Grassroots conservatives across our state are desperately hoping for Republicans to retake the State House to fight the woke, disgusting, and anti-taxpayer agenda of the Democrats. Minnesota has become a one party dictatorship thanks to Walz and the radical leftists in the Legislature. The last few legislative sessions we have seen just how out of touch the Democrats are with regular people which gives the MNGOP a golden opportunity this election.

The MNGOP has a party unit called the House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) which has wasted money protecting RINO, career politician incumbents over conservative opponents in deep red districts. We recently reported that the corrupt HRCC spent $35K protecting RINOs Ron Kresha (10A), Greg Davids (26B), and Brian Johnson (28A) in primaries that each have ZERO chance of flipping to the Democrats. The HRCC is an incumbency protection racket rather than a party unit seeking to defeat Democrats.

Article 5, Section 3.A.5 of the MNGOP Constitution states that party resources can only be used to benefit endorsed candidates. As a party unit, the HRCC is obligated to follow the party constitution and only support endorsed candidates. Despite the obvious Constitutional violations we have reported on, no action has been taken to stop the corrupt tactics by the Establishment to attack grassroots Patriots who want real conservatives representing them.

The HRCC is seemingly led by House Minority Leader Lisa “Kamala” Demuth as indicated by CFB filings. However she is an empty suit front woman for the GOP while the money gets shuffled to the selected RINO puppets approved by the HRCC’s Steering Committee. Like Kamala, Demuth is not leading her given operation, she was the chosen puppet to replace RINO Kurt Daudt. She is clearly supportive of the corrupt establishment funding as she held a pre-primary fundraiser for the unendorsed RINOs Kresha, Davids, and Johnson. Demuth is an incompetent strategist during legislative floor fights and has a history of voting for woke legislation (she also has a 51% lifetime score with A4L scorecards). 

The real people controlling what is going on are the members of the steering committee, who are unknown to the public and even to Legislators! What is known is that RINO Josh Heintzeman is the Steering Committee Chair despite having no elected leadership role within the caucus! Even though there are plenty of Assistant Minority Leader titles to give out, Heintzeman obviously is not respected by the caucus enough to get one for himself. Despite that, he is somehow in charge of the secret HRCC steering committee that is screwing over conservative candidates in red districts! 

Heintzeman recently participated in a debate where he faced off against a Democrat and a third party, “Americans First” candidate Troy Scheffler. While most state representative forums are a snoozefest, Scheffler made it interesting and held Heintzeman’s feet to the fire several times. In one instance Scheffler called out the Democrat money being laundered through the HRCC. You might find some of the comment section of the debate to be very interesting too! See below:

State Rep. and MNGOP Strategic Outreach & Engagement Director Walter Hudson (30A) recently appeared on an episode of The Truth Hurts and said that the HRCC should not be spending money against endorsed candidates. The following week, Rep. Mike Wiener (5B) appeared on The Truth Hurts and issued the same sentiment (more strongly than Hudson) and demanded more transparency into the HRCC. It is clear from those conversations that Legislators have been left in the dark. Neither were able to name the members of the steering committee or point to any Constitution or rules governing over the HRCC.

As we previously reported, the House Democrats outspent the GOP by a margin of 6 to 1 in swing districts, giving Republicans little opportunity to win. Additionally, the ‘DFL House Caucus’ has twice as much cash on hand as the HRCC as of 3/31/24 according to CFB filings. Minnesota is a deep red state outside of the twin cities but the GOP cannot capitalize thanks to failed leadership.

The HRCC has shot themselves in the foot and it is clear that they will fail again at winning the House. The HRCC is a vindictive organization that is failing to uphold its duties within the MNGOP Constitution. The incompetence and wasting of money by the HRCC is a self-imposed defeat. The MNGOP must revoke the HRCC as a party unit until they abide by the endorsements made by the local grassroots! Do not give the HRCC a penny, it may be spent against a conservative candidate you love!

When Covid-19 first hit, nobody knew exactly what to make of it at first. Those lab workers were the first to be infected by Covid-19. Despite the obvious, Fauci and others downplayed the Lab theory and instead argued the virus was naturally occurring!

