The MNGOP’s leadership ranks has been filled with anti-MAGA, Never-Trumpers for years despite the grassroots Republican base being firmly in line with President Trump’s vision. President Trump’s White House victory has cemented the MAGA agenda into the Republican Party’s branding and doings. While MNGOP Chair RINO David Hann has awkwardly and desperately tried to blend in with MAGA, conservatives are good at sniffing out a phony. Hann has only pretended to embrace Trump because he HAS TO in order to retain power otherwise he would be completely exposed.

Minnesota’s RNC Committeeman, AK Kamara, was elected by the MNGOP State Central Committee in May this year to the RNC post and beat incumbent Alex Plechash after Plechash backstabbed Otter Tail County delegates. AK Kamara posted a video on X yesterday declaring that now is a “time for reckoning” for Never-Trumpers. The post and video can be seen here.

While highlighting that Trump has the broadest appeal of voters as a Republican since President Abraham Lincoln, Kamara states “If you still think you can be a Republican that doesn’t support Trump [...] then you aren’t a Republican. Just admit it, you are either an Independent or a Democrat.” This common sense may upset some RINOs who hate Trump’s guts or fight his agenda in secret! It is not debatable that Trump is the standard bearer of the Republican Party but big government, weak-kneed, bipartisanship worshiping, Globalist neocons occupy much of the GOP apparatus. If AK wants to root these RINOs out he will have to look at the other MNGOP “leaders” around him.

Chair David Hann has been a longtime opponent of President Trump and was publicly snubbing him as recently as 2022. He did not want Trump to visit in 2022 even though Trump could have energized the base to get out and vote. Hann was the co-chair for RINO Carly Fiorina’s 2016 primary campaign and ran for MNGOP Chair in 2017. He called Trump rude, obnoxious, abusive, and other awful things (which has been weaponized by the MN Dems). Even after Trump secured victory and began implementing the America First agenda, Hann told leftist propagandists MPR in 2017 the following: “We are not the party of Trump. We are not the Trumpian party. We are the Republican Party," Hann said. "He is our president. He is carrying the flag in that office.” Hann has continued to say that the MNGOP is not the party of Trump up to as recent as 2021. In 2021, Hann also said he was “not a Trump guy” to the disgraced, phony Republican Michael Brodkorb. Hann has led the party in a way that has disenfranchised the grassroots and refuses to abide by their will. Hann was even recently called out by 2024 MNGOP Senate nominee Royce White, see our reporting on that here. Hann and the MNGOP were completely silent on the witch-hunts against President Trump and no action was taken until the author of this article proposed and helped pass a resolution at a State Central meeting declaring the MNGOP's opposition to the politically motivated indictments. Hann never once mentioned this resolution publicly and refused to say whether he supported it or not in private conversation with the author.

As mentioned previously, Michael Brodkorb is a perfect example of a phony who uses the Republican label like a con-man when he is truly in bed with the Democrats. Brodkorb’s lack of conservative, moral principles were on public display with his DWI (which he plead guilty to) and his extramarital affair with Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch while he was a Senate staffer. With a tarnished record, Brodkorb saw his only redemption path through the Democrats by becoming their mouthpiece. Despite being an obvious left-wing attack dog and not a real journalist, RINOs like David Hann continue to feed him intel, appear on his shows, and give him credibility since he has none with regular people. Hann even is a co-sponsor with Democrat Chair Ken Martin of a campaign for “civility” so Republicans can be polite while the Dems screw us over. Tactically, Hann is constantly ceding to the Left’s terms and is never gaining ground for conservatives.

RNC Committeeman AK Kamara states in the video that he was a Never-Trumper in 2016 and explains how there is room for grace and understanding for people to figure things out. After Trump’s 2016 victory all good faith, conservative, Never-Trumpers (like Vice President-elect J.D. Vance) jumped on board the Trump Train after seeing that the media lied about who he really is. As mentioned above, the same cannot be said about RINO David Hann. Even party officer Rep. Walter Hudson (30A) wrote a piece in 2016 calling Trump a fascist, however, Hudson has since changed his tune. In 2023, only Senator Wesenberg (SD10) and Rep. Ben Davis (6A) endorsed Trump meaningfully; Emmer and the RINO Congress crew endorsed Trump all on the same day after Trump crushed Haley in her own home state and it became clear that they had to grift behind MAGA to survive. All other state legislators either supported “bird brain” Nikki Haley (Kristin Robbins HD37A and Sen. Julia Coleman SD48), Ron DeSantis (Walter Hudson HD30A and Elliott Engen HD36A), or were completely silent and kept their constituents in the dark (likely a Nikki Haley voter).

The MNGOP will be electing a new Chair, Deputy Chair, and Secretary at it’s upcoming State Central meeting on December 14th. David Hann has not made it clear that he will run for re-election. The “time for reckoning” as said by AK Kamara may come through if delegates are savvy to the leaders they select. Republican delegates may finally decide that it is time for a MAGA Chair for the MAGA Party.

