have been on the attack against Tabke for voting against an amendment pushed by Rep. Max Rymer (28B) that would have reported a violent illegal alien who murdered a woman in Shakopee (Tabke’s district) to federal ICE officials. A4L is in agreement with the substance of the argument but hypocritical RINOs could have blocked Tabke from being a member of the House rather than depending on his vote! Why complain about a self-imposed problem? Predictably, Tabke has not taken a single floor vote to distinguish himself from his party despite his very purple district.

At the beginning of this year’s legislative session, the GOP could have upheld election integrity and given themselves a majority by refusing to seat Tabke. 21 ballots were trashed in that district and the race was decided by only 15 votes. Democrats understood that Tabke’s removal could be a very real possibility so their entire caucus no-showed the opening weeks of session and held an illegitimate swearing-in ceremony which included Tabke. It was so outrageous that even the RINO-led House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) called it fake!

Action 4 Liberty led the way on election integrity and demanded GOP Reps refuse to accept an election certificate when undeniable fraud took place that could have decided the outcome of the election. We reported on the election fraud, how the GOP could revoke the certification, and how this would result in a swing district special election that could give the GOP a true majority. Our presence became so threatening that Tabke even started including our articles in fundraising emails to prove that he may not be seated. 

House Republicans had the golden opportunity to require clean elections and potentially give themselves a true majority but they instead signed onto a crooked deal with Democrats that recognized Democrats’ sham swearing-in ceremony as legitimate, caved to the liberal Supreme Court, required 68 votes for legislation, and seated Brad Tabke. Only Reps Tom Dippel (41B) and Drew Roach (58B) opposed the rules that allowed this to take place. Rymer and others may complain now but they didn't have the guts to take the tough vote. Instead of refusing to seat Tabke, thus opening up a swing district special election, the GOP told conservatives to focus on deep blue house district 40B after Democrat Curtis Johnson lost his seat due to residency violations. Republican Paul Wikstrom ran against Johnson in 2024 and ran again in the special election against radical leftist David Gottfired. Wikstrom went on to lose the special election by over 40 percentage points despite the campaign spending over $115K, which was about 5 percentage points worse than he performed in the 2024 general election. MNGOP party leaders and politicians fed false hope to conservatives and claimed that they could win.

Wikstrom’s campaign did nothing to advance conservative interests, however, it did make now-Senator RINO Keri Heintzeman (SD6) a few thousand bucks. The Establishment says A4L is irrelevant but also expects us to flip a 40 point blue district... Maybe the Establishment just doesn’t like that we use our influence to push truth instead of team red kool-aid! Perhaps Republicans, who haven't won statewide in nearly two decades, should coalesce with the liberty conservative, pro-grassroots block of their party rather than trying to purge it.    

GOP caucus members tell A4L that they now realize how big of a mistake it was to put all their eggs in the heavily democratic 40B race instead of rejecting Tabke's election certificate. Meanwhile, the Dems have shared control of the House and have used that leverage to block the Education appropriations omnibus bill. The GOP could be doing the same thing in the opposite direction! The conservative base is fed up with RINOs who cave to Democrats and pretend they can’t do anything. As much as it pains the GOP politicians to admit, A4L was right all along. 

Republicans have the ability to fight and deliver a budget with pre-covid spending levels but there is no sign that the GOP is willing to fight. With many unconstitutional, multi-subject, big government, liberal omnibus budget and policy bills set to pass with GOP support (like the budget increases for ANTIFA Keith & the LGBTQIA2S+ Council), GOP Reps have shown that they gained absolutely nothing out of seating radical leftist Brad Tabke. A4L will continue to expose the corruption controlling our state and being a bulldog for liberty.

46 RINOs and 67 Democrats in the state House passed the State Government Finance omnibus bill (SF3045). Crooked, uniparty politicians craft these big government bills to hide their corruption. This is a massive, multi-subject, unconstitutional bill that gives funds almost all government operations. Among other garbage proposals, this budget bill increases to ANTIFA Keith Ellison’s budget and gives over $1.2M to the “Council on LGBTQIA2S+ Minnesotans”.

