To the surprise of nobody, MN tax dollars are funding leftist organizations that openly support left-wing causes. Under the control of Democrats and RINOs, the government does not exist to serve its core, necessary functions but rather to funnel money to different interest groups. If a group is funded with state tax dollars and they push anything politically, it is a safe assumption that they are left-wing.

Tax dollars are not meant for pet projects and hand-outs but that is what the state government has become under the control of far-left Democrats and spineless RINO legislators. Democrats and most GOP legislators are voting to fund leftist causes as opposed to defunding them! As a result, taxpayer funded institutions like the Walker Art Center are participating in leftist protests instead of doing their jobs!

On January 23rd, insane leftist rioters demanded businesses close down as to not interfere with their pro-illegal alien criminals protest. By demanding solidarity/uniformity from businesses and organizations for leftist causes, the left has become fascists who hate personal freedom. Included in this protest was the Walker Art Center, who is clearly using the tax dollars they were granted to keep business closed to satisfy the woke mob.

As seen on the Minnesota State Arts Board webpage, Minneapolis’ Walker Art Center received over $668K for 2026! Other woke causes and organizations are also listed on that site, highlighting how little respect politicians have for the average taxpayer. One of the reasons there is so much wasteful spending on groups like this is the fault of the “Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment” within the MN Constitution which raised taxes until 2034 to mandate spending on several topics including art. This Amendment has been used to fund all kinds of Somali services, lgbtq+ causes, and even to hold an openly demonic event.

Legislators do not have their hands completely tied, they can always vote no when out-of-control, stupid spending is presented in front of them. In this case, the Legacy omnibus spending bill (HF2563) contained approximately $777M in spending which includes nearly $180M for “Arts and Cultural Heritage”. This bill is how the Walker Art Center and other leftist causes are raking in big bucks on YOUR dime. 

In the House, only 21 GOP Reps. voted no on the bill while the majority of “Republicans” (46/67) voted yes for the woke spending! On the bill’s final vote, all three GOP Reps running for Governor, Peggy Bennett (23A), Lisa Demuth (13A), and Kristin Robbins (37A), voted for the leftist spending. In the Senate, only RINOs Julia Coleman (SD48), Karin Housley (SD33), Andrew Lang (SD16) and Carla Nelson (SD24) voted with the Democrats for the spending. See votes below for HF2563:

Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) has introduced legislation to counter-act the left’s control of funding woke art projects. As previously mentioned, certain funding is constitutionally mandated to be used for purposes including art. In use of this mandate, Sen. Wesenberg has proposed legislation to commission a statue of Charlie Kirk at the University of Minnesota campus, where Kirk was set to hold an event just 12 days after his tragic, public, widely seen assassination to honor Kirk’s legacy of promoting open debate over political violence. This legislation was supported by the MNGOP State Central Committee and must be a priority for Republicans heading into the 2026 legislative session during these divisive political times.

Conservatives are sick and tired of MN’s bloated budget funding leftist groups and projects while taxpayers are struggling to make ends meet. Democrats and RINOs do not respect taxpayers’ hard-earned money and have forgotten that they work for We The People, not the other way around. Chris Madel is a major donor to Democrats in Minnesota and nationally and the full list of his over $55K in Democrat donations can be seen in our previous reporting. This includes giving $12,200 to Joe Biden, $5,500 to Tim Walz (including during the height of Covid tyranny), and $8,800 to Amy Klobuchar across various campaigns. Many conservatives viewed Chris Madel skeptically, especially since the very people he was donating to were set to be his general election opponents. On the heels of Shaky, Angry Amy Klobuchar announcing a Governor campaign, Chris Madel has announced he is dropping out of the race.

Madel faced an uphill battle in the campaign as he failed to properly address his massive donations to Democrats. As seen in previous A4L reporting, Madel argued that his donations to Democrats helped free his legal clients, which suggests there is a corrupt pay to play scheme that allows criminal charges to be reduced or completely removed by paying off certain Democrat politicians. This failed to explain away his various donations to people like Joe Biden, Steve Simon, Angie Craig, Jamie Raskins, and more. Madel was also one of three GOP candidates to not pledge to veto taxpayer funded abortion.

