The DFL and their socialist Legislators have been Hell-bent on destroying our state since the first day of the Legislative Session. They support abortions in all cases, transgender surgery for children, eliminating carbon by 2040, hurting businesses, changing definitions for the social justice warriors, and spending all of our overtaxed Surplus money.

In this case, the radical Democrats are pushing HF2008/SF1903 which appropriates $12 million of our Surplus dollars over the next four years for socialist stipends for homeless “youth”. This is a Communist pilot plan that gives away our money instead of getting these people jobs. Under their definitions, any homeless individual between the ages of 18 and 24 is considered to be a “youth”.

This bill is authored by the “first 2 Spirit, non-binary” Legislator, Alicia Kozlowski (Dem-HD8B) and that should tell you everything you need to know about her right there! The usual suspects of leftist Representatives are also on the bill and it is moving in the House. Additionally, the Senate version of this bill has swing district, Iron Range Senator Grant Hauschild (Dem-SD3) as an author which definitely will not sit well with his district! This bill would give monthly and one time stipends to homeless individuals in Hennepin and St. Louis through the 501(c)(3) organization Youthprise. Youthprise is an intermediary that is run by the McKnight Foundation which grants money towards woke causes around climate change, black economic power, and equity. 

Both Youthprise and the McKnight Foundation also have plenty of grants that are seemingly for good causes, one of which being helping the homeless. And while there is certainly no issue with how they choose to spend their privately acquired money, taxpayer money should not be used. However, their liberal bias is evident in their “New Generation of Equity” Policy Agenda.

According to testimony in the House Human Services committee, this bill would give $1000 monthly and $4000 one time stipends. Also, this bill has zero language on how this money will be dispersed, no reporting or proof on how the funds are used, and allows for many loopholes for free-loaders to take advantage of this program.

Based upon the definition for “nighttime residences” provided in the bill, there is plenty of wiggle-room and areas for fraud to occur. Minnesota is no stranger to nonprofits ripping off taxpayers with fake grants (see the Feeding Our Future scam) so we have to be cautious on all fronts.

Other than hoping that Youthprise does not screw us over, there is nothing that can be done to track the money once it is appropriated to them! Rep. Kozlowski indicates that they will prioritize and favor grants for black/LGBT homeless youth over others! See below:

After a deep review of the bill, there is no language to suggest that they would discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation because that would be illegal for the state to do! Instead, Rep. Kozlowski must be under the impression that Youthprise (likely the individuals leading this project, Kristy Snyder and Quincy Powe) will be picking and choosing homeless people who fit their diversity criteria! This is the kind of woke discrimination that must be stopped!

No Surplus tax dollars should be spent and it should be totally refunded to the taxpayers. It is our overtaxed money that radical Democrats are wasting everyday. Contact your Legislators and tell them to oppose this bill! The radical left will dictate everything unless ‘We The People’ stand up and fight!

YouTube banned another video of ours and gave us a third two-week suspension for a video that highlighted Trump's recent performance at CPAC. The video was Episode 4 of our newest show called "Political Junkies" that features MAGA Jesse and Mr. Straight-laced William. YouTube threatens to delete our channel if we receive a third strike in the next month.

For those who haven't seen the behind-the-scenes look at a YouTube suspension, here's what happens.

An email is sent to the publisher that a video has gone against YouTube's "community standards." 

YouTube gives you the "chance" to appeal their decision (not really) and then write an 800 word comment to sway their decision (not really).

After submitting the fake appeal, YouTube reminds the truth tellers that they are in a rare class of publishers who get two strikes (we've been here three times now) and hyperlinks to their webpage of allowable speech. 

Here's a list of things not allowed to be discussed, even as opinion, on their platform. This is outrageous!

YouTube's attack on our content has destroyed the potential growth of our channel and costs us a lot of potential new followers. Luckily, we started moving our material over to the pro-free speech Rumble and continue growing there. If we didn't have this option, YouTube would be highly effective at altering political speech in America.

Leftist ideology has thoroughly penetrated every aspect of American life – even our sports teams. The Minnesota Wild was set to celebrate LGBT pride on Tuesday night by wearing gay-themed hockey jerseys during warmups. When they scrapped the idea at the last minute, the left went nuts.

According to the team, it was a last-minute “organizational decision.” According to Twin Cities Pride leader, Andi Otto, this was done because some team members refused to wear the jerseys during warm-ups. Good for them!

Despite this, the team still used pride-themed sticks and pucks. So they still ended up promoting the LGBT community. Unsurprisingly, This was not enough to please the ravenous left wing, who took their outrage to social media. Take a look at just a few examples below.

Again, keep in mind that the team still used rainbow-themed sticks and pucks. It's not enough that the Wild offered their verbal support, they need to fully embrace and promote the LGBT agenda. It's not about choice for these people; it's about compliance.

With this pressure from the keyboard warriors, do not be surprised if the team wears the jerseys in future games to make up for offending the woke left. 