Action 4 Liberty reported on the bill previously to highlight the budget increase of Ellison who has weaponized the office and abused tax dollars to sue President Trump on men in women’s sports, fighting Elon Musk’s free speech lawsuit, and birthright citizenship for anchor babies. Since we’ve last reported on this bill, the final version gives Ellison EVEN MORE money totaling over $96M!

The last state govt. budget bill (HF1830) gave the AG office $43,825,000 for 2025 and this budget gives $48,854,000 for 2026 and $48,237,000 for 2027!

An amendment was pushed by Rep. Ben Davis (6A) to reduce the AG office budget down to $46,266,000 for 2026 and $46,075,000 for 2027 and gave $391K to Ellison for Medicaid fraud. This amendment failed 67-67 on party lines. This amendment was not a serious cut to ANTIFA Keith, it still increases Ellison’s budget from the funding he got for 2025! In other words, this was not a cut to Ellison’s previous budget, it grew his budget from this year! It is even worse that this amendment would have given Ellison additional tax money for things he may or may not do. If someone is a known bad actor, do not enable them with more money! Davis made things worse for himself by saying in debate “Don’t buy this narrative that I’m trying to cut the Attorney General’s budget” (see video here). Ultimately, Davis did not vote for the bill which should be commended. See the Amendment below:

This bill also funds numerous ultra woke, leftist causes including the “Council on LGBTQIA2S+ Minnesotans” which will get over $1.2M over the next two years. Members of the council include DWI they/them Brion Curran (36B), Sen. Lindsey Port (SD55), and clowns like this:

RINO Jim Nash (48A) led this bill through the House as the lone GOP co-author alongside radical left Democrats Ginny Klevorn (42B) and Tou Xiong (SD44). Phony Jim Nash led Republicans in this critical fiscal battle to failure, his input and negotiation skills are pathetic. A real conservative would demand massive cuts across the board or all GOP support would be withheld. The House GOP budget eats into surplus dollars and screws over the taxpayers.

Due to an amendment passed in the House, this bill will have to return to the Senate. This amendment allows individuals in the U.S. Military to let another Representative vote on their behalf when deployed. 

This was passed along party lines with only GOP support. It passed in an interesting fashion as presiding officer Bjorn Olson (22A) first took a voice vote (as no roll call vote was requested), then Democrats called division (requiring another vote taken differently) and Olson took a standing vote that did not include Reps not at the capitol and voting remotely (as was done in the previous voice vote and determinative to). This procedural tactic could have been used throughout the day since the GOP had more members present. However, since the bill has to return to the Democrat controlled Senate, the bill could go through more changes. Democrat Ginny Kleovorn (42B) even said in the debate that a legislator “can’t serve two masters” implying that government is her master. Tell us something we don't know about Democrats...

The unconstitutional omnibus bills that the vast majority of Republican Reps carelessly pass right along shows that our government is controlled by a uniparty. The RINOs and Democrats fight around the edges then support the same exact growth of government. Corrupt Republicans pretend to be conservative but at the end of the day, they vote just like Democrats.

The out of control Walz administration will soon be “fully funded”, which really means over-funded and ripe for fraud and abuse. The swamp hates Action 4 Liberty because we represent the true conservative position and refuse to concede. Any proposition for DOGE in Minnesota has been squashed. Grassroots Patriots are fed up with big government Republicans and A4L will continue to shine a light on the corruption controlling our state.

With the GOP and Democrats each holding 67 votes in the evenly split state House, one party can block legislation from passing to strong-arm negotiations. A4L and grassroots conservatives argue that House Republicans should utilize this leverage to block any and all unconstitutional omnibus bills. Unfortunately, RINOs oftentimes love big government as much as the radical left Democrats and they refuse to flex their shared majority.

On the other hand, House Democrats have whipped their votes to prevent the Education appropriation omnibus bill (HF2433) from moving forward. This was seen in the Rules and Legislative Administration committee yesterday (4/30/25). Since the committee is evenly split with 8 members of each party, the bill cannot advance out of the committee without a majority vote and Democrats are refusing to allow that.