While Madel was not leading the field, he was able to generate some buzz about himself and would typically place in the top half of candidates in various straw polls happening around the state. As the Alpha News attorney and the lawyer who represented Trooper Ryan Londgregen, Madel had some cache with conservatives and appealed to certain voters using strong, outsider, pro-police, populist messaging. Madel likely understood that he lacked the name recognition and conservative credentials to win the GOP endorsement or the primary.

As seen in the video above, Madel trashes the Trump Administration for alleged retribution against Minnesota citizens and that he could not support I.C.E.’s metro surge operation any longer. Madel grandstands with arguments that misrepresent I.C.E.’s presence in MN like “Driving while hispanic is not a crime”. Madel further argues that national Republicans have made it “nearly impossible” for a Republican to win the Governor’s race.

Despite arguing that it would be “nearly impossible” to win, Madel later argues that he believes he would have beaten Amy Klobuchar and her entering the race did not impact his decision. It seems Madel wants to have it both ways by quitting because he believes he would inevitably lose but argue that he would have won with no evidence to support that. Had Madel become the GOP nominee for Governor, his anti-Trump record would have made many voters in the MAGA coalition stay home. If a voter’s interests are not represented on the ballot, the GOP cannot count on their vote.

Madel quitting the race makes it appear that his entire campaign was just a publicity stunt for his legal career. If he truly thought he could beat Amy Klobuchar, of course he would remain in the race. As a donor to Klobuchar, he may feel at ease with her in the race. Madel did not offer an endorsement to any candidate remaining in the race but he did rightfully take a final swing at Lisa Demuth and Kristin Robbins for having “done nothing to properly investigate Minnesota fraud” in the State House as they’ve instead “chosen to write strongly-worded letters” asking the federal government to do their job instead of doing it themselves. At the end of the video, Madel wisely announced that he is returning campaign donations back to the donors.

Madel’s candidacy coming to a close makes one thing very clear: A big-time Democrat donor faces extreme challenges in becoming the nominee because the MAGA base is sick and tired of the RINO establishment. Madel’s exit reduces the size of a crowded field and will likely be the first of many to drop off. The Governor race remains a focal point for MN Republicans due to the national exposure of mass fraud.

Minnesota citizens have long known that the state is run by corrupt politicians who work against the will of the People. MN has become a national embarrassment due to MASSIVE Somali fraud and far-left Democrats obstructing the deportation of illegal criminal thugs. While most Republicans would have cowered at this point in the battle out of weakness, President Trump’s Dept. of Justice has issued grand jury subpoenas for Gov. Tim Walz, AG Keith Ellison, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, self-described illegal immigrant St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her, and one other person not yet named in the media.

The grand jury indictments are part of a federal investigation related to these individuals using their office for conspiracy to coerce or obstruct federal law enforcement during the DHS’s Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota. 

Just looking at the words of Walz, Ellison, Frey, and Her alone shows their radical public rhetoric and policies. Walz compared I.C.E. agents to Nazis, Ellison called I.C.E. removing criminal illegal aliens from MN streets an “invasion” and is compiling complaints to use against I.C.E. agents, Frey compared a car ramming an I.C.E. agent to closing a refrigerator door with your hip, and Her insanely claiming I.C.E. agents are going door to door asking “where the Asian people live”. 

The Democrats are appealing to their unhinged, far-left base causing chaos in the streets while I.C.E. conducts deportation operations. It is also clear that the named individuals are using the power of their office to oppose federal law and federal law enforcement.

This is not a state and localities protecting the Constitutional Rights of the citizens of their state from federal overreach. This is a state and localities protecting criminal illegal aliens over American citizens. America cannot be a free nation with an open border and mass welfare for the illegals.

