Ontario Premier Doug Ford, who was previously viewed as anti-establishment and independent, has turned his back on freedom and his constituents. Ford announced today that he is declaring a State of Emergency to stop the truckers’ Freedom Convoy blocking the border between Detroit and Ottawa. The demonstration by truckers is a resistance to the vaccine mandates imposed by the Canadian government on truck drivers.

The State of Emergency will remove the truckers’ ability to protest the tyranny they have been forced to live under. Ford goes as far as saying that the police should “do whatever it takes to bring these occupations to an end.” Protesters could face a year in jail and $100,000 fines simply for standing up for their individual liberties. He is seeking to remove the personal and commercial licenses of protesters so they have no right to their profession of choice.

Doug Ford, along with his late brother Rob Ford, became progressive, conservative icons with their brash and blunt style. However, Ford has been anything but consistent, stating he was against vax passports, then later supporting them. 

The truckers seem unwilling to back down and are willing to risk it all for their freedom! The State of Emergency will be another hurdle to overcome but we can’t think of a tougher and more capable group to fight this than the truckers. Their protest is NOT illegal because the actions they are protesting ARE illegal. The people are fed up with crony politicians abusing their power. What we see in Canada, we also see in Minnesota.

The impacts of the protests are clear and the truckers should never give up. Doug Ford has shown himself to be a clown who bends to Trudeau’s pressure. Never trust these politicians because they will surely disappoint. Only when we pressure them will we see freedom be restored. Stay vigilant!

Under a month into the failed agenda of Mayors Jacob Frey and Melvin Carter, they are both abandoning their vaccine mandates of bars and restaurants. The mandates were the first vaccine passports introduced in the state. The reason for Frey and Carter's policy change was done out of political conveniency and not principle, but a victory is a victory nonetheless!

While it is nice to see these Democrats finally change their tune, we cannot forget the pain they caused to our businesses and communities. Restaurant reservations were down by over 60% in Minneapolis once the passports were implemented, proving that they don’t work and that people do not support discrimination.

Greg Urban, owner of Wild Greg’s Saloon in Minneapolis, was pleased to hear the news. Greg told Action 4 Liberty “The mandates and passports make no sense, Frey wasn’t following the numbers or science and was implementing these policies long before others. He was targeting businesses for political gain, a specific industry, in a specific city.”

These actions only happen when we apply pressure to politicians and refuse to comply. We know the Democrats are scared by the unpopularity of their programs and we are seeing them reverse course nationwide. This means we need to hold their feet even closer to the fire now because we knew all along that they were wrong and their policies will fail.

The “Freedom Convoy” in Canada’s capital city of Ottawa has captured the attention of the world as truckers fight for their liberty and livelihoods. Justin Trudeau came out of hiding yesterday to shame these truckers and continue implementing his tyrannical rules. Trudeau’s lap dog, Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson, has begun ordering the police forces to arrest those who bring food and fuel to the truckers. The smugness, arrogance, and pretentiousness of these politicians has taken people to their breaking point.

The truckers have seen an outpour of support globally to the tune of 10 million dollars. This was temporarily halted with GoFundMe bending the knee to the authoritarian vaccine mandates by taking down their support page and forcing all donors to request their money back. Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida threatened them with investigations of fraud and within hours, GoFundMe reversed their decision and refunded everyone. The truckers are now being funded through GiveSendGo which has raised nearly 8 million dollars to date in one of their many fundraising campaigns.

The convoy has been blocking the busiest border crossing between Detroit and Ontario, preventing 25% of Canada’s imports from coming in. These truckers are essential to Canada’s economy and they know that there will be no country left if this continues. Truckers are the backbone to trade and they are perfectly leveraging their power! Where are the leftists who love working class revolutions?

The Freedom Convoy is proof that confrontational politics and pressure campaigns work! The government will have to back down from their tyrannical orders if they want to have a country left. When ‘We the People’ stand together against big government, we can change the whole game. Their toughness in the short-term will secure freedom in the long-term! Let this be an example for us to keep pressure on the government because if the people rebel, the powerful become powerless.

