Minnesota Democrats have been ram-rodding their radical agenda through the Legislature at an unprecedented pace. We have never seen our state government expand so quickly with so many bills spending our massive budget surplus. On every consequential vote, the Democrats have been in complete lockstep.

Now they are pushing for the Socialist “basic income grants” in the appropriately titled HF2666 that will spend over $200 Million over the next two years! This is the pilot plan for Communism in our state. To make matters worse, the money will be appropriated from the General Fund... meaning our $21 Billion Surplus!

Five Democrats have signed on as authors and it is the usual Communist suspects: Hollins (66B), Gomez (62A), Agbaje (59B), Xiong (67B), and Heather Keeler (4A) who also wants to ban white people from adopting outside their race!

This bill would spend our Surplus money by giving it to local governments, Indian tribes, or nonprofits who get to divvy it up however they want! This wouldn’t be the first time that Democrats used nonprofits for fraud, remember the Feeding Our Future SCAM? The amount of fraud and corruption this bill will cause is unbelievable.

Along with the fiscal disaster this bill causes, it doubles down on the Democrats’ racist agenda by favoring Indians over everyone else! We also create a society of lazy people who refuse to work because the government is paying them to sit at home! Individuals could receive payments between $350 to $1200 a month if they know a bureaucrat who will sign off on them.

Our society is collapsing and Democrats are turning working men into welfare queens. We cannot allow the Democrats to turn us into a Socialist state that attacks taxpayers and rewards the leeches of society. Contact your legislators and make sure they oppose this SCAM!

Leave it up to Minnesota to be a national embarrassment once again. Last week, Judge Patrick Diamond ruled that USA Powerlifting and Powerlifting Minnesota must allow transgender individuals to compete as the gender they identify as. 

JayCee Cooper identifies as a female, but was born a male. He has sought to compete as a female powerlifter. In 2021, he filed a discrimination case against USA Powerlifting, citing violations of the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA).

Leftists across the state and across the nation applaud this ruling, even as females in the sport are now disenfranchised. Why should a biological male with naturally higher levels of testosterone be allowed to compete with biological females?

This refusal to acknowledge biological realities is sweeping the nation, particularly within competitive sports. Transgender swimmer Lia Thomas is a popular example of this phenomenon. 

In a letter to the President of USA Powerlifting, Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar wrote:

“I urge you to reconsider this discriminatory, unscientific policy and follow the example of the International Olympic Committee. The myth that trans women have a ‘direct competitive advantage’ is not supported by medical science, and it continues to stoke fear and violence against one of the most at-risk communities in the world.”

What is most notable here is that Omar truly believes that it is “unscientific” to acknowledge the competitive advantage that males bring to the table. Why does she think performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) are prohibited in the vast majority of professional sports?

Anabolic-androgenic steroids, for example, are banned in most professional sports. This drug is a synthetic form of testosterone and helps build muscle strength and power.

It is well known that testosterone is a natural performance enhancer, which is why it is unfair to put testosterone-filled males up against biological females. 

Congresswoman Omar is far from the only leftist to hold this unfortunate view on transgender athletes. The left will champion this victory today but are already working on their next victory. They will not stop until they have totally implemented their intersectional agenda.

Five Democrats in the Minnesota House introduced a bill called the "Minnesota Migration Act." If pass, the bill would create a new government agency called the "Minnesota Migration Advisory Council" and would take upwards of $100 Million of taxpayer money to provide reparation checks to descendants of slaves.

The newly created Advisory Council would be tasked to "analyze the past economic benefits of slavery and institutional racism," then determine the amount of money and how to distribute it to black Minnesotans. The sins of past slave owners will now be a cost passed onto you. 

Membership on the Advisory Council will, of course, be discriminated by the color of one's skin. According to the bill, "all members must be chosen with an emphasis on appointing members who are descendants of persons believed to have been enslaved in the United States, or members of the American descendants of chattel slavery with lived experience of racial discrimination and who were impacted by policies which have caused intergenerational trauma."

The words of the Great Martin Luther King Jr are lost on the modern leftists. They don't seek a country where we judge by the content of character, rather they want further division amongst race. Oh, how we have digressed as a society with Democrats in charge!

The Republican Party has celebrated campaign finance complaints (that they themselves have filed) against Action 4 Liberty in the past. Now, they face a monumental fine from the Federal Elections Committee for campaign malpractice in 2018 and 2020.

The first fine totals $53,000 from the 2018 election cycle. This comes after the state party failed to maintain records on employee payroll and disbursements made to 13 different communications vendors. The second fine totals $58,500, coming from another failure to accurately report receipts on disbursements as well as accepting more contributions than the legal limit. 

As of January 2023, the Republican Party of Minnesota only has $3,000 in cash.

The Minnesota GOP is also violating Minnesota Campaign Finance Board (CFB) rules when it comes to properly accounting for charging candidates for data.