Minnesota elections are somewhat predictable because the Democrats have a machine in place, in that they have an enormous monetary advantage from the jump. Democrats also had an institutional, incumbency advantage, not to mention the shady election laws they’ve installed. This in mind, the U.S. Senate race between Royce White and Amy Klobuchar is emblematic of the new wave of Republicanism.

Royce White ran a hardcore, anti-establishment, truth-telling campaign based on three main issues: Border, Debt, Forever Wars. Royce defeated He/Him Joe Fraser in the GOP primary by a massive 11 margin.

Klobuchar became exposed nationally as an out of touch hack during her failed Presidential run but has longtime been thought of as a moderate by most Minnesotans. The flannel wearing, hot-dish cooking, “Minnesota nice” persona of Klobuchar is what Royce White calls the “most dangerous political prototype in America”. Like Kamala, Klobuchar was a crooked prosecutor that put her own ambitions ahead of justice. Amy was elected by big margins in 2006, 2012, and 2018 to the Senate but had her worst performance EVER this year against Royce White!

Royce White won a higher percentage of votes, number of votes, and number of counties of ANY Republican U.S. Senate nominee against Klobuchar in her four races! No Republican had ever won over 40% or won over a million votes against Amy until Royce White. Klobuchar also received her lowest percentage of votes to date! 

Royce outperformed Amy’s 2006, 2012, and 2018 opponents which included two State Representatives and a U.S. Congressman, proving that there is a strong amount of voters who want to support an outsider. While Kurt Bills in 2012 was a Ron Paul, liberty candidate he was up against the unfortunate Obama era of MN politics. However, this year Royce won 66 of Minnesota’s 87 counties! As seen above, Royce flipped Greater Minnesota and won thirty more counties than RINO Jim Newberger in 2018 and 59 more than RINO Mark Kennedy in 2006! Royce has shown that standard political strategy is out the window, people are fed up and want a fighter in office! Royce never hid from controversy, he fought it head-on!

Royce White has also recently announced his intentions to run against forgettable U.S. Senator Tina Smith in 2026! He discussed this and much more on conservative show The Truth Hurts. The vast majority of Minnesotans have zero clue who Tina Smith is despite her being a reliable vote for every deep state, big government, anti-freedom policy imaginable. Royce White has developed name recognition statewide and will pose a much more credible threat to Smith in 2026 (who has also announced intentions to run for reelection). A recent skit Smith took part in with "Abortion Access Front" is just one example that proves how unserious of a Senator she is.

Prior to the election, Royce took to social media to slam RINO MNGOP Chair David Hann for a fundraising mailer that gave ZERO mention to Royce or the Senate race. Royce White called out this mailer on X in a hardcore, truth-telling, fire-breathing statement that pulled no punches! See that post here. Royce says that David Hann “smiles in my face” and then pulls this BS and calls Hann & the party leaders neocons that decided “to go to war with the grassroots”! The MNGOP State Central Committee will be meeting on December 14th and electing a Chair, Deputy Chair, and Secretary of the party. While the establishment RINOs in the party will try to take credit for the current 67-67 State House, the real people who deserve credit are the voters who turned out the vote and the local candidates! In some cases like House District 7B, Action 4 Liberty laid the groundwork by ruthlessly targeting swing district Dems like David Lislegard who protected Walz’ abuse of Emergency Powers. If David Hann has enough guts to run again for MNGOP after failing conservatives yet another election cycle he may face trouble. With President Trump’s landslide victory there is no doubt that Trump is the GOP’s standard bearer. Hann may find it very difficult to win considering he said the GOP was “not the party of Trump” in 2021, said he was “not a Trump guy” in 2021, and did not want Trump to visit MN in 2022! This is recent stuff, people can sniff out a fraud!

The MNGOP desperately needs to move in a new direction to be in touch with the grassroots considering the outcomes of Trump’s victory and Royce’s over-performance among RINO predecessors. It is clear that weak-kneed, big government, neocon, anti-freedom, phony conservatism never produces winners. If Republicans ever want to be legitimate in MN, they need a MAGA Chair for the MAGA Party.

Double-speaking phony moderate Dave Lislegard (7B) remained in the State House as one of the last “Iron Range Democrats” for the last three terms. In May of 2024, Lislegard saw the writing on the wall and dropped his reelection bid, knowing full well that he could not win another term. Lislegard was lined up against a competitive Republican challenger named Cal Warwas.

Warwas ultimately won last night’s election for House District 7B with a nearly thirteen point margin of victory! See below:

Lislegard was the last remaining of six targets of Action 4 Liberty’s who deceived voters with votes about Walz’ Emergency Powers. Liselegard was one of six Democrats who voted to remove the unconstitutional Emergency Powers in 2020 then flipped and supported them AFTER the election! He conned his voters in January of 2021, proving that his loyalty was with party bosses instead of his constituents. Lislegard was only voting to end them because of the pressure that we put on him!