Fauci knew better and LIED! Is it possible that the doctor who led the fight against Covid helped secure the funding to CREATE Covid??

Free speech is under attack in our country despite the protections granted through the First Amendment. We have a federal and state government that no longer adheres to our Constitution. Imagine a government that is so desperate for control and so out of touch with the People that they decide to pass a law that makes Artificial Intelligence (AI) MEMES illegal! Despite how ridiculous and unconstitutional as that sounds, Minnesota’s Legislature passed that law with flying colors!

HF1370 was a bill authored by Democrats and was co-authored by supposed conservative Walter Hudson (30A). We previously reported on this law and we were the ONLY organized opposition to this anti-free speech legislation. HF1370 created criminal penalties on two topics: 1. Pornographic deep fake (AI) image creation/dissemination. 2. Deep fake (AI) image creation/dissemination that could “influence elections”. 

If a meme is too accurate or believable, the creator/sharer of the image could be fined $10,000 and spend up to five years in PRISON! 

Despite our exposing the truth on this issue, the bill was passed UNANIMOUSLY by the State House and Senate with one exception: Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10). 

Now that Walz is being exposed on the national stage, more Minnesotans are waking up to what exactly was passed in the Legislature, and apparently that includes Legislators who voted for it!

RINO Rep. Mary Franson has managed to prove how unprincipled and stupid she is! Franson is now suing the state of Minnesota on free speech grounds concerning the deep fake bill that she voted for! See her vote highlighted below:

Franson showed ZERO skepticism about this bill on the floor during its debate on 3/30/23 and 5/16/23 and didn’t even speak on the floor! One attempt was made to amend the bill by RINO Rep. Ann Neu Brindley but it failed and Neu Brindley did not request a roll call vote, proving she was unserious about her Amendment. Reps. Jim Nash (48A) and Harry Niska (31A) showed a bit of skepticism but also went along with the Establishment’s anti-free speech bill. Like Nash and Niska, Franson went along with the sheep. She is not only late to the punch on this issue but it was a self-imposed disaster!

Franson now states that this bill “represents a dramatic overreach that goes farther than any other law in the country, and must be challenged in court.” While we appreciate that Franson has now seen the light, we would’ve preferred this challenge and fight be brought on the FLOOR instead of over a year after the fact! By filing this federal lawsuit, Franson is essentially admitting that she voted for an unconstitutional, big government, anti-free speech law that hurts Minnesotans! Why didn’t Franson have the GUTS to call it out when it mattered??

The real reason she didn’t speak up before is because she was not intelligent enough to have understood the legislation at the time or she was afraid to stand up to her own party; Neither are acceptable. The friendly interpretation and debate framework that she and other RINOs accepted proves that she performed her job INCOMPETENTLY, however, only Senator Wesenberg can argue he voted competently on HF1370. Now that Franson has seen the light she claims she only voted for the bill because of the pornography section but calls it a “poorly written bill”. Who would vote for a poorly written bill? Franson is FULL OF IT!

During debate on this bill on the House floor on 3/30/23, Rep. Walter Hudson took time to praise Democrat Zach Stephenson, the “proactive” nature of this bill, and that this bill showed the “type of thinking that we have to be able to do and willing to do”. He also said that the implementation may be “a little sloppy” but says “That’s okay, we’ll figure it out.” Sounds like some big government, anti-freedom talk! It is clear that Walter’s attempts to calm down any Republican opposition was successful which now allows an out of control Democrat Administration to lock up people for memes. Walter did eventually take his name off of this bill but it was only after Democrats added to the bill. Once the bill was back in it’s original state, Hudson was back on board as a supporter. Thank Walter Hudson for this the next time you see him!