Instead of realizing what kind of trouble these politicians have caused for themselves, they appear to be doubling down on their nonsense! The very same people who thought you belonged in prison for going to church/holding a gathering during Covid also think millions of criminal illegal aliens deserve some slack. Tyrant Democrats’ pearl-clutching for the liberty of illegal aliens is just a tool to be used to the detriment of the average American. Ellison is even taking Don Lemon's side about when Lemon and other liberal lunatics took over a church service to scream obscenities and to intimidate the pastor and congregation.

As seen in the grand jury subpoena published by Fox 9, Jacob Frey has been ordered to testify on February 3rd, 2026. The subpoena demands documentation, communications, policies, directives, guides, instructions, and other records since January 1st, 2025 related to the Minneapolis Mayor Office’s lack of compliance with federal immigration law. President Trump’s appointed Minnesota U.S. Attorney, Daniel Rosen, filed the subpoena.

Minnesota conservatives have long been waiting for corrupt Democrat politicians to be held responsible for their illegal actions and this appears to be the first step in that process. Patriots will be demanding that this action has follow-through to avoid another all-talk, no-action predicament. The actions of rogue Democrats like Walz, Ellison, Frey, and Her are facing some initial consequences, though many conservatives hope to see Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna’s criminal referrals for Walz and Ellison come to fruition.

Minnesota public schools have become leftist indoctrination camps due to far-left teachers pushing their political opinions onto students. Teachers are able to get away with it because union bosses protect them. Democrats and RINOs have become co-opted by the unions and are allowing public school teachers to push their woke political ideology. Only strong-willed, free-thinking students ever have the guts to stand up to authority and a perfect example of that was caught on video in a Becker High School classroom.

Teacher Heather Abrahamson was arguing with a student about the recent shooting concerning when Renee Good drove her car into an I.C.E. agent. He moved out of the way, the car still hit him, and he shot Good for her unhinged actions. The student in the video makes the logical, common-sense argument that the officer had to react in a split-second and could not consider all options. 

Abrahamson was boiling angry and couldn’t tolerate a young man thinking for himself. Rather than calmly discussing the issue, Abrahamson started insulting the student’s intelligence! How much more immature could a teacher be? She told him that “just because you’re alive doesn’t mean you’re intelligent”. See video below:

First of all, teachers should not be discussing modern politics with students. It introduces too many instances of subjectivity. Biases always creep into supposedly objective teachings and it is not necessary for teachers to express their opinions of I.C.E. and President Trump’s deportation operation. History classes are meant for history, math classes are meant for math, and science classes are meant for science. They are not meant to be propaganda tools for whacked out leftists.

Emotional messes like Heather Abrahamson are counter-productive to successful learning. A grown adult resorting to personal insults with a teenager proves how broken the left’s mind is. Heather Abrahamson is a known far-left teacher in the district. While many Minnesotans are focused on the Governor race since Tim Walz was forced to drop out of the race due to national exposure of his corruption, the U.S. Senate race also has a corrupt incumbent Democrat not seeking reelection! U.S. Senator Tina Smith is on her way out the door and the GOP can win if they can inspire the over 1.5M MAGA voters in MN to vote again in 2026. Instead, pro-abortion and anti-Trump RINO Michele Tafoya is set to enter the U.S. Senate race.

On January 20th, Michele Tafoya filed for the race as seen in FEC filings. Tafoya is best known for her role as a NFL sideline reporter for NBC. With some bit of a celebrity factor, Tafoya walks into the race with more name-ID than an average candidate. While some Republicans will believe she presents an electable path forward, they fail to factor in Tafoya’s ultra-liberal, pro-abortion, and anti-Trump political record.

Michele Tafoya has let it be well-known that she is pro-abortion. She even cut a commercial with fake pro-life group MCCL pushing the dishonest talking point that abortion, up to the moment of birth, is a Constitutional Right in Minnesota that no Governor can do anything about. That means she is falsely claiming NOTHING can be done to stop taxpayer-funded abortion, late term abortion, or even post-birth abortion! On Third Trimester Tafoya’s YouTube show, Tafoya says “On social issues, I’m a little more moderate, maybe even slightly to the left. I believe in a woman’s right to choose. Sorry, I do.” As seen in Section 2 of the MNGOP platform, Tafoya completely misses the mark of what grassroots conservatives believe on this issue.