One might think that Democrats are upset over something massive, but it is actually a small issue that makes up less than 1% of the total spending package! Democrats’ issue with the bill is concerning summer unemployment benefits for certain school workers, likely due to union boss pressure (who donates big money to Dems). This means that radical left Democrats are perfectly content with the unconstitutional “compromise” omnibus bill aside from this issue! Shouldn’t that concern GOP legislators?

Instead, the GOP is fighting to push this big government, multi-subject, unconstitutional bill through! RINOs like Jim Nash (48A) and Peggy Scott (31B) say they are confused why Dems won’t support the deal anymore and label them as obstructions. Another useless Establishment puppet, Rep. Walter Hudson (30A), has also come to the defense of the big government education bill. Never forget that RINOs gave up serious power and legitimacy when they agreed to seat Democrat Brad Takbe (54A) despite massive election fraud taking place in that district (21 ballots trashed, race decided by 15 votes). 

To make matters even more pathetic for Republicans, they are advocating for a bill that the GOP doesn’t even have an author for! They are pushing a bill that only has Democrat authors!

This bill increases funding for the woke Dept. of Education to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars! In 2023, the Edu. Appropriations bill (HF2497) set funding for the Dept. of Edu. at around $8.09B for 2024 and $8.23B for 2025. This year’s bill increases the funding up to around $8.48B for 2026 and $8.23B for 2027! RINOs in the state legislature prove time and time again that they do not want to shrink the size and scope of government and are oftentimes working against that interest. The GOP should be taking notes at what the Democrats are doing and employ the same procedural tactics to block wasteful spending in budget bills. Public education has become a breeding ground for leftist propaganda. Instead of fighting for conservative principles, House Republicans have given up and would rather fight on behalf of uniparty omnibus spending bills.

The GOP needs to learn how to hate the players, not the game! Republicans have the leverage to block budget bills and protect taxpayers’ surplus dollars.

This Education bill is set to be brought onto the floor by Republicans on Friday, May 2nd according to committee chair Harry Niska (31A) during the Rules Committee. If this takes place, Democrat leader Melissa Hortman said a “throwdown” would take place on the floor. 

A4L will never back down on our mission to protect liberty for the next generation. The budget bills provide serious opportunity and leverage for House Republicans to shrink the size and scope for government. While RINOs instead defend unconstitutional omnibus bills that violate the MN Constitution and MNGOP Platform, A4L will stay principled, stand alongside grassroots conservatives, and never concede an inch on our freedom and tax dollars.

When a tyrant shuts down our state, forces closures of businesses & churches, locks down its citizens, forces useless masks, and mandates experimental shots on the people, should Republicans try to impeach the tyrant behind it or should they sit back quietly to prevent a tough vote from taking place?

The answer is obvious to A4L and conservatives across our state, you stay principled and fight against tyranny no matter the odds. Unfortunately many RINO cowards within our state legislature do not feel the same way.

Turncoat state Rep. Walter Hudson (30A) was once seen as a hardcore conservative but has since caved to Establishment pressure and has developed one of the worst cases of A4L derangement syndrome (A4LDS) in the legislature. Instead of just defending his own crummy record, Hudson is on the defense for RINOs who refused to get behind an impeachment effort against Tyrant Tim Walz led by then Rep. Erik Mortensen. Mort was joined in support of impeaching Walz by then Reps. Jeremy Munson and Steve Drazkowski. See below:

Fighting for the interests of the grassroots conservative base is virtue signaling and pathetic? If the grassroots had a vote on this issue during Covid, there is no doubt that citizen Patriots would’ve resoundingly voted yes. Voters deserve to know who is fighting for their interests and who is fighting against them. Forcing Democrats and RINOs to be on record on the anti-freedom mandates imposed by Walz paints the picture clear as day. Patriots want to know which legislators are willing to publicly rebuke Walz to the highest degree and which uniparty, power-hungry, relationship-loving, crooked politicians won’t.