We wish Rep. Franson and law firms Upper Midwest Law Center and Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute luck in their lawsuit and we hope they find success in removing this unconstitutional law. Action 4 Liberty is ahead of the curve on these important issues. Unlike the RINOs, we do not support bad bills and then act tough on them over a year after the fact (again, we were the only organized opposition to this bill)! Politics is a game that takes money to win. In a swing state like Minnesota, both Democrats and Republicans are looking at the State House as a major metric of success for the 2024 election. The Democrat-controlled State House has been pivotal in passing the radical agenda signed by Tyrant Tim Walz. If MN were to see a change in party control of the State House, it could serve as a major roadblock to Walz/Democrats if managed tactically. 

The House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) has proven they are not interested in truly competing for control of the State House, instead, they are forfeiting to the Democrats because they squandered tens of thousands of dollars in deep red district primaries protecting unendorsed incumbents. 

Credible lawyer reporting outlet JDSupra.com detailed information that showed the DFL House Caucus spent $838K on State House Dem candidates while the HRCC has only spent $139K! That is a SIX TO ONE margin!

In twelve swing district races, Democrats and Democrat-aligned groups Alliance for a better Minnesota have outspent the HRCC and RINO organizations Renew Minnesota & Pro Jobs Majority in NINE of the TWELVE races! In one of the three races where the GOP has spent more (41A) they have only outspent the Dems by less than $1700! House District 41A is an important swing district that is critical for the GOP to win a majority. GOP candidate in 41A, Tom Dippel, has previously been screwed over by the GOP establishment after they backed RINO Tony Jurgens. Jurgens endorsed Democrat Judy Seeberger after the primary and she ended up winning by 321 votes which means that if 161 voters instead supported Dippel, there would’ve been a GOP majority in the State Senate for the last two years. Minnesota is a swing state and conservatives statewide wish they had a competitive engine in the State House that could finally take a majority and fight back against the crazy agenda. The HRCC will be the sole reason that Republicans will sit in the minority for another two years. Despite GOP House leadership promising that they would abide by endorsements, they broke their word and are running out of money. The HRCC needs new leadership and if they are unwilling to back endorsed candidates and fulfill their Constitutional obligations as a party unit then that party unit status should be revoked!

Millions of Americans tuned in last night to the only Vice Presidential debate for the 2024 election. While Minnesotans and the conservative activists of our state have been well aware of Walz’ radical agenda for years, the majority of the country knew very little about Walz or Vance before last night’s debate. 

J.D. Vance was the clear winner by putting on a masterclass performance despite the biased moderators making it a three on one debate. Sound familiar? Meanwhile, Walz was a bumbling mess who proved his incompetence. Vance and Walz each selected to keep the debate largely friendly and leveled attacks mostly against the Presidential candidates, This style by Vance may be to the strategic benefit of the Trump campaign because it allowed MAGA to now encompass young, free-thinking, middle-class, and soft-hearted leadership as exemplified through Vance’s qualities in the debate. While we, and many other Patriots in Minnesota, wish Vance would have made a couple of extra points, it was day and night compared to the nightmare, knucklehead performance by Tampon Tim! Right from the jump, Walz had a look of unpreparedness and sheer panic across his face. Not exactly what people imagine in a supposed leader. It was clear that Walz was a nervous wreck as he was writing FURIOUSLY throughout the debate! One hilarious moment was when Vance pointed out the ways in which Kamala has raised the prices on gas, groceries, and housing, to which all Walz could respond with was “I hope we have a conversation on healthcare then”. One gross and embarrassing moment for Walz was when something came out of his mouth and sat on his lip for a couple of seconds; DISGUSTING! See here!

As mentioned before, the moderators broke their own rules and began to “fact-check” JD Vance with misleading and incomplete information. What is the point of a fact-check if it just muddies the truth up more and is inaccurate? Co-moderator Margaret Brennan acted in a very unprofessional, partisan, and catty way when she tried to insert HERSELF into the debate by claiming that the Haitians in Springfield, Ohio have “legal status” in the U.S. while leaving out the fact that they are NOT citizens, the immigration program they claim legal status from is considered unconstitutional by many Constitutional lawyers, and that these statuses will expire which means they will face voluntary or involuntary deportation! 