Action 4 Liberty launched a long door knocking campaign in Lislegard’s district to EXPOSE his betrayal. We reached tens of thousands of voters and informed them about the TRUTH, whether that be by door knocking, phone calls, social media, or radio ads. A4L can largely be credited for laying the groundwork to take Lislegard out. We knew we were on the right path when Lislegard had a meltdown about A4L during a House committee hearing!

Cal Warwas is a 28 year union steelworker and campaigned on the following issues: Pro-mining, Pro-jobs, Lower taxes, Pro-energy, Pro-life, Pro-gun Rights, Pro-public safety, pro-Education, and pro-parental Rights. Warwas was contacted by the article’s author via email in January 2024 asking if he would support the Never Again bill; No answer was ever provided to that question. Considering that we built massive support for this bill/the largest pro-medical freedom list in his district, Warwas would be foolish to oppose the Never Again Bill. It is clear that his constituents want to see it pushed, will he step up to the plate?

This seat flipping by such a massive margin shows that Minnesotans are fed up with the radical Democrat agenda. We have fought back against the corrupt politicians who care more about their own ambition than the freedoms of their constituents. Warwas will be watched with a close eye in the Legislature by many around our state. Action 4 Liberty will continue to provide We The People with reporting that you cannot find anywhere else.

With the election now done and over with, it is time to put the pieces together and analyze what went so wrong for the MNGOP in Minnesota. We have now just witnessed another win for Democrats as they will retain power in the state legislature for another two years. Failed leadership by Republicans has taken our state to this point. It is clear that RINO Chair David Hann and other MNGOP “leaders” have failed by every metric possible.

The State House appears to be a COMPLETE deadlock with 67 Republicans and 67 Democrats who have either won or are leading their district. At least two races appear that they will go to recount races due to the close margins. This will cause MASSIVE issues around leadership positions and passing legislation in MN. This will be a critical opportunity to block the radical woke agenda if Republicans grow a spine!

The radical agenda passed by Democrats in the last two years gave an incredible chance for Republicans to target swing districts with key messaging to prove how far left Minnesota has gotten with Dems in charge. The HRCC and MNGOP could have been building a unified machine for endorsed candidates to oppose Democrats but instead they chose a divisive, anti-grassroots path.

The HRCC’s Chair, Josh Heintzeman, and failed GOP House leader Lisa Demuth used the HRCC to support unendorsed incumbent RINOs in deep red districts to the tune of $35K in the GOP primaries! The abuse of the HRCC as an incumbency protection racket is bad enough on its own but this is also a violation of the MNGOP Constitution because the HRCC is a party unit and is obligated to only support endorsed candidates. 

The wasted party resources protecting RINOs should have all been used in swing district general elections rather than deep red primary races. Is the enemy of the HRCC the Democrats or is it grassroots conservatives? The more you learn about them, it becomes clear the answer is the latter.

Another reason the GOP has failed again to capture the state House is due to the monetary advantage held by Democrats. We reported in October that the House Democrats outspent the HRCC in swing districts by a margin of 6 to 1! This is partially due to grassroots conservatives refusing to give their hard-earned money to corrupt crooks like the HRCC. The MNGOP is considered just as, if not more corrupt than the HRCC as David Hann and the Executive Committee have refused to hold the HRCC accountable for violating the party Constitution as a party unit. All trust has been lost between the GOP “leadership” and the grassroots.

Action 4 Liberty targeted swing district Democrat legislators during the fight to end Walz’ unconstitutional powers and we are proud to announce that all of the phony moderates that we brought massive pressure to were either fired by their voters or they didn’t run again because they knew they would lose! Our tactics and style are proven winners but the establishment RINOs fight us because we threaten their power! Action 4 Liberty believes we should live in a Constitutional Republic regardless of the corrupt party and politicians that are offended!

Another consideration to make surrounds the only state Senate seat up for grabs. With the Senate at 33-33, this race could have completely reshaped the Senate and given Republicans a chamber of the Legislature to block radical left ideas and push a liberty agenda (not that they ever would). Instead of committing all resources and energy on the race, GOP Senate “Leader” Mark Johnson dropped the ball and kept Senate GOP money for the future.

In a couple of swing districts, we see the HRCC's failures clear as day. House District 14B featured a matchup between Sue Eck and vodka chugging, DWI Dan Wolgamott. Wolgamott was in deep trouble in this race following his DWI and arrest after he was caught chugging vokda in a liquor store parking lot but the HRCC chose to divert resources away from Eck in order to support unendorsed RINO Ron Kresha in 10A. Dan is leading Eck by a mere 28 votes! In House District 41A, ONLY 13 votes separates radical left Brad Tabke and Republican nominee Aaron Paul. Results can be seen here. If the HRCC focused on these races instead of deep red district primaries, the GOP would have a majority!