In 2022, Michele Tafoya was the campaign co-chair for RINO Kendall Qualls' failed Governor campaign. Tafoya was widely rumored to be Qualls' running mate because he refused to announce who the Lt. Gov. would be on the ticket, even going into deep rounds of voting at the 2022 State Convention. Qualls likely feared that if he announced at the convention that his running mate would be a pro-abortion and anti-Trump person like Tafoya, he would've ensured quicker defeat.

Tafoya’s abortion position is not the only issue where she is wildly different from the conservative grassroots of Minnesota: She is also a Trump hater! Tafoya wrote an open letter to President Trump on her Substack in 2022 demanding he not run in 2024 and implies he does not love America by saying if he genuinely loves America, he wouldn’t run! Tafoya further argued that Trump is chaos and insinuates he is insane by saying “... people I know who voted for Trump just don’t want to see him back now, they want something a little closer to normal. I think people want sanity”. Tafoya also seems to think Joe Biden was the legitimate winner of the 2020 election when she said "some of the Trump-backed candidates really struggled, and some of that had to do with the election-denialism".

How can Michele Tafoya inspire non-traditional voters, who only showed up to the polls to vote for President Trump, to vote again in 2026 with her past comments? Many conservatives will feel back-stabbed because RINOs are prioritizing a false sense of electability over core Republican principles. President Trump won more votes in 2024 in MN than any previous GOP nominee in American history and the MNGOP has no chance of winning without the MAGA base. However, instead of working as a neutral body, the MNGOP is putting their thumbs on the scale and propping up Michele Tafoya! The incompetent MNGOP couldn't even spell her first name correctly! Despite being blocked from doing such actions by the Article IV, Section 8 of the MNGOP Bylaws, this is not the first time MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash has given favor to a candidate publicly before the party has made an endorsement. As seen in previous A4L reporting, Plechash was slammed by 2024 U.S. Senate nominee Royce White for issuing a unilateral endorsement for RINO Congresswoman Michele Fischbach while she faces major conservative backlash in her district. Plechash has shown that he is more interested in sucking up to the Establishment than he is at representing the grassroots, or at the very least, conducting himself fairly. If he wants to prove A4L wrong, he should stop promoting certain candidates over others.

It must be remembered, it was even worse before Plechash when corrupt David Hann was MNGOP Chair! Hann is also running for U.S. Senate but has been shunned by many Republicans after A4L exposed that Hann used about $30K in party funds to secretly pay a Kamala/Walz supporter. Ironically, Hann attacked Tafoya’s pro-abortion and anti-Trump record in a statement despite Hann being just as liberal as she is on those issues! Hann is the one who sent a letter to GOP candidates demanding they say abortion, up to the moment of birth, is a Constitutional Right! In 2017 and 2021 Hann said the GOP is not the party of Trump, in 2017 he called Trump “vulgar, rude, and obnoxious”, said in 2021 that he is “not a Trump guy”, and did not want President Trump to visit MN in 2022 to help Republicans win! Hann's attacks on Tafoya is the pot calling the kettle black!

Hann is likely positioned in fourth place as the race currently stands. Firebrand conservative Royce White and Marine veteran Adam Schwarze have emerged as the top two candidates thus far, though Tafoya's candidate filing throws a wrench into the race. With the Establishment like NRSC Chair Sen. Tim Scott and morons like State Rep. Mary Franson are supporting Tafoya, she can clearly appeal to the Uniparty and its lackeys. White slammed Tafoya’s entry into the race and challenged her to debate him, starting with an immediate debate tonight (1/21/26, the date the post was written). Patriots can look to future A4L reporting to provide a breakdown of all 10 GOP candidates running for U.S. Senate.

Third Trimester Tafoya likely brings money and attention but her leftist political history will make her a tough sell to conservative GOP delegates and voters. It is not clear if she will abide by the party’s endorsement, which makes it even more egregious that the MNGOP would prop her up on social media pre-endorsing convention.