Walz and the media would rather gaslight you on a town overrun by non-citizens than deal with the problems as they are. It is almost like the mainstream media is biased against conservatives! There were many moments where Walz would tell bold-faced lies in order to attack Trump/Vance or to misrepresent what he and Kamala would actually do. The Lie: Walz denied that Minnesota has abortions legal up until birth/nine months

The Truth: As seen in our previous fact-check article on the Presidential debate, Minnesota has a radical policy that was passed in SF2995 which was a massive 845 page omnibus bill. This bill repealed laws requiring physicians “take all reasonable measures [...] to preserve the life and health of any born alive infant that is the result of the abortion” and replaced it with vague language about “care”. Project 2025

The Lie: Tim Walz said “Their Project 2025 is going to have a registry of pregnancies” and was claiming that the Trump/Vance ticket with create a federal agency dedicated to this purpose. 

The Truth: Trump and Vance had nothing to do with the creation of Project 2025 and it has become a scarecrow for leftist sheep. Walz is repeating party propaganda in order to scare women into supporting him and Kamala. This was such a blatant lie that even CNN had fact-checked/discredited Walz on this claim before the debate even happened! Despite CNN surprisingly exposing Walz’ lies, he continued them on stage yesterday.

Energy/Solar Panels

The Lie / Inaccurate Information: Walz said a misleading statement on the topic of energy to Vance as JD criticized the manufacturing of solar panels in China. JD argued we shouldn’t be buying Chinese solar panels and should be making them here to which Walz responded by saying “We are in Minnesota”. This is to give the impression that Minnesota is a competitor to China in this sphere in our state.

The Truth: Over 80% of the world’s manufacturing of solar panels is done in China. Left wing news source MinnPost says only 3.86% of MN electricity production was created by solar panels in 2022. Walz signed legislation requiring MN be carbon neutral by 2040 which is to the Left of Communist China’s Xi Jinping who requires carbon neutrality by 2060 in China. According to the U.S. Dept. of Energy’s solar manufacturing map, Minnesota has two solar recycling centers, two structural/non-energy manufacturing production facilities, one facility that manufactures electrically insulating adhesive material for solar panels, and only one solar manufacturing module that actually produces solar panels! The lone producer of solar panels in MN, Heliene Inc., is actually a Canadian company with a production capacity of 800 megawatts a year compared to the 216 gigawatts manufactured by China! This means that China outproduces Minnesota in solar panel manufacturing by a margin of 270 to 1! This comes after Walz got a $60M grant from the EPA to give to solar companies. Minnesota is not competitive AT ALL with China on solar energy production, especially when the only manufacturer we have is NOT an American company! To add to this, it appears Heliene continues to buy materials and goods from China and had to put out statements with plans to “mitigate and eliminate” the use of slavery in their supply chains and business operations. This means that the components are still coming from China and further shows that Walz is misrepresenting the truth to look like an environmentalist. 

Illegal Immigration

The Lie: Tim Walz denied Mexican cartels are using innocent children as drug mules to enter the U.S. and called the "Emergency National Security Supplemental Bill" the “toughest” immigration bill in the history of our nation. Walz also said border crossings are down since Trump left office.

The Truth: Biden, Kamala, and the Democrats had no interest in securing the southern border and were undoing border security policies implemented by President Trump for three and a half years until they realized the political suicide they were causing by allowing an open border with criminals and deadly drugs pouring in. The “immigration” bill was a massive, 370 page unconstitutional omnibus bill that served as a massive warmongering, NeoCon taxpayer funded operation for the Israel-Palestine War, Ukraine-Russia war, and Taiwan-China conflict (among many other things). This bill would not allow border patrol agents to do their job and deport criminals and illegals until there is an average of 5K illegal crossings per day over the course of a week which means that NOTHING changes at all about the border! Walz used RINO US Senator James Lankford as an example of a sponsor of the bill while claiming it only failed because Trump wanted to make it a campaign issue. The truth is likely that Trump contributed to blocking this bad bill from becoming law by pressuring politicians not to get on board. Walz is clearly showing that he will deceive voters by calling this bill the “toughest” immigration bill in history! One example of a tougher bill is the Close Biden’s Open Border Act that finishes the wall and defunds the United Nations! While Walz and the media try to fool voters into thinking that Trump had similar levels of illegal immigration, this is simply untrue as the Biden Admin had more illegals crossing in a year than Trump had in his entire term!