If the MNGOP ever wants to have a chance at winning again, new leadership is needed. David Hann has been the Democrat’s favorite chair of the MNGOP because he has run it into the ground and made it seriously uncompetitive. His failures as Chair, Lisa Demuth and Mark Johnson’s failures as legislative leaders, and Josh Heintzeman failures as HRCC Chair are the major actors at fault for the GOP not delivering. We have previously reported on the politicians already campaigning to take over as Minority “Leader”. 

Action 4 Liberty has called upon the MNGOP to revoke the HRCC’s party unit status but it will take much more than that to save this state. David Hann and all other “leaders” responsible for this election’s losses must be removed from office and replaced with a Patriot who will not sell out conservative values!

When voters turn over their ballots, there will be several judicial races to keep an eye out for. Most judicial offices are typically unopposed and when there are multiple candidates it is important for voters to be aware of their options. There is often little research that the grassroots can use to learn about Judges despite how critical these races are. Patriots have seen the courts become politicized and weaponized by crooked Democrats and see how important it is to have a Judiciary that respects the Constitution.

This brings us to Minnesota’s 10th Judicial District Court, Seat #3. Conservative attorney Nathan Hansen is challenging Walz appointed Judge Helen Brosnahan, a seat previously held by CD3 GOP nominee Tad Jude. Hansen is the recommended GOP candidate and has a long history fighting for our Constitutional Rights. This is a red district that encompasses the following counties: Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright. See district map below:

Nathan Hansen has been a fighter for liberty as an attorney. He represented business owner Larvita McFarquhar when she defied Walz’ unconstitutional orders to close her doors during Covid! Action 4 Liberty stood with Patriots like Larvita and demanded our freedom back from tyrannical politicians! Nathan Hansen also delivered a POWERFUL speech to the Mahtomedi School Board in 2021 against mask mandates. See below:

While Nathan Hansen is leading with his Constitutional principles, his opponent Helen Brosnahan has received donations from Democrats and is seeking to appear more moderate that she truly is. No conservative would EVER be appointed to a judicial office by Tyrant Tim Walz as he has stated that he opposes judicial candidates upfront if they are pro-life! Hansen says Democrats have campaigned for Brosnahan by including her on campaign literature supporting a slate of candidates, Broshnahan claims there was no coordination or communication. However whether she knew or not is neither here nor there, the point instead is that Democrats are supporting her for a reason. 

In November of 2022, Brosnahan let a career criminal off the hook from a 17 month sentence on felony theft. Two days later the same person was arrested again on theft charges. More information about this can be seen in this CrimeWatchMPLS post on X.

Hansen is also an election integrity advocate and was the attorney for an important case against SOS Steve Simon regarding the counting of mail in ballots received after election day. The Eighth Circuit Court favored Hansen’s argument and refused to allow Simon to subvert election laws, even with Covid as a justification.

With the election coming up on Tuesday, voters must be aware of what is on the backs of their ballots. Here are two statewide judicial races to take note of:

Chief Justice - MN Supreme Court

Natalie Hudson (incumbent): Hudson was appointed to be Chief Justice by Tim Walz and was originally appointed to the court by Mark Dayton. She has been a consistent vote for left-leaning ideas, including upholding Walz’ unconstitutional abuse of Emergency Powers.

Stephen Emory: Emory has run for Congress in CD7 in 2020 and US Senate in 2022 within the Democratic primary, running as a conservative Democrat. He is a former agriculture consultant and medical representative who was opposed to the tyrannical Covid orders put in place by Walz. Emery states he is a supporter of the 2nd Amendment.

Associate Justice #6 - MN Supreme Court

Karl Procaccini (incumbent): Procaccini was appointed to the Supreme Court by Tim Walz. He previously worked in the Walz Administration as legal counsel for Walz, including during the Covid lockdown era. Procaccini is a radical left, anti-Constitution judge who is partisan to his core.

Matthew Hanson: Hanson is a young lawyer from Prior Lake who is opposed to the unconstitutional lockdowns and Emergency Powers abuse committed by Walz. Hanson previously challenged another Walz appointed judge in Scott County but came a little short of winning. On his X account, you can find Hanson retweeting Elon Musk and supporting free speech. The CD2 GOP Full Committee voted to give Hanson the Republican recommended status for this race.

NOTE - Despite climate cultists demanding this garbage incinerator be removed, Joe Biden would likely prefer that all supporters of President Trump’s campaign be thrown in since we are all “garbage” to him. Meanwhile, President Trump met with blue-collar, common-man garbage men (waste collectors) in Wisconsin!