The Minnesota DFL charges its candidates for access to party data, which must be priced at "fair market value", according to the CFB. The DFL charges the candidate's committee $400 for state house candidates and $800 for state senate candidates, respectively. Those charges can be found on the DFL's campaign finance reports.

However, the MNGOP isn't charging its candidates at all for data access. Even if the data is a contribution to the various campaigns, the MNGOP is violating state laws by not disclosing those contributions as "in-kind" on its reports. 

In typical swamp fashion, the only example we've seen of the Party trying to charge candidates for data is when Chairman David Hann cut off data access to grassroots, conservative candidates who were facing establishment challengers in the 2022 Primary. After Action 4 Liberty broke the story, the party buckled and resumed data access for these candidates without accessing the ridiculous fees that, in some case, exceeded $10,000. 

Despite the MNGOP's legal and financial problems, they continue to attack Action 4 Liberty and its conservative volunteers. They are trying to divide conservatives, which is not a recipe for building a Party that failed to lose all branches of state government in the recent election.

That’s why groups like Action 4 Liberty are needed now more than ever. If Republicans won’t do it, it is up to Action 4 Liberty to expose the records of leftist legislators who are waging a full-scale on your liberties. 

Just yesterday, we had a team in the St. Cloud area putting pressure on swing-district Senator Aric Putnam. We passed out hundreds of flyers letting voters know they must hold their politicians accountable.

Though conservative activists wish the best for the GOP, they know that the current leadership is not capable of standing up for their principles in the face of leftists. Let's keep grassroots conservatives engaged so that we can take back our liberties in 2024, 2026, and beyond.

Minnesota Senate Democrats snuck a provision in an Amendment during a late evening Health & Human Services Committee hearing tonight. The language would change current state statute that prohibits taxpayer funded Medical Assistance money paying for sex reassignment surgery. If passed into law, "gender affirming services", which is their cleverly crafted phrase for mutilating genitals, would be covered by Minnesota taxpayers.

If an individual wants to spend his or her own money to destroy their own genitals, that's their prerogative. But forcing taxpayers to fund these operations is just plain wrong.

We reported last month about a bill that would make Minnesota a Sanctuary State for Genital Mutilation of children.

The Minnesota Democratic Party (DFL) has adopted an increasingly anti-white attitude over the past several years. Representative Heather Keeler is the latest example of this extreme trend. 

In a Facebook post from February 28th, Keeler says she is “sick of white Christians adopting our babies,” further asking whites to  “stop stealing our babies.” Keeler is a Native American who represents the Moorhead area.

Alpha News obtained the screenshot of the post, which has since been deleted or hidden from public view.

God made each of us to be equal in his eyes. The idea that race, skin color, or background should preclude you from adoption is lunacy. Unfortunately, Representative Keeler wants to put her vile beliefs into law.

HF 1071 – authored by Keeler – puts provisions from the federal Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) into state law. These components will make it infinitely more difficult for children in foster care to be adopted because of the racist notion that these children need to stay with members of their own race.

While it is understandable that Native American Tribes have their sovereignty, this legislation seeks to infringe upon the rights of both biological and prospective adoptive mothers.

Sadly, it is more likely that these children will stay in foster care than be adopted by a couple within the reservation. For the Democrats, however, race is more important than a stable family unit.

Last Friday night, the Carlton County GOP held their convention to elect party leadership and state central delegates. To the surprise of attendees, a presentation about Action 4 Liberty was on the agenda. A GOP Establishment goon was sent there to spread lies about the organization, divide conservatives and insult grassroots volunteers.

Mitch Williamson, the goon who delivered this rant in Carlton County, has every right to criticize Action 4 Liberty. However, our team has been repeatedly denied opportunities to give presentations by Carlton County GOP leadership. Which is exactly why the rant caused a stir and several conservatives stood up against the move. They're using the exact same tactic Big Tech uses to censor election integrity advocates and those of us critical of COVID tyranny.

If the Carlton County BPOU leadership believes in the spirit of free speech, they sure didn’t demonstrate it on Friday night. 

Williamson repeated false claims that Action 4 Liberty works to defeat Republican legislators and that our efforts are ineffective. This is despite the fact that our door-knocking campaigns in 2021 resulted in the retirements of three left-wing Democrats. One of those Democrat legislators represented Carlton County. Where's their "thank you" for that one?!

If the establishment GOP would spend half the time they use attacking Action 4 Liberty and focus on going after Democrats, maybe they would be winning more elections.

Worst of all, Williamson ended his speech by calling Action 4 Liberty volunteers “repulsive.” Those that give their time and energy to this cause are now being belittled by some goon representing the GOP. Shameful!

Alvin King – a delegate in Carlton County – questioned the motives behind Williamson’s speech. He and a handful of other delegates are Action 4 Liberty supporters who have heard the lies delivered before.

The Commissioners Office of the Minnesota Management and Budget released the 2023 Budget and Economic Forecast, which revealed our state’s surplus is a whopping $20.7 Billion of our tax dollars! While the media is reporting the number is $17.5 Billion, they fail to add the budget reserves and cash flow. See below how we analyzed the forecast.