Action 4 Liberty reported yesterday that SF1018 was a woke bill that struck the word “breast” from “breast milk”, added the term “lactating individuals” since “nursing mothers” wasn’t inclusive enough, created unfair business regulations, and added woke language that will fill up courts with nonsense “discrimination” cases.

Many of the issues with this bill were on full display during last night’s floor session in the House as they debated the House version of this bill, HF1104. Amendments were offered by the GOP Legislators to remove the social justice warrior language and adjust/remove the regulatory burden on businesses created with this bill.

All Amendments were stifled by the Democratic control with exception to one Amendment that changed the date the bill goes into effect. Aside from that single Amendment, the Democrats voted in lockstep to prevent any conservative influence. This bill then passed on party lines by a vote of 70-58 (6 Republicans were absent).

We reported that Senator Julia Coleman was the only GOP author on this woke, liberal bill and last night’s floor session showed that there was ZERO Republican support for this legislation. Thanks to the pressure of our organization and supporters like yourself, we are happy to announce that Sen. Coleman will remove her name as an author for the bill!

We were able to contact Julia Coleman and she immediately notified us that she saw red flags with this bill and will withdraw her support! This is proof that pressure works and Action 4 Liberty is very effective! See email evidence below:

A new bill in the Legislature removes the word "breast" from "breast milk", calls women "lactating employees", and targets business owners with crazy regulations. GOP Senator Julia Coleman (SD48) is an author for SF1018 and is the only Republican on the bill in both the House and Senate! This bill adds unfair regulations for employers, increases the size and scope of government, and adds woke, social justice warrior gender language to our laws.

This bill piles regulatory burdens onto business owners as if there aren’t enough hurdles in our state. It begins with broad and vague ways that limits employers and forces them to walk on eggshells. If employers say anything that employees can find the tiniest issue with, the employee can take them to civil court and a liberal judge will award them with the owner’s money. See below:

This overarching language is used throughout the bill and will undoubtedly hurt business owners. They later target business owners again by removing regulations that require an employee work for an employer for 12 months preceding paid parental leave (paid by employer). It is typical to see this nonsense from the radical left Democrats but it is a shock to see a Republican not just as a supporter of the bill, but as an author! The Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association (MPPOA) and Executive Director Brian Peters has consistently supported and endorsed RINOs, radical Democrats, establishment talking points, and legislation that takes away our freedom. Now they are pushing for radical leftist gun control.

It is a shame that the largest representation for the hardworking police officers of our state is the crony, establishment leadership of the MPPOA. The MPPOA has worked hard to silence grassroots opposition to the swamp by pouring money into candidates and policies that attack the Constitution.

The MPPOA has released a statement that states their support for radical leftist Rep. Dave Pinto’s (Dem-64B) bill HF14 that additionally has the other gun-grabbing Representatives as authors. This bill would restrict gun rights by requiring background checks into all private transfers of pistols and semi-automatic rifles. This includes sales or gifts between family members, friends, and everything else imaginable. 

In the MPPOA’s statement, they even used liberal talking points like calling semi-automatic rifles “weapons of war” and "keeping our residents and law enforcement officers safe from the threat of gun violence" despite this bill targeting law-abiding patriots instead of criminals. See below:

Law enforcement officers in our state deserve better representation. The MPPOA should be focused on crime and criminals instead of law abiding citizens. Gun laws never restrict criminals because they will break the law regardless. Penalizing gun owners and involving the government in private transactions is the type of Orwellian tyranny we need to fight.

Meanwhile Roseau, Wadena, Clearwater, and Marshall Counties have all become 2nd Amendment Sanctuary Counties! Most recently, Itasca County Commissioners voted unanimously to do the same with support of their Sheriff Joe Dasovich. This sanctuary status allows the County Sheriff’s Department to refuse to enforce unconstitutional gun laws passed by our tyrannical Legislature and Governor.

Contact your Legislator and tell them to oppose any and all gun control. Once gun rights are lost, they are lost forever! We cannot allow vulnerable Democrats or RINOs take our gun rights! Pressure your County Commissioners to pass a Resolution deeming your county a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary, it may be our last line of defense!

Governor Tim Walz held a signing ceremony for an executive order protecting the LGBT "right" to groom children on Wednesday morning, capping off the event by calling anti-trans parents and activists “bullies”.

This executive order makes Minnesota a sanctuary state for transgender surgeries and treatments. Take a look at the most concerning part of the order below:

It is clear that he and his lackeys in the legislature are feeling the heat from surrounding states. Just recently, Tennessee enacted a law that bans child genital mutilation surgeries.

Strangely enough, Walz was clearly threatened by this act. He believes that this behavior is an attempt to “eradicate” LGBT people. In reality, it is an effort to protect children from the left’s woke agenda.

At this conference, Walz invited a family doctor who specializes in “transgender youth” to speak to the room. Dr. Kelsey Leonardsmith demanded that legislators protect her right to profit from gender hormones and surgeries. When asked about lasting damage caused by these treatments, she replied:

“There are also permanent, irreversible changes caused by just living in the body that you are born in.”