Minnesota has become a breeding ground for all of the idiotic, careless, anti-common sense, and expensive ideas that are doomed for failure from the start! We have corrupt Democrats who are held captive by the agenda that they helped incite! Hypocritical private jet flying politicians have misguided some well intentioned Americans into believing that human mortality is on the line in the near future based on the small amount of carbon a given individual emits into the atmosphere. This propaganda leaves out the incredible hypocrisies surrounding natural carbon emission, allowing the building of (and bombing of) the Nord Stream pipeline from Russia to Germany, the amount of carbon emission from war (the largest producer of greenhouse gas emission), and the development of oil and coal production China (with owning most materials for solar panels and electric vehicles in the world and producing the most by far) to mention a few. 

The climate cult is alive and well in Minnesota thanks to failed politicians like Tim Walz. Walz signed a bill mandating that Minnesota be “carbon-neutral” by 2040 which is more authoritarian that Walz’ favorite country, Communist China, which mandates this by 2060. Globalists and other tyrants who favor big government control over their citizenry are the very individuals funding and supporting the “global warming” hoax yet many leftists are falling for it and falling right into their evil plans.

Radical leftists are now demanding that the Hennepin Energy Recovery Center (HERC) down the road from the Fillmore Theatre and the Twins Target Stadium be SHUT DOWN! HERC was established in 1989 and the concept of the trash to energy conversion was based on other energy plants in the Capitals of Norway and Sweden that allows clean energy conversion in densely populated areas. HERC provides energy for roughly 25,000 Minneapolis residents and provides heating/cooling to businesses and Target Stadium (and powers heated sidewalks near Target Stadium during winter). HERC also reduces Hennepin waste volume by nearly 90% and recovers nearly 11,000 tons of scrap metal each year. HERC has extreme value due to the fact that Hennepin County has ZERO active landfills. HERC has a pollution control system built into much of their equipment with controlled high temperature combustion to neutralize or filter out potential carbon emissions which is detailed in this video. In fact, HERC produces less greenhouse gas emissions by burning trash than that same trash would at a landfill because the trash can develop flammable and deadly methane gas due to the time length and unsanitary nature. This all means that trash to energy incinerators reduce costs for energy and is more environmentally clean than other alternatives. With the money that HERC makes from Xcel Energy, HERC contributed 73% of all state funding for natural resource and forestry programs in 2023! Why would environmentalists want to shut down something that gives so much back? See the HERC report (page 36) graphic below:

Aside from removing toxic trash and contributing collected money to environmental efforts, it is never enough for deranged climate cultists who believe the earth will end in five years. 

The coming energy blackouts and government mandated energy reduction may cause irreparable harm to Minnesota. Energy blackouts in the middle of winter will kill. Take further into consideration that the Left has become obsessed with electric vehicles (with some exception to Tesla); The only issue is that EVs require MORE electricity to power these cars which will increase human electrical use! When power outages take place you will not even be able to drive your way out of Minnesota! Xcel Energy will lose a major client and will be forced to get energy with systems that have less return on investment for higher rates, unfortunately, Xcel Energy is a willing participant in the “global warming” hoax as the corporation was a proud supporter of Walz’ 2040 energy mandate because they are likely the only corporation large enough to survive the regulatory Hell coming their way! In addition, Xcel runs the only two nuclear plants allowed in MN (giving them a layered monopoly) which produces 21% of their energy. Xcel is squeezing out competitors and has an unfair advantage in the market thanks to their political donations and lobbying. 

The Hennepin County Commissioners are also to blame for the climate cultists demanding the removal of HERC because they passed a resolution (23-0384 R1) that mandated HERC’s closure between 2028 and 2040. The large time window is some proof that the Commissioners are aware of the massive impact that would take place if HERC was removed. If it were removed, the Globalist takeover of energy in MN would be well on its way to take away the heating and energy for tons of Minnesotans.

Considering that wind and solar cannot meet energy production levels needed, environmentalists can look in a few other directions. Nuclear energy is typically a popular idea among liberty lovers, perhaps due to Patriots unknowingly supporting the monopolistic nuclear white coats. Nuclear energy is considered unsafe by many energy experts and is infamously known for its deadly and disastrous consequences with the Chernobyl Disaster in 1986 and the Fukushima Disaster in 2011. These incidents alone do not give reason to be opposed to nuclear energy however the International Atomic Energy Agency and United Nations Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) recognize the fact that nuclear energy production can lead to nuclear weapon development. 191 nations are signed onto the treaty while four countries with nuclear arms refuse to sign on (Israel, India, North Korea, and Pakistan). Nuclear energy facilities and technologies used in the enrichment and reprocessing of nuclear fuel can also be used to produce fissile material to use for nuclear weapons. Human mismanagement has even led to nuclear waste particles being found in children’s playground equipment. The embrace of utopia beliefs on nuclear energy is dangerous rhetoric that even reached the GOP Presidential primary from candidate Vivek Ramaswamy with his constant calls to shut down the Nuclear Regulatory Committee. As mentioned, Xcel has a monopoly on nuclear energy in Minnesota and that does not appear to be changing anytime soon. There is far too much risk to allow a mega-corporation succumbing to Globalist demands to be the only nuclear power creator in Minnesota. 