The picture below shows the cash flow and budget reserves totaling 3.2 Billion. When added together, this makes the Budget Surplus $20.7 Billion!

Governor Tim Walz and the Democratic Legislature have screwed over the taxpayers at every turn; between their big spending for special interests/liberal pet projects to their refusal to eliminate the Social Security tax and return the surplus to taxpayers. Even today, during the Senate session, Senator Bill Lieske (R, SD58) offered SF1499 which was appropriately titled the “Governor Tim Walz Rebate Check Act of 2023." Walz had made returning the budget surplus a key component of his 2022 re-election campaign. 

Lieske requested a roll call vote to bring it to the floor, but it failed on party lines 34-32 (Senator Justin Eichorn was not present). One of the other authors on this bill is Senator John Hoffman (DFL, SD34) who voted AGAINST it on the Senate floor! Hoffman wants to pretend to fight for taxpayers by signing onto these bills but when the time comes to pass it, he caves to Democratic pressure! 

As we reported in December, a total refund would have given each taxpayer $6,000, now, all of the 2.5 million Minnesota taxpayers would receive over $8,200 each! When will the government learn that it is our money that they are withholding from us?!?

Unlike the Budget and Economic Forecasts from our state for nearly the last two decades, this forecast includes calculating the inflation caused by Joe Biden and the socialists running our government. That means the state has more leverage to tax us into oblivion! This is all thanks to Rep. Zack Stephenson (DFL, 35A) and his bill HF35 which provided the Democrats with this loophole to increase taxes. Tax revenue has increased in our state despite the cost of everyday items soaring.

We cannot allow taxpayers to be taken advantage of by our government. Our overtaxed money is being squandered away by corrupt politicians with wasteful spending. Action 4 Liberty has always been consistently fighting for a full refund of the Surplus to be given only to taxpayers, no free-loaders should reap the benefits of our own money. 

Find your Legislators here and demand that they refund the entire Surplus immediately! Minnesotans are struggling and our state is becoming unaffordable due to high taxes. Pressure these politicians to get our money back!

Nobody needs to tell you that Minnesota Democrats are crazy. They have already shown their insanity by introducing bills to ban lawnmowers and high school mascots. They won't stop until you are poor and miserable. Now, they have a bill that would ban the production and sale of plastic water bottles. 

Whacky Liberal Democrat Sydney Jordan (60A) introduced HF 1857 last week, which would ban plastic water bottles in the State of Minnesota. According to her bill, this would include containers that are “comprised primarily of plastic resin”, “sealed; and holds less than two liters when full.”

Minnesota is on a fast track to becoming the most liberal state in the nation! This is more extreme than even New York or California would go.

While they have not passed this bill yet, they have already passed plenty of other harmful legislation. Democrats just recently passed legislation that would require Minnesota to be powered by 100% green energy by 2040, with a 60% requirement by 2030. 

If you think this is a minor issue, you have seen nothing yet. When Minnesotans let their politicians get away with bans like this, they will start going after things like cars, houses, and food. 

If we are to be a free country, we must have the choice to consume what we please. The dystopian future that Democrats want does not involve choice -- only compliance. 

Democrats used to tout themselves as the party of the blue-collar American. They used to look out for the common man and stand against elitism from special interests and the wealthy. 

That party died a long time ago. In its place stands an anti-white, anti-American political party that tears people down based on their skin color and sexual orientation. It seeks to tear down western culture in favor of a culture that embraces division. 

The Minnesota Democrat Party (DFL) is a sad example of a nationwide trend eating away at American life.

In the DFL, legislators are being tossed aside for daring to be straight, white, and/or male. This is perhaps part of why Representative Zack Stephenson recently came out as bisexual.

Democrats also applaud their politicians for calling white men terrorists, as Senator Omar Fateh recently did. Fateh spoke against common-sense amendments to a bill allowing the giving of driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants. He claimed that the “threat” did not come from immigrants but from “members that sit in the front,” gesturing to Republican legislators.

Expressing her frustration with the lack of babies being murdered, Democrat Representative Kaohly Vang Her blamed a “few white men” for daring to stand in the way of their legislative agenda. Alpha News reported that Representative Her and her colleagues are prepared to pass more sweeping abortion legislation. Anyone who stands in their way will be dismissed as a bigot, misogynist, or even fascist. 

The United States is not a racist country, as many leftists wish it were. To drive their message home, they manufacture fake stories of discrimination to earn sympathy points. I probably don’t need to remind you of Jussie Smollett’s manufactured “hate crime.”

While countless millions of Americans buy into this narrative, there is also likely something more sinister at play. This kind of “cultural Marxism” is being pushed to distract Minnesotans and Americans from the fact that their country is on the verge of thermal nuclear war with Russia and China. 

Meanwhile, Democrats continue to prioritize race, class, and sexual identity over the needs of the common man. They have no interest in saving this country, but in climbing to the top of the intersectional ladder.