If introducing an idea and gathering support is bad unless it is going to pass, why would Walter push any bill when Walz would veto anything remotely conservative? He is the chief author or co-author of 123 bills for just this year however almost all will never receive floor votes nonetheless be signed into law. House Republicans have put up several bills this session knowing that they did not have enough votes to pass it such as RINO Kristin Robbins’ fake Never Again Bill. 

According to Walter’s logic, Republicans should virtue signal in UNISON rather than allowing conservative legislators to force uncomfortable votes that shake out the contenders from the pretenders. Amendments and bills are always offered by minority party members to force issues, what could be more important that fighting the guy locking down our state? Interestingly, the House GOP had enough votes to pass legislation at the beginning of session but stupidly broke precedent and gave Democrats serious leverage following an unconstitutional ruling by the liberal MN Supreme Court (which Hudson caved to immediately). A4L pressure even led to Democrats flipping their votes on Emergency Powers, proving that the impeachment fight was not far-fetched and was certainly on the minds of the GOP base. Also remember that 10 RINOs in the U.S. House and 7 in the U.S. Senate voted to impeach Trump, which shows that politicians bend to political pressure.

In fact, Hudson has even floated the idea of impeaching Walz himself! In January of this year, Walter suggested Walz was on a “glidepath toward impeachment”! Doesn’t Walter know that the Senate is controlled by Democrats and the House is a tie?!? With his logic, why float an idea unless you have a TOTAL Republican Majority? This is all said not to discredit a new impeachment effort against Tyrant Tim Walz! If Hudson took up that mantle and forced a floor vote A4L would see it positively! However, it looks like Walter would only support Walz’ impeachment if it’s HIS idea! See below:

Hudson became fully embraced the Establishment RINOs once he accepted a party job for failed MNGOP chair David Hann. Hudson’s salaried position was lost after A4L supporters and grassroots state central delegates fired Hann as Chair which likely caused his numerous meltdowns and sideways attacks against our organization.

Now that conservatives are aware thanks to A4L exposure that sneaky David Hann paid Kamala supporter Michael Brodkorb tens of thousands of dollars then covered it up, Patriots are rejoicing that A4L led the fight against Hann and his corruption! Hudson’s job at the party likely meant he was privy to the fact that Brodkorb was getting paid, or at the very least, knew who to ask or where to find the truth. Instead of holding the party accountable, Walter was on the take and is STILL trying to deny that Brodkorb was paid! See below:

Hudson is obsessed with Action 4 Liberty and complains about our group just about all day, every day on social media! Despite the obsession, he has turned his arrogance up to an eleven by challenging former A4L President Jake Duesenberg to a debate just to back down and demand months to prepare! If people are wondering if elected office can change someone, look no further than Walter! He was friends with Jake, praised our organization, and was the lead author for the Never Again Bill in the House. Now Walter obsesses over Jake and Mort, attacks A4L with lies, wants grassroots A4L supporters purged from the MNGOP, and works against Never Again Bill! 

Power can be addictive and politicians cling onto political control. Hudson believes it is most politically expedient to be a team red cultist who plays cover for the corruption and big government ideology of many within the MNGOP (like Hudson’s defense of the surplus-killing budget). In reality, when Hudson is attacking A4L he is really attacking the tens of thousands of Patriots who support us and our mission to protect liberty for the next generation. A4L will never cower to RINOs and will always stand as an uncompromising stalwart for our God-given liberties.

Otter Tail County (OTC) has been a hotbed for corruption within their local Republican party for years that has targeted, attacked, and disenfranchised their own conservative delegates. Fortunately, grassroots conservatives stayed active in the fight against Establishment RINOS and refused to give up their duly-elected delegate roles. After three long years of Establishment control that refused to hold an open, in person BPOU meeting, things finally changed on Monday (4/28/25).

Action 4 Liberty has always stood with the OTC grassroots and refuses to concede an inch. Our partnership with OTC grassroots Patriots has included training and mobilization so they can overcome the deep state of CD7. Lots of the main leaders within OTC has attended several of our training events and have successfully implemented a new way forward for the local GOP. While two previous meetings took place with the BPOU, one was over zoom and both did not give proper notice to all OTC delegates.