Environmentalists would be better off considering clean hydroelectric energy created with dams. Walz signed HF7 (2040 carbon mandate) which refused to recognize hydroelectric energy as “carbon neutral”, proving that liberals are unserious about energy and the environment. All this aside, waste to energy facilities like HERC have been very beneficial across the state as there are ten operating plants currently. Nobody wants their local landfill to reach capacity, trash MUST be dealt with. Why not make energy out of it and use the money for forestry projects? It would seem like the environmentally friendly thing to do!

With all of this said, the question still remains: What do these libtards want to do with garbage? What about the HERC facility? There will be a massive trash problem in Hennepin County where they will have to look to other counties to take massive loads of trash into their landfills… As for the climate cult, one of the leading groups to shut down HERC is called Zero Burn Coalition and they have no specific plans for what to do with the trash other than a laughable recycling center concept and letting the “frontline communities” decide what happens next with the HERC facility. The Minneapolis City Council unanimously passed a Resolution on Thursday (10/31/24) that demands Hennepin County shut it down. The City Council and Zero Burn Coalition allege that HERC is racist because it disproportionately affects black people, as if people can’t choose to move. The City Council also had no serious plans for redevelopment or what to do with the trash. The Hennepin County Commissioners only plan seems to be using landfills in other counties as indicated in their Reinvent Hennepin County’s solid waste system Plan. Additionally in that report you will find no actual repurposing idea or concept for the HERC facility. Will they bury it? Throw it in our lakes? Nobody knows!

The climate cultists are leading Minnesota to a point of no return. The childlike, irrational fears of global warming cannot be allowed to control our lives. The Left is not presenting serious solutions to undeniable, forever incurring issues such as trash. The HERC is turning garbage into energy while the Democrats call half of the country trash. It couldn’t be clearer what is up and what is down in this scenario.

Politicians like Biden, Kamala, and Walz forced Americans to be lab rats for experimental Covid mRNA shots despite risks of death, illnesses, injuries, and other unintended consequences as side-effects following the injection. Hypocritical Kamala once showed skepticism of the Covid shot by saying “If Donald Trump tells us to take it, I’m not taking it.” but when she had power, she had no problem MANDATING that Americans do as they are told. In fact, the Kamala/Walz campaign is STILL MANDATING their campaign employees be “up to date" on their Covid shots!

However, not all Americans have fallen prey to the politicians, Fauci, and the media’s propaganda on the Covid shot and a MASSIVE win has been delivered out of federal courts!

Federal jurors awarded six San Francisco public transport employees $1.3 Million each after they were fired for refusing the Covid jab on religious grounds! These six former employees of the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) filed a discrimination lawsuit stating that they lost their jobs following an October 2021 mandate for all employees. The lead attorney for these Covid heroes stated “The rail employees chose to lose their livelihood rather than deny their faith. That in itself shows the sincerity and depth of their convictions.” The vax mandating BART had no response to local media following the ruling proving that they cannot justify their mandate to the public!

While our country is falling apart and we are witnessing courts turn into Democrat-run politicized witch-hunts, this case shows that when decisions are left in the hands of random Americans selected to be on a jury, they are FAR more reasonable than crooked politicians in DC or St. Paul! This should give faith to the idea that some issues are not truly Republican vs. Democrat or Conservative vs. Liberal, instead sometimes they are Common Sense vs. No Sense or We The People vs. The Swamp! 

This victory could be a sign of more to come on this front. Now that there has been enough time separation from the Covid era most have come to their senses and do not want to be controlled by tyrants! That is why Dr. Fauci CANCELED his planned lecture and award ceremony at the University of Minnesota when Action 4 Liberty planned a Freedom Over Fauci Rally outside the event! Liberty lovers are winning on the issues and while there is so much to do, if we keep pushing, we can regain health freedom once again!

UPDATE: Since publishing this story, the list of write in candidates has been released by the SOS office. Bradley Schaeppi has filed as a Write-In candidate against Rep. Patty Acomb.

Senate District 45 is a critical race that will decide which party holds the majority in the state Senate. This race opened up after radical leftist incumbent Senator Kelly Morrison resigned to focus on a CD3 Congressional bid against Republican nominee former Judge Tad Jude. This election will decide if Democrats will continue to operate under one party trifecta control or if Republicans can take over even a single chamber of government. In the Senate race, Republican Kathleen Fowke will be up against radical gun grabber and former Senator Ann Johnson Stewart.

With the importance of this Senate District, it would seemingly be imperative that the HRCC recruits candidates for the House Districts, however, there is no candidate for House District 45B to oppose radical leftist Patty Acomb! GOP voters will be left stranded at the ballot box in District 45B. This diminishes the credibility of the party and helps the Democrats’ optics at the ballot box.