Iranian Nuclear Weapons

The Lie: Walz claimed “Iran is closer to a nuclear weapon than they were before because of Donald Trump’s fickle leadership” on the topic of Iran’s nuclear capabilities being able to produce a nuclear weapon in ONE OR TWO WEEKS! Walz suggested that Trump pulling out of the Iran Nuclear Agreement put in place by the Obama Administration is the reason why Iran is closer than ever.

The Truth: The Chief negotiator of the Iran Deal (U.S. Special Representative for Iran Robert Malley) stated in an interview on PBS NewsHour that Iran would gain access to assets and would be able to sell oil and gain revenue from it. Former Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew testified on July 23, 2015 before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that Iran would have access to $50 Billion in U.S. Foreign Reserves! The Iran Nuclear Deal prolonged the issue and strengthened Iran. Walz’ false assertion that this agreement was working is a farce, even White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby stated that Iran was not accommodating to their end of the bargain! Walz cannot pretend that the Iran Deal did anything but make America less safe by emboldening our enemies. It is also ironic to blame Trump for an issue that is happening under the failed leadership of Biden/Kamala.

China

The Lie: Tim Walz previously stated that he was in China during the Tiananmen Square Massacre.

The Truth: Walz was not in China but was in China shortly after in 1989. In an awkward answer when asked about his previous lie, Walz stumbled around with his words and said he misspoke on this and then called himself a “knucklehead” and giving inadequate details on how he got this role. He did not include information like the fact that he honeymooned with his wife in China, was nicknamed the “foreign devil” by students in China, and regularly produces a video celebrating Chinese New Year. Another largely unknown story that got no mention is Walz’ co-authorship of a bill (HR1148) which praised the work and mission of Klaus Schwab and the globalist, anti-freedom, pro-bug eating, anti-ownership, and anti-national sovereignty World Economic Forum (WEF).

The Lie: On the topic about police officers who guarded the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, Walz said “One hundred and forty police officers were beaten at the Capitol that day, some with the American flag. Several later died.”

The Truth: No officer was killed that day. One officer died of a stroke following the events and four committed suicide in the days and months after the events. Walz is unjustly connecting these officers’ deaths to January 6th. In addition, the U.S. Dept. of Justice has stated that approximately 140 police officers were assaulted (which may be an exaggeration) but it should be stated that assaulted and beaten mean very different things. Walz is incorrectly stating this DOJ information and falsely suggesting that 140 officers were victims of battery instead of something like a simple verbal assault. 

Conclusion

Tim Walz came out of this debate as a clear loser and now the rest of the nation is looking at Minnesota wondering how we elected someone so stupid as our Governor! The Democrats and fake news media tried desperately to make the American people despise JD Vance before getting a chance to hear him out. Once put in front of America’s faces, the only candidate who looked “weird” was Walz. Vance may have locked down the 2028 GOP nomination with that performance while Walz be remembered as a hero to his base of transgender socialist pedophile supporters. Was this debate all that Trump/Vance needed to lock up a victory? We will continue bringing you truth that you cannot find anywhere else.

Out of touch RINOs like Ron Kresha (10A) do not truly serve their constituents, instead, they serve their donors and the party leadership. 

RINO Ron Kresha is a big government, career politician who was challenged by Aitkin County Patriot Diane Webb-Skillings for the GOP endorsement. After Diane defied the odds and blocked Kresha from receiving the Republican endorsement, the two went on to have the closest legislative primary in the entire state. 35 votes separated Kresha from Diane, meaning that 18 voters would’ve made the difference.

Kresha was only able to win the primary because the corrupt House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) spent over $16K in support of him and because he sent out a mailer (and seemingly continued to use after Kresha “self-reported” himself) that falsely claimed that he was endorsed by the party.