Earlier this year, A4L reported on RINO CD7 Deputy Chair Tiffany Lesmeister-Knott attempted to control the OTC convention by emailing duly-elected delegates and deciding who would be allowed to attend their own convention and who would be banned. This interference was done in part to protect RINO Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach, who couldn’t even win the CD7 endorsement last year despite being the incumbent. The attempted disenfranchisement was properly confronted at the OTC convention and the grassroots elected new individuals to lead the BPOU.

A4L would like to congratulate the hard work conservative residents and activists in OTC which has brought them to a new era of transparency within their BPOU. Each and every BPOU in our state should be under the control and direction of the delegate body, not crony leaders hiding from their delegate body! An incredible amount of effort has been put in by OTC locals and they are finally reaping the rewards of their work. Unfortunately, the ousted RINO leaders have seemingly refused to give up the website and facebook page to new leadership.

The battle between liberty lovers and Establishment RINOs will be forever on-going, especially in OTC, but the BPOU holding their first open meeting in three years is a great sign for things to come! A4L will always stand shoulder to shoulder with the grassroots conservative base and will never tolerate corrupt measures to disenfranchise them. A4L encourages the Patriots of OTC to stay active and continue holding power to account!

Last night (3/24/25) the state Senate voted to pass a liberal, unconstitutional education policy omnibus bill (SF1740). This bill passed by a vote of 39-26. 

Five RINO Senators crossed over, aligned with radical Democrats, and supported this monstrosity: Jim Abeler (SD35), Julia Coleman (SD48), Karin Housely (SD33), Warren Limmer (SD37), and Carla Nelson (SD24). GOP Senator Torrey Westrom (SD12) had an excused absence reportedly due to a death in his family. See vote below:

Like most omnibus bills, SF1740 is unconstitutional in its nature since it covers multiple subjects. Article 4, Section 17 of the MN State Constitution requires every bill be limited to a single topic and have that topic expressly stated in the title. As should seem obvious, an 87 page bill doesn’t fall into that category.

This bill works against the interests of parents who home-school or place their children in charter or private schooling. More regulations and roadblocks are established against educational freedom. This bill also undermines President Trump’s policy of establishing English as our country’s official language via the use of dual language immersion programs (which was added to the bill via radical leftist Sen. Erin Maye Quade and passed by a voice vote). There was also an amendment to prevent boys from playing in girls sports which failed on party lines.

Woke, identity politics can be found in the legislation as new law would require schools to have Indians beating drums at graduation ceremonies if requested! According to Democrats and RINOs, your ethnicity determines if you have an inherent right to beat a drum. What’s next? Will we codify laws to allow the Scotsmen to bring in their bagpipes? One portion of the bill appears to take a page out of HHS Secretary RFK Jr.’s book by banning the use of cell phones and smart watches in classrooms. This topic has widely been debated for years with conflicting viewpoints. At the very least, this policy will serve as a useful experiment by taking destructive, brain-rotting technology out of the hands of children when their priority should be their education. This was an amendment passed with a voice vote. See below:

Unconstitutional omnibus bills are the antithesis of leading a conservative government. Republicans have shared control of the state House and are not required to pass this garbage along! If the GOP holds strong and refuses to pass liberal omnibus bills like SF1740, they can finally utilize their leverage to shrink the size of government and massively cut spending. 

Unfortunately, the GOP is already pushing a budget that totals $66.6B (evil, mark of the beast 666 plan) which spends $300M more than Socialist Tim Walz’ proposed budget! Establishment RINOs love to vote for Uniparty bills that maintain the status quo of growing government. As Neocon Nikki Haley lover Sen. Julia Coleman appears poised to run for the U.S. Senate, she may come to regret her support of this, past, and future support of unconstitutional omnibus bills. Coleman is clearly a double-speaking politician by complaining about the bill in a Senate GOP press release but also voting for it!

A4L will continue to expose RINOs who work with Democrats to grow government and shrink freedom. We will never abandon our mission to protect liberty for the next generation.