After facing nearly a year of persecution and months of jail time, Interchange Bistro owner Lisa Hanson of Albert Lea has been FREED! Her “crime” was opening up her business and serving coffee to willing customers. Governor Walz and Keith Ellison targeted her because she is a patriot who refused to comply with their unconstitutional lockdowns and business closures.

A recent study by John Hopkins Institute of Applied Economics, Global Health, and the Study of Business Enterprise showed that lockdowns were not effective. The lockdowns only reduced Covid-19 mortality by 0.2% and failed to stop the spread. The devastating effects on mental health by closing schools and businesses by far outweighed the little to no public health benefits. This study compiled 34 studies that indicates that the lockdowns were not a useful tool to combat the China virus. Policy intervention was found to be based on the first case in Wuhan, China and not based on mortality.

Lisa Hanson was unable to spend time with her family during Christmas and to be there for the birth of her beautiful new granddaughter. This is pure evil! The Democrats expected everyone to abide by their tyrannical decrees and allow the destruction of American Freedom. Lisa Hanson stood in the way and wouldn’t allow her life to be dictated by corrupt politicians. Her spirit for liberty lives in all of us!

Lisa was released early Saturday morning and spent a quiet weekend with family and friends. She plans on holding a public event soon to announce the next part of the fight against government tyranny.

Nobody should have to go through what Lisa has yet she remains positive and looking forward to her future in the free, uncaged world. Everything you need to know about what is wrong at the Capitol can be highlighted by Governor Tim Walz' lemon bar publicity stunt on Monday. In an insincere gesture of "bipartisanship", Walz went to the House and Senate floors at the start of the 2022 Legislative Session to offer lemon bars to legislators. Of course, when acting unilaterally with Emergency Powers for over one year, there was no act of bipartisanship from this Governor.

The swampy, career politicians in both parties were more than happy to share a treat with the tyrant who bypassed the legislature and infringed on the rights of Minnesotans. Paul Gazelka, former Senate Majority Leader and current gubernatorial candidate, was seen enjoying Walz' bars.

Not buying the insincere gesture was Rep Erik Mortensen, who went to the House floor not wearing a mask in protest of the anti-science rule passed by the Democrat Majority. When Walz approached him offering a lemon bar, Mortensen was surprised to see the Governor since, according to Mort, he was never in his office the "dozen times" he stopped by to meet him. Rep Mortensen is the author of the Articles of Impeachment for Tim Walz and the Never Again bill.

The video released by Rep Mortensen shows a confused Governor who was shocked that a legislator would not want to participate in the insincere publicity stunt with him. As Walz withdraws the offer, Mortensen proceeds to ask Governor Walz why he won't free Lisa Hanson from jail. Lisa was sentenced to 90 days in Freeborn County for refusing to follow Walz' unilateral dictate to shut down bars and restaurants.

Democrat Majority Leader, Rep Ryan Winkler, was captured enjoying one of Governor Walz' treats. He's the one who enacted the anti-science mask mandate at the Capitol. Of course, removing the mask to enjoy Walz' goodies doesn't spread COVID because...you know...science or something.

The Never Again Bill has momentum going into the 2022 Legislative Session. A fourth Senator has signed onto the important piece of legislation that repeals the Governor's powers to unilaterally declare an emergency. 

Senator Eric Pratt (R-Prior Lake) added his name as a co-author on Monday. Action 4 Liberty has been doing several events in his district to educate voters about the Never Again Bill. 

If passed, the Never Again Bill will remove the Governor's powers to unilaterally declare an emergency. Instead, 2/3 of the Legislature would have to agree that an emergency exists. And if they do, the Governor would be prohibited from infringing on the rights of Minnesotans. His powers would be limited to coordinating with federal or local agencies to provide emergency relief.