While Ron is showing off this radical left endorsement from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Healthcare MN & IA, they are yet to include him on their public endorsement list! RINO Ron is perhaps the furthest left “Republican” in the Legislature but remains in office despite representing one of the reddest districts in the state. •  In 2021, Kresha voted for HR 1 which condemned the J6 protestors, then lied about this vote to delegates during the 2024 Endorsing Convention. This bill falsely claims a police officer was killed and supported Congress’ count of the manipulated Electoral votes for Dementia Joe Biden!
• In 2021, RINO Ron refused to sign the "Stop Vaccine Mandates Pledge" AT A HEALTH FREEDOM RALLY!
•  In 2021, Kresha was the lead author for a bill to spend taxpayer dollars for lawyers to KEEP illegal immigrants in our country and make them citizens!
•  In 2022, Morrison County’s GOP was operated as a slush fund for large, out of district donors and gave $2K to an Unendorsed Ron Kresha and an additional $8K to Paul Gazelka before his failed Governor campaign.
•  In 2022, RINO Ron’s wife was illegitimately added to caucus delegate roles while duly elected delegates were kicked off.
•  In 2024, Kresha admitted on video that he votes his own conscience first, then puts his constituents second.

The House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) is a party unit of the MNGOP that has failed to abide by party endorsements in violation of the party Constitution. We recently exposed how the HRCC spent nearly $35K in three GOP primaries for unendorsed, career politician RINOs in deep red districts. The wasted money by the HRCC has set them up to lose this fall in the November elections. Insiders are already saying that the GOP is going to fail to take back the State House. Additionally, there are projections by election observers that suggest that the GOP will lose seats and have a smaller minority!

While we have been sounding the alarm on the establishment/incumbent protection racket known as the HRCC, most party leaders have been absent despite the Constitutional violations and tactical errors. Within the MNGOP, there are three types of “leaders” when dealing with intra-party battles: 1. People who are part of the corruption 2. People who stay quiet about corruption 3. People who call out corruption.

In a world full of lies, saying the truth out loud has become a bold thing. Common sense is not common, especially within the MNGOP. However, MNGOP CD2 Chair Joe Ditto recently took to social media to call out the HRCC for wasting so much money against endorsed candidates while GOP candidates like Gabriela Kroetch in HD55A is being out-fundraised by a margin of 159-1! Other MNGOP party leaders must wake up to the failures of the HRCC and call it out in similar fashion. Further, the MNGOP must force the HRCC to either abide by the will of delegates at local endorsing conventions or lose their party unit status! The grassroots are fed up with the HRCC’s swampy influence in their local races. With the HRCC having no money to seriously compete with the Democrats for control of the State House, it is clear the the HRCC lost this election before it’s even happened.

Representative Josh Heintzeman is a perfect embodiment of the clowns, dweebs, and trolls that the RINO establishment cooks up and force feeds to the public. Despite lacking interpersonal skills and ethical boundaries, Heintzeman has climbed the ladder of the GOP establishment in the State House and is the Chair of the House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) which violated the MNGOP Constitution by giving nearly $35K to unendorsed incumbent RINOs in deep red district primaries. He now finds himself in new hot water over dirty tactics he tried to employ against a POLICE CHIEF!

Many readers of Action 4 Liberty articles are well-aware of how slimy, crooked, and incompetent Heitzenmen is. A perfect display of Josh’s incompetency can be seen here when he drove 160 miles then knocked on Erik Mortensen’s door and unknowingly tried to convince Mort’s WIFE to vote for RINO boozin’ Bob Loonan INSTEAD of Mort! Heintzeman can be seen getting out of dodge as soon as Mort rolled into the driveway!  

Now Heintzeman is facing a new trouble in his own district (Crow Wing County) where it appears that he used his power and influence to try to manipulate Pequot Lake Police Chief Mike Davis after Davis signed a petition to allow Troy Scheffler on the ballot. Scheffler is running against Josh Heintzeman under the “America First” party label in House district 6B. Chief Mike Davis says he signed the petition while off-duty, has not endorsed any candidate publicly, and the petition signature did not signify an endorsement. He was quoted in the Star Tribune saying "People are tired of the two-party system," "Why not give a third option?"