Trump Administration leader of DOGE Elon Musk has directed his social media company, X Corp., to launch a new lawsuit against ANTIFA Keith Ellison’s AG office over an anti-free speech law that puts MN citizens in prison from creating or sharing political AI memes. This unconstitutional idea was put into law by Democrats and RINOs alike, notably led by unhinged Establishment state Rep. Walter Hudson (30A).

HF1370 was passed in 2023. This bill covered two topics on AI usage, one of which was largely uncontroversial law outlawing the use of deep fake technology for pornagraphic use. The other section attached to this bill was to send Minnesotans to prison for up to FIVE years and/or face a fine of up to $10,000 for creating or sharing AI memes that are intended to “injure a candidate” or “influence the result of an election”. A4L reported on this bill in 2023 and was the only major organization in the state that sounded the alarm. See section of bill below:

This bill started off as a Democrat bill led by radical leftist Zach Stephenson but Establishment puppet Walter Hudson crossed over and added his name as an author on March 9th. Instead of championing A4L’s Never Again Bill like Walter should've done as previous Chief House Author, he instead chose to pick a fight against free speech alongside Democrats. How egotistical and power-hungry are politicians if they cannot handle memes against them??

At one point, Democrats attempted to added more to the bill and Walter removed his name. However, Dems ultimately chose to pass the bill on its own and when that was decided, Walter was back on board!

During debate on this bill on the House floor on 3/30/23 (see video here), Hudson took time to praise Democrat Zach Stephenson for the “proactive” nature of this bill, even stating that this bill showed the “type of thinking that we have to be able to do and willing to do”. He also said that the implementation may be “a little sloppy” but says “That’s okay, we’ll figure it out.” Sounds like some big government, anti-freedom talk! It is clear that Walter’s attempts to calm down any Republican opposition was successful which now allows an out of control, Socialist, anti-freedom AG office to lock up MN citizens for memes.

This bill was passed UNANIMOUSLY by the RINOs and Democrats in the State House and only ONE state Senator had the guts to vote against it, Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10). The Uniparty was in action to limit free speech and pathetically protect themselves from memes! 

Elon Musk acquired X, then Twitter, with the goal of creating a free speech social media platform. Despite Hudson’s debilitating addiction to X (where he wastes hours each each), Walter Hudson clearly doesn’t align with the pro-First Amendment attitude of Musk! Along with AI memes leading to prison time, unhinged Walter has called for the MNGOP to purge grassroots A4L supporters from the party and fought to censor the grassroots opponent to Globalist RINO Tom Emmer at the CD6 convention (professional golf caddy Chris Corey).

A4L previously reported that RINO Rep. Mary Franson (12B) previously took on a lawsuit on this issue despite her voting in favor of the bill and her complete silence during the two floor debates on 3/30/23 and 5/16/23. While she has now seen the light, she should have never voted for this unconstitutional garbage in the first place! Interestingly, Ellison’s AI “expert” ended up using phony, pretend citations generated from AI in testimony to the court! The irony of the “expert” falling prey to AI’s dangers while writing to the court about AI dangers was not lost by U.S. District Court Judge Laura M. Provinzino.

Elon’s lawsuit will be much higher profile and could save our state from uniparty tyranny and attacks the law with the 1st and 4th Amendments of the US Bill of Rights. However, Keep in mind that A4L reporting exposed RINO Jim Nash (48A) for pushing to increase ANTIFA Keith’s AG budget right now in the State Govt. Finance and Policy bill (HF2783) by over $3M for this year! Jim Nash and other RINOs who support that bill will be giving Ellison more money to fight free speech and other frivolous cases like his recent anti-gun case that the Supreme Court refused to hear. 

Last year, Democrats added further provisions into this law including that a candidate would be disqualified for office if they broke this law.

Action 4 Liberty will continue to be the bulldog for freedom in our state and we will never concede an inch on our Constitutional, God-given Rights! A4L would much rather defend the free speech rights of MN citizens instead of defending the feelings of insecure tyrant politicians. The next time you see MN RINOs mask themselves with Elon and DOGE, remember that Elon has to spend money suing Keith Ellison thanks to them, especially unhinged Walter Hudson!