The Establishment’s embracing of Michele Tafoya may result in unintended consequences because conservatives continue to figure out in bigger and bigger numbers that the corrupt RINOs running the party cannot be trusted. The party structure exists to serve various purposes and one of the chief purposes is to hold endorsing conventions and to support the winner of said conventions. Most BPOUs (Basic Political Operating Units) find no issue in doing so but scheduling endorsing conventions can become more complicated when districts cover multiple BPOUs. In the case of Senate District 10, it has become a nightmare because Senator Nathan Wesenberg is despised by RINOs despite being well-liked by his district.

Wesenberg has no known opponent for the Senate seat’s GOP endorsement yet RINOs are working behind the scenes to not hold a convention at all! SD10 covers seven different BPOUs and the MNGOP Constitution requires that they all agree to a time and place for their endorsing convention. In the case of SD10, six of the seven BPOUs were in agreement to hold the endorsing convention on Saturday, February 21st at Pierz High School.

The Feb. 21st date does not conflict with any of the BPOU’s schedules and is not on the same day as their regular county/BPOU conventions to elect CD and statewide delegates. The only hold-out on this date is the RINO-controlled Aitkin County, which is chaired by Dale Lueck-puppet Jennifer Cummings. Lueck is former RINO state Representative with a pathetic lifetime score of 51% in A4L Scorecards (meaning he would vote for big, bloated government about half of the time on critical votes). Jennifer Cummings reportedly previously plead guilty to (and was sentenced for) drug possession after she bought methamphetamine (meth) from an undercover police officer.

Instead of cooperating with the other six BPOU Chairs, Lueck and Cummings have used their personal animosity against Sen. Wesenberg to try to block an endorsing convention from happening at all! For months they refused to hammer down a date and time while the other six operated in good faith discussions. In an email obtained by A4L, Lueck LIES to another BPOU Chair in the district by falsely claiming that Aitkin County would be holding their convention on Ash Wednesday at 9AM. Sources tell A4L that this is not the first time Lueck has given false dates. See email below:

When BPOU Chairs cannot agree to a date for the endorsing convention, the MNGOP Constitution requires the MNGOP State Executive Committee to call the convention since SD10 covers areas in multiple U.S. Congressional districts. According to sources, this issue was brought to the State Exec. Comte. and the party failed to call for a convention at their last meeting. Sources tell A4L that the voice vote to call the convention was held and was close but Chair Alex Plechash ruled that the opposition to the motion won out.

The RINOs on the State Exec. Comte. are BLOCKING Sen. Nathan Wesenberg’s endorsement despite him not having an opponent! The MNGOP is failing to live up to the obligations of their own party constitution! Sources tell A4L that the most deceitful of the State Exec. Comte. who worked to mislead locals was self-described “Never Trump” CD8 Exec. Rep. Andy Aplikowski. Sources tell A4L that Aplikowski lied by arguing that Aitkin County was operating in good faith and were proposing the convention be held on March 14th. Additionally, we are told crazed feminist MNGOP Secretary Joy Orvis and several others have been doing the Establishment's bidding.

Local sources tell A4L that the March 14th date was NEVER proposed to the six other BPOU Chairs and was selected by RINOs Lueck and Cummings because it was the most objectionable date! Locals say further that several BPOU Chairs communicated to all seven chairs how they and others would not be available on that day. Instead of choosing the best possible day, they chose the worst day! Now, the grassroots may call Aitkin County’s bluff and accept the convention date.

It is clear that RINOs will use whatever tactics they wish in order to see their ends be met. There is zero reason to block the grassroots from making local endorsements. The Establishment’s dirty tricks in SD10 are nothing new. In 2022 leading up to the SD10 endorsing convention RINOs like then-Morrison County Chair Mandy Heffron deleted duly elected delegates and replaced them with Establishment names, wouldn’t allow the grassroots to replace the corrupt David Hann-appointed Chair for the Morrison County convention, and didn’t even count a single vote at the SD10 endorsing convention because it was clear on the ground that several RINO candidates were going to lose!