When a ballot is in a voter’s hands and they begin filling it out, they will notice this and question how it could possibly be that the GOP couldn’t find anybody to run! Why hand the election over to Patty Acomb when she has supported every insane policy pushed by the Dems? Nobody should be rewarded for bad behavior and a radical voting record!

Tomorrow (Oct. 29th) at 5PM all hope will be lost for ANY competition to Patty Acomb unless someone decides to file as a Write-In candidate against her. If there is any Patriot within District 45B that wants to have Write-In votes for them counted against Patty Acomb, they must file with the Secretary of State’s office by filling out this form and returning it to the address listed or their County Auditor's office by 5PM October 29th. This is the case for any person who desires to have their Write-In votes counted for any upcoming statewide, congressional, or legislative office.

Write-In candidates can be a very important tool because then voters can vote for someone they actually want to vote for and so crooked politicians don’t waltz into office unopposed. Write-In votes also can be an effective election integrity tool. Write-In campaigns are sometimes Hail Mary attempts that don't receive widespread votes, in those cases, voters can make sure their ballot was counted by examining their precinct results. In other cases, Write-In candidacies can be serious opportunities to win!

Patriot Tina Simons from Kanabec County is proving exactly that! Simons is a Constitutional conservative who is running as a Write-In candidate for Kanabec County Commissioner District 2. There will be no candidate on the ballot for this race and it will be completely decided on who Kanabec County District 2 voters write-in as their vote! This means that all of the ballots will have to be hand-counted! Two other individuals have filed as Write-In candidates for this office. Individuals can file to be Write-In candidates for County offices by tomorrow at 5PM by turning this form into their County Auditor's office. The HRCC and the MNGOP have failed statewide to recruit candidates up and down the ballot. The establishment is too busy protecting itself to actually make Minnesota competitive for Republicans and House District 45B is a prime example of that. Kathleen Fowke is in a much tougher position when she is not joined by another Republican for the House on half of the ballots. 2022 45B GOP candidate Lorie Cousineau received nearly 40% of the vote, proving that there are plenty of Republicans who are fed up.

The HRCC is making Minnesota more uncompetitive by the day and grassroots conservatives are fed up! GOP Representatives must stop funding the HRCC until the HRCC fulfills their obligations as a party unit by only supporting endorsed candidates. Party bosses need to be held accountable for helping unendorsed RINOs and for failing to recruit a candidate in 45B. We’ve reported on the incoming leadership fight at the State House and will continue to hold corrupt politicians to account. The HRCC is failing Republicans and more have become savvy to it.

The radical agenda pushed by Walz and his Communist minions in the Legislature has destroyed our state and Patriots statewide are fed up. Meanwhile, the MNGOP continues lose elections and fail at giving Minnesotans a check and balance over the Democrats' one party rule. Taking over a chamber of government within Minnesota could give an opportunity for conservative measures to be passed through a legislative body and radical laws can be blocked like the pro-pedophile, pro-child mutilation, and anti-freedom agenda of the Democrats. Unfortunately, capitol insiders say Minnesota House Republicans have given up on winning and are now fighting over leadership roles in the minority rather than the majority.

The November 5th general election is one week away and all eyes are on the HRCC/MNGOP to see if they can actually deliver a House majority. The signs are not good. As we have previously reported, House Dems have outraised GOP candidates by a margin of 6 to 1 in swing districts and we’ve reported two GOP State Representatives have called out the HRCC for supporting unendorsed RINOs. Instead of saving up money for the general election swing races, the HRCC wasted TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars defending unendorsed RINO, career-politicians in deep red district primaries! 

The political vultures are already circling overhead to feed. Republicans are staring down the barrel of four straight election cycles of defeat and no House majority. Capitol insiders have informed Action 4 Liberty that GOP members have already begun jockeying for leadership positions. The political carcass that remains after this election may become a dog-fight.

You read that right! The House Republicans are running for “Minority Leader” planning that they’ll fail to get a House majority once again. Sources say that current current leadership is eyeing other offices to leave the failed House behind for good. We'll see how this all plays out. 

We recieved word that phone calls have been flying around to Republican Representatives for weeks all over the state! It is clear that they are trying to secure votes for leadership positions including Minority Leader instead of focusing on the election right in front of their faces! They have stupidly wasted TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars on primaries on behalf of unendorsed RINOs running against grassroots conservatives! However, how can we trust that any of this will change?

Why squabble over leadership positions under Democrat rule when the election is still to take place? That is like re-arranging furniture on the Titanic! If they want to cause REAL change, they would push a Liberty agenda that exposes Democrats as big government tyrants! If the MNGOP and HRCC put all of their energy and money into defeating Democrats and pushing a pro-freedom agenda then there would likely be no need to fight for minority leadership at all!