Lt. Governor Flanagan was also wearing the shirt below, which says “Protect Trans Kids” and features a large knife.

At least three children were present at the event, all of which were highlighted by various speakers. 

According to the Democrats, the parents that want to obstruct their child-abuse agenda are “bullies” and have no place in Tim Walz’s “One Minnesota.”

Late Monday night, Republicans and Democrats got together in the Minnesota House to usher through the most recent debt bill (aka, a “bonding bill”) for the 2023-24 legislative session. HF 669 puts a gargantuan $1.5 Billion on the state’s credit card. 

There is a lot in this bill designed to garner the support of both Democrats and Republicans. Among the worst of the provisions are:

• $8.4 million for community tree planting grants
• $10 million for new trail construction
• $8 million for a new “Mississippi River Learning Center”
• $72 million for public housing
• $180 Million to Failing State Universities
• $132 Million to University of Minnesota and its woke administration

Don’t forget that the bonding bill is the one area where Republicans have leverage to legislate in 2023. While Democrats narrowly carry control of the House, the Senate, and the Governor’s mansion – Bonding Bills require a 60% vote share in both chambers – something that Democrats do not have.

Despite this, a number of Republicans voted for this bill in the House anyway. The legislation passed with a vote of 91-43. Luckily, Republicans in the Senate seem to be willing to put up a fight.

Democrats only have a one-vote majority in the Senate. If all the Republicans stand together, they can stall this bill until they get a wish list of legislative priorities. If they are smart, they can demand:

• No new gun control laws
• A full return of the budget surplus
• A COMPLETE repeal of the tax on social security (no tinkering!)

Minnesota Democrats have been ram-rodding their radical agenda through the Legislature at an unprecedented pace. We have never seen our state government expand so quickly with so many bills spending our massive budget surplus. On every consequential vote, the Democrats have been in complete lockstep.

Now they are pushing for the Socialist “basic income grants” in the appropriately titled HF2666 that will spend over $200 Million over the next two years! This is the pilot plan for Communism in our state. To make matters worse, the money will be appropriated from the General Fund... meaning our $21 Billion Surplus!

Five Democrats have signed on as authors and it is the usual Communist suspects: Hollins (66B), Gomez (62A), Agbaje (59B), Xiong (67B), and Heather Keeler (4A) who also wants to ban white people from adopting outside their race!

This bill would spend our Surplus money by giving it to local governments, Indian tribes, or nonprofits who get to divvy it up however they want! This wouldn’t be the first time that Democrats used nonprofits for fraud, remember the Feeding Our Future SCAM? The amount of fraud and corruption this bill will cause is unbelievable.

Along with the fiscal disaster this bill causes, it doubles down on the Democrats’ racist agenda by favoring Indians over everyone else! We also create a society of lazy people who refuse to work because the government is paying them to sit at home! Individuals could receive payments between $350 to $1200 a month if they know a bureaucrat who will sign off on them.

Our society is collapsing and Democrats are turning working men into welfare queens. We cannot allow the Democrats to turn us into a Socialist state that attacks taxpayers and rewards the leeches of society. Contact your legislators and make sure they oppose this SCAM!

Leave it up to Minnesota to be a national embarrassment once again. Last week, Judge Patrick Diamond ruled that USA Powerlifting and Powerlifting Minnesota must allow transgender individuals to compete as the gender they identify as. 

JayCee Cooper identifies as a female, but was born a male. He has sought to compete as a female powerlifter. In 2021, he filed a discrimination case against USA Powerlifting, citing violations of the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA).

Leftists across the state and across the nation applaud this ruling, even as females in the sport are now disenfranchised. Why should a biological male with naturally higher levels of testosterone be allowed to compete with biological females?

This refusal to acknowledge biological realities is sweeping the nation, particularly within competitive sports. Transgender swimmer Lia Thomas is a popular example of this phenomenon. 

In a letter to the President of USA Powerlifting, Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar wrote:

“I urge you to reconsider this discriminatory, unscientific policy and follow the example of the International Olympic Committee. The myth that trans women have a ‘direct competitive advantage’ is not supported by medical science, and it continues to stoke fear and violence against one of the most at-risk communities in the world.”

What is most notable here is that Omar truly believes that it is “unscientific” to acknowledge the competitive advantage that males bring to the table. Why does she think performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) are prohibited in the vast majority of professional sports?

Anabolic-androgenic steroids, for example, are banned in most professional sports. This drug is a synthetic form of testosterone and helps build muscle strength and power.

It is well known that testosterone is a natural performance enhancer, which is why it is unfair to put testosterone-filled males up against biological females. 

Congresswoman Omar is far from the only leftist to hold this unfortunate view on transgender athletes. The left will champion this victory today but are already working on their next victory. They will not stop until they have totally implemented their intersectional agenda.