The ongoing battle in SD10 are similar throughout the state, the RINOs can feel their power slipping away because the grassroots is more informed than ever. The MNGOP State Executive Committee is FAILING to live up to their Constitutional duties and must IMMEDIATELY hold a special meeting to hold the SD10 Endorsing Convention on Feb. 21st (or another date agreed upon by the six relevant BPOU Chairs operating in good faith discussions). While a few members of the State Executive Committee are trying to do the right thing, the majority is stabbing conservatives in the back! 

This sits at Alex Plechash’s and Donna Bergstrom’s feet! They must resolve it immediately or will be responsible for another MNGOP Civil War.

Action 4 Liberty will remain on the forefront of exposing political corruption in Minnesota. Brad Tabke is posting constantly on X to inform his rabid supporters of the locations where I.C.E. is conducting deportation operations of illegal aliens. In doing so, Tabke is encouraging protests/riots, which have turned violent and deadly. Impeding the actions of law enforcement is asking for trouble. President Trump won the 2024 election in a landslide. The American People voted for a deportation agenda to be implemented. Tim Walz was one of the major reasons the Democrats lost as big as they did. Instead of learning from their mistakes, they are doubling down for their far-left base.

Brad Tabke represents a swing district that became slightly more Democrat-heavy following 2022 redistricting. Despite this, Tabke only “won” reelection in 2024 by 14 votes, however, 21 ballots were TRASHED in his district! This means that votes that may have changed the outcome of the race were not counted! Brad Tabke was NOT legitimately elected and shouldn’t even be holding power as is!

Tabke is only in office because RINO Speaker Lisa Demuth cut a deal with Democrats to seat him at the beginning of session. Had the 67 Republicans remained strong and refused to recognize Tabke’s election certificate, a special election would’ve taken place where the Republicans could’ve won a majority in the House! Instead, Demuth recognized the Democrats’ phony, closed-door swearing-in ceremony as legitimate and used the House Rules to protect Tabke from removal. Only state Reps. Tom Dippel (41B) and Drew Roach (58B) voted against the anti-election validity rule package while the other 65 GOP members stabbed Republican voters in the back.

Going even further back, if the RINOs unified behind then-state Rep. Erik Mortensen's reelection campaign, Tabke likely wouldn't have been elected in 2022 either! The HRCC and state party worked against Mort's campaign to maintain the seat stays in Republican hands. One thing appears certain: The RINOs would rather have a far-left Democrat in power than a constitutional conservative!

As the Representative of a swing district who pretends to be moderate, one would think Tabke would realize how stupid it is of him to be publicly stalking I.C.E. agents and encouraging chaos. He is playing a dangerous game that may not end well for him with a fired-up DOJ under President Trump. In the meantime, Tabke may encourage nutjobs to interfere with law enforcement resulting in some getting hurt or killed. The leftist mobs are already chasing down and attacking conservatives.

It is clear: You have nothing to worry about with I.C.E. if you are a citizen and if you don’t impede their work. The immature tactics of Brad Tabke and his far-left base serve as a reminder for why Minnesota is currently the national laughing-stock. 

Brad Tabke is putting lives in danger and should immediately correct course by retracting his statements and stop stalking I.C.E. agents.

A GOP Governor debate was held in Scott County on Thursday, January 15th, and was moderated by state Senator Bill Lieske (SD58). Many topics were covered and several areas created serious differentiation between candidates; Most notably, whether the candidate would veto publicly funded abortion. Of the 11 candidates participating, all candidates except Lisa Demuth, Chris Madel, and Peggy Bennett said they would veto the bill. Self-described thumb-twiddler Peggy Bennett was the only candidate to explicitly say no while Democrat donor Chris Madel and Empty Suit Lisa “Kamala” Demuth offered up word salads. The question was delivered in a very clear way that demanded a yes or no answer, yet Madel and Demuth decided to skirt the issue. By refusing to answer yes or no, conservatives will have to assume they would not veto an abortion omnibus bill.