The real question is: How many years of losing will it take for the Republicans to realize that it costs them more to fight against liberty activists that to pick up their concerns to fight for them? Only time will tell.

The MNGOP has let down conservatives and failed time and time again. RINO Chair David Hann has destroyed the MNGOP by causing financial ruin, abandoning core conservative principles, disenfranchising delegates to rig endorsing conventions, and being completely out of touch with the grassroots.

In David Hann’s latest attempt to weasel cash out of Republicans, a mailer from him was sent out that listed many races that the MNGOP wanted to see wins out of. Obnoxiously on his letter is unendorsed RINO Joe Tierab, who has never won/received the endorsement of CD2 GOP delegates. Noticeably missing was one of the only two partisan statewide races going on this election cycle: the U.S. Senate race. See mailer below:

The GOP’s U.S. Senate nominee, Royce White, has staked his campaign on three core issues: Border, Debt, Forever Wars. He is challenging the Swamp head-on and has been unafraid to call everything as he sees it. While many believe Royce defied the odds by winning the GOP endorsement and primary, he is now polling closer to Shaky Amy Klobuchar than ANY previous Republican! Royce has chosen to embrace controversy and to stake his ground on his terms and it has proven to be very successful. Royce and Amy will debate on WCCO 830 AM radio on October 27th at 9:00AM.

David Hann was incapable of mentioning Royce White and is doing NOTHING to help Royce defeat Shaky Amy. Royce White called out this mailer on X in a hardcore, truth-telling, fire-breathing statement that pulled no punches! See that post here. Royce says that David Hann “smiles in my [his] face” and then pulls this BS, calls Hann & the party leaders neocons, and says that David Hann and the MNGOP decided “to go to war with the grassroots”! 

Patriots across our state and Action 4 Liberty have long been aware of the dirty tactics of David Hann. Below you will see a number of the failures/doings of David Hann as Chair:

1. Disenfranchised duly-elected delegates from Otter Tail County
2. Ran away from Erik Mortensen when questioned about Otter Tail
3. Tried to hide his disenfranchisement of Otter Tail from the public and state central delegates then attacked State Exec. members who informed people what was going on
4. Sent a mailer asking people for money for an unendorsed Michelle Fischbach
5. Cut off data access to five endorsed Republican candidates in 2022 weeks ahead of the primary election (Bill Lieske, Mark Bishofsky, Tom Dippel, Natalie Barnes, and Bret Bussman).
6. Sent a mass email attacking A4L and celebrated a phony CFB complaint that was filed against us (we won and remain undefeated with CFB complaints).
7. Kept the MNGOP buried in debt until Trump bailed them out.
8. Argues that the Democrats are not the GOP’s enemy.
9. Has been hyper-critical of President Trump including saying that the GOP is “not the party of Trump” in 2021, said he was “not a Trump guy” in 2021, and did not want Trump to visit MN in 2022.
10. Under Hann’s reign there have been zero statewide office wins, zero US Congress flips, lost four year control of the state senate, and two year control in the state house.
11. Sent a memo to GOP candidates in 2022 demanding they say that “abortion up to the moment of birth is a protected constitutional right in Minnesota.”

As seen above, David Hann has been a complete failure as a “leader” and if he fails to put up good results in this election, it may be the end of the road for his Chairmanship. Hann is up for reelection for Chair at the upcoming December State Central Committee meeting. Rumors have begun circulating on whether or not Hann will continue to run or if even the Establishment is fed up with losing and will toss Hann out.

Kathleen Quist, a conservative activist from CD4 recently announced that she will be running for Chair and is looking to unify the party. Quist believes that David Hann has made the MNGOP noncompetitive and that new leadership is needed. Former endorsed GOP state Senate candidate (SD5) and CD7 conservative activist Bret Bussman announced his candidacy for MNGOP Chair on Oct. 12th. See below:

Josh oompa loompa Heintzeman loyalist and former Crow Wing County GOP Chair Forest Hyatt has also announced a run for Chair. See below:

Rumors have been floated about other names such as former Mayor Mike Murphy. He upset a lot of delegates for his obvious ladder-climbing/political gamesmanship following his defeat for Governor. Many were later let down by Murphy when he announced a run for Chair in 2022 just to bail out and leave only Phil Parrish to challenge Hann at the State Central. Murphy also dropped out of a very brief CD2 Congressional bid he started on. He was voted out as Mayor of Lexington in 2022 but then had a rushed, nontransparent, and unfair appointment to the city council with the help of corrupt Bobby Benson and other councilmembers. Many no longer see Murphy as a viable path to save Minnesota.

The corruption is rampant in the MNGOP so Action 4 Liberty will continue to fight and expose it. We The People deserve parties that are representative of the grassroots bases that they derive their power from. Conservative delegates will have to keep a close eye on the MNGOP Chair race as more candidates come forward and as more things shake out.