A poll released this month shows that 45% Democrats and 14% of Republicans support sending Americans to internment camps who refuse to get the experimental COVID vaccine. The question asks the respondents if they support "having federal or state governments require that citizens temporarily live in designated facilities or location if they refuse to get a COVD-19 vaccine."

The DFL in Minnesota is requiring all Democrats in Minnesota to get vaccinated just to participate in the statewide precinct caucuses on February 1st. Several Democrats have reached out to us, complaining how the policy will disenfranchise their vote and say in the direction of the Party. Meanwhile, the DFL announced yesterday that illegal immigrants can participate in the precinct caucuses and become delegates to the DFL Party.

Democrat mayors, Jacob Frey of Minneapolis and Melvin Carter of St Paul, have both instituted a vaccine passport program in their cities. Open Table Reservations are currently down in Minneapolis by 65% from 2019. Crime, of course, adds to that problem on top of ridiculous COVID mandates. Frey appears to want to deliver the final death blow to small businesses in his city.

The vaccine mandate approach flies in the face of science and data. Israel has one of the most vaccinated populations in the world. The country is now promoting a fourth shot. However, Israel just experienced record daily infections of 65,259. A study posted on The Lancet shows that the mRNA vaccines are "weak" against the Omicron variant.

Governor Walz relaunched a vaccine program directed towards children using $200 bribes to get the jab. The original program entitled "Kids Deserve a Shot" was rolled out last October. Walz is trying to lure our children into getting the experimental vaccine by using taxpayer money and Visa gift cards.

“Getting children vaccinated is the best way to keep families safe from COVID-19 — and now, it’s the easiest way to get a Visa gift card. Get your child vaccinated and get $200. It’s that simple" stated Walz, sounding more like a pharmaceutical salesman than the Governor of Minnesota.

How a child getting the vaccine will keep "families safe" is a mystery, however. Walz admitted himself, back in December, that he tested positive for COVID because of his child spreading it to him. Walz is a regular mask wearer and is fully vaccinated and boosted. Attorney General Keith Ellison and Secretary of State Steve Simon, all fully vaccinated and boosted, also recently got COVID.

Bloomberg News reported that early Omicron breakthrough cases "show MRNA Vaccines' weakness", according to a study posted on The Lancet. Walz is luring our children into getting a vaccine that doesn't even work against the predominate variant. 

The program began on January 24th and runs through the end of February.

You can probably imagine how many of the COVID Cultists and their friends in the Political Class would have loved to see it take me out. After all, I very publicly don't follow any of their advice.

They wish ill will on me and they wish it on YOU as well. Our defiance is not okay.

In reality, vaccination status makes no difference in getting or passing on the disease. Even some in the corporate media are starting to admit that.

When mask wearing, fully vaccinated and boosted politicians like Tim Walz, Keith Ellison and Steve Simon test positive - the talking points begin to crumble.

So why are we still playing this game of mask and vaccine mandates?

Neither one of them STOP you from getting COVID. So it's not about safety.

It's all about CONTROL!

It's always been about control this whole time. And that's what we have been fighting against for the last 22 months!

Governor Walz just insulted all Minnesotan taxpayers when he revealed this afternoon his plan to spend the majority of the $10 Billion surplus, only giving a small fraction of it back to taxpayers who were overcharged. Walz' plan would give checks of "$350 to married couples (earning up to $273,470)" and "$175 for single taxpayers (earning up to $164,400)." This is a small fraction of what is owed.

A budget surplus happens when the government overtaxed its citizens. Similar to a waitress overcharging a patron, the money should be promptly returned. Big government Democrats and Republicans generally look at surpluses as a way to spend more money on bloated government.

Despite media reports that state the budget surplus is $7.7 Billion, the real figures when accounting for the reserve funds is more than $10 Billion. With 2.5 million taxpayers in the state, the government should be giving back checks of $4,000 to everyone who pays in.