Lisa Demuth’s non-answer comes as no surprise. The 2nd LARGEST budget in MN history that Demuth agreed to with Walz and Democrats behind closed doors included the Health/abortion omnibus bill. Demuth voted for two different versions of that bill, one in regular session (HF2435) and another in the special session (HF2) and both included taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood and to pay for abortions. MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash attempted to cover for what Demuth and 28 other RINO state Reps. did rather than demand legislators vote in line with the MNGOP platform.

Taxpayer funded abortion is the anti-thesis of the Republican Party’s platform. As argued by former Trump Press Secretary Sean Spicer, if you won’t defund abortion you shouldn’t be a Republican in office. Demuth could’ve drawn a line in the sand and said she would not put a bill on the House floor that included that money but the issue clearly doesn’t reach the same level of importance as it does for MN conservatives. Demuth and Walz were on the same page and she voted for every single bill he signed into law in 2025.

With a record so similar to Tim Walz, it is no wonder why Demuth has to obfuscate serious questions voters have. The same could be said about Chris Madel, who was a major Democrat donor who gave $8,800 to Amy Klobuchar and $5,500 to Tim Walz which includes $4,000 to Walz in the 2022 Governor race. Demuth and Madel are unable to be straight up with voters because they are not aligned with the grassroots conservatives they are trying to win over.

Action 4 Liberty remains one of the only organizations in Minnesota who has always given voters the truth when it comes to taxpayer dollars funding abortion. Fake pro-life groups like the MCCL misrepresent the truth and play cover for the RINOs that vote for your tax dollars to fund the killing of unborn (and born) babies. While the MN Supreme Court has ruled that tax dollars should fund abortion, that does NOT compel a legislator to vote for the bill! If that were the case, why have a Legislature at all? Why is there a vote on funding abortion? Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) proved the MCCL to be complete liars when he introduced an amendment that defunded tax dollars going to abortion. By holding that vote, it became obvious that the legislature can remove abortion funds from the Health omnibus bill!

Senator Wesenberg also says he was “begged” by a MCCL lobbyist (Don Parker) that he NOT introduce his life at conception Amendment on the Senate floor because it is “too extreme”. Instead of attacking the RINOs who voted for the abortion bill, the MCCL would rather attack conservative legislators and truthful groups like A4L exposing the truth. This goes to show the grassroots that self-proclaimed pro-life groups are not what they truly appear to be. 

The same goes for self-proclaimed pro-life politicians. Dr. Scott Jensen said in the Scott County debate that he would veto such legislation, but while in the state Senate, he voted FOR the bill! Kristin Robbins was not a participant of the debate but she voted for an abortion funding omnibus bill last year. 

As mentioned, A4L will always give conservatives the straight truth. While it would be nice to think that all Republican legislators are voting in line with the pro-life agenda, it would be dishonest to argue that. RINOs Peggy Bennett, Lisa Demuth, and Chris Madel exemplify the divide between the Establishment and the pro-life grassroots. A4L will continue keeping Patriots informed with the truth and will expose the RINOs who spend your tax dollars on abortion.

Minnesota schools are failing and not preparing students with core educational standards. Reading, writing, math, science, and history knowledge is on a downward spiral and students are graduating without reaching proficiency on those subjects. Instead of knuckling down and improving education in Minnesota, the leftist Minneapolis Public Schools chose to end mandatory in person classes for five weeks! Even worse, they are propagandizing the students to oppose I.C.E. and show up to protests.

Parents have to rely on schools to know where their kids are and to occupy their time during typical work hours. By allowing kids to skip school for five weeks, they are encouraging young people with malleable minds to fall in line with anti-American, pro-open border, leftist political opinions. Teachers and other public school officials have no right to push their political leanings onto children yet the school closure is directly related to President Trump’s efforts to deport illegal aliens in Minnesota.

This comes after Tim Walz has encouraged protests, called I.C.E. agents Gestapo Nazis, and has continued to excuse the actions of far-left rioters. He holds serious responsibility for the chaos in Minnesota. Walz should not be fighting the federal government completing its legal obligations to deport illegal aliens. President Trump is forced to clean up the mess of Biden’s open border and obstructionist Dems like Tim Walz are making it more difficult to do.

The footage of propagandized students breaking into the MN Capitol is ironic considering Walz and Democrats’ hyperbolic attacks against President Trump for January 6th. Walz argued that Trump deserved to be impeached despite President Trump’s speech demanding peaceful protests. If Walz were to be consistent, he should support his own impeachment for encouraging malleable young people to skip school and to participate in anti-Trump protests like the one seen at the Capitol.

Minnesota is in the national spotlight and conservatives are fed up with the far-left politicians who have controlled this state for years upon years. MN is at a cross-roads where decisions must be made. Walz was forced to not run for reelection after national exposure informed Americans how corrupt and fraud-ridden MN is. Walz has even had criminal referrals filed against him by GOP Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna. Walz is on the ropes and knows President Trump is not afraid of him. Walz’ threats to use the National Guard against I.C.E. officers and if President Trump evokes the Insurrection Act, Walz may try to use the MN National Guard to go to war with our own nation on behalf of illegal aliens!

Action 4 Liberty will never waiver in our mission to protect liberty for the next generation. Liberty is not protected when the interests of illegal aliens are prioritized over hard-working Americans. Tim Walz is playing a dangerous game and should discontinue his efforts to rile up the far-left base to oppose common sense deportations of criminal thugs. Action 4 Liberty will continue providing Patriots with reporting that they cannot find anywhere else.

Tim Walz has been exposed as a national embarrassment responsible for overseeing billions upon billions in fraud, largely to Somalis. Nick Shirley’s viral exposure of MN’s daycare fraud is an issue A4L and other conservatives have known of and reported on for years but Shirley was able to capture the attention of the nation and the world. This exposure forced Tim Walz to drop out of the 2026 Governor race and hang his head in shame. Now, Republican state Representative Mike Wiener (5B) has filed articles of impeachment against Walz.

This is not the first time articles of impeachment have been filed against Tim Walz. In 2021, then-state Rep. (now-A4L President) Erik Mortensen was joined by Reps. Steve Drazkowski and Jeremy Munson to file articles of impeachment against Walz for his corrupt, tyrannical, anti-freedom handling of Covid. The lockdowns, mandates, and loss of personal liberties endured under Covid should have been reason enough for all Republican legislators to support the impeachment effort. Unfortunately, only Mortensen, Drazkowski, and Munson had the guts to impeach Walz over this critical issue.

Now, a new crop of legislators have been elected and are picking up right where Mortensen left off on this issue. Rep. Mike Weiner is joined by Reps. Drew Roach (58B), Ben Davis (6A), Krista Knudsen (5A), and Pam Altendorf (20A). See the full articles of impeachment below:

As per Article 8 of the MN Constitution, articles of impeachment must originate from the State House and be followed up by State Senate action. Conservative Sen. Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) has publicly shown support for the impeachment effort and will likely spearhead the fight in the Senate after passage in the House. See below:

While five State Reps. have signed onto this effort, this means that 62 GOP State Reps. have not! The vast majority of GOP State Reps. must decide if they want to give political cover for Tim Walz or if they want to support the goals of grassroots conservatives.

The 2026 legislative session will begin on Tuesday, February 17th. Conservative Minnesotans will be anticipating Rep. Weiner to take immediate action on this matter on the first day the House is in session. Conservatives will also demand the impeachment of AG Keith Ellison, SOS Steve Simon, and State Auditor Julie Blaha for their roles in the mass fraud scheme.

Action 4 Liberty will track where this goes and inform Patriots which politicians are standing up to Tim Walz and which ones protect Walz from the consequences of his fraud. The impeachment against Walz has been deserved for a long time coming. Action 4 Liberty will never waiver in our mission to protect liberty for the next generation.