Scheffler filed a complaint including an affidavit from Police Chief Davis with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) which can be seen in full at the bottom of the article. It alleges that on 6/12/24 corrupt RINO Heintzeman discovered Davis’ name on the petition and called him up. The petition continues stating that Heintzeman tried to get the police chief to say his petition signature was a joke and then tried to shame him into withdrawing support and get Davis to support Heintzeman instead. As seen at bottom, around 6/25/24 Heintzeman threatened Davis that he would retaliate over support for Scheffler on a call over unrelated matters. 

Heintzeman allegedly then called the Pequot Lakes Mayor, the Pequot Lakes City Administrator, the Minnesota Police Chiefs Association, and the Minnesota Peace Officer Standards and Training Board to allege that Police Chief Davis was breaking the law! The Police Chiefs Association gave Chief Davis a heads up about Heintzeman’s call and their Exec. Dir. Jeff Potts said in the Star Tribune article “Honestly it felt like [Heintzeman] was trying to bring me into it, but I don’t live up there, so I don’t know the situation”. The calls to the city were seemingly intended to put Davis’ employment at risk by accusing him of political criminal activity. Heintzeman reportedly denies that the calls were about gaining Davis’ support despite the complaint alleging the following from Pequot Lakes Mayor “the Mayor ‘felt that Respondent’s [Heintzeman’s] intent was to have [the mayor] convince Davis to not vote for Complainant [Scheffler].”'

Probable cause was found for Scheffler’s complaint on Minn. Stat. §211B.07 while the complaint on Minn. Stat. § 211B.075 was dismissed purely due to the court’s lack of jurisdiction. The court further ordered Heintzeman and Scheffler to appear before Administrative Law Judge Megan McKenzie via videoconference at 10AM on October 15, 2024 for the probable cause hearing.

The petty, insecure, and ego-driven nature of Josh Heintzeman is not a unique quality in politicians but it has gotten out of control at this point. It is perfectly legal for Chief Davis to sign a petition while off duty to allow a candidate on the ballot in the district he resides in. Government employees are obviously prohibited from engaging in political activities while on the job or using their offices to benefit a candidacy. Again, Davis has not endorsed any candidate. It is also corrupt for Heintzeman to use his title to threaten a conservative Police Chief instead of building a bridge. Heintzeman should do some serious soul-searching as to why so many conservatives in his district are fed up with him instead of attacking them and lying. Heintzeman's tactics as a campaigner are indicative of his leadership in the House and as Chair of the corrupt HRCC.

Among the claims about what Heintzeman said on the phone to Davis includes that a Democrat can win the district if the conservative vote is split. This claim is laughable for many reasons. The first is perhaps the most obvious and cynical: The vast majority of voters are trapped in the two party mindset and will refuse to vote against it, even when they know it is in their best interest. Even in the deepest of red or blue districts, some voters will be fooled into thinking that a vote for a third party candidate could cost the ‘lesser evil’ the election. However, this would be inaccurate in district 6B because roughly two-thirds of the electorate supports the GOP in local races and it is far from a swing district. Due to typical propensity of voters, Scheffler will likely not be competitive. Also, due to the “America First” party label he will hold on the ballot, he will appeal almost exclusively to conservative voters. He may outperform standard third party runs due to Heintzeman being a RINO who is unworthy of being called the "America First" candidate.

In the hypothetical where Troy Scheffler is competitive with Heintzeman and each candidate gets 33% along with their Democrat opponent, which is the only reality in which Heintzeman’s argument could make sense, Scheffler would only have to shave off 1-2% of Democrats into voting for him to win! This theory, while fun, is not based in reality. Also not observing and accepting reality is Josh Heintzeman. Only rare opportunities would allow for a third party candidate to either win the race outright or win a serious enough percentage to give the race to the Democrats. Heintzeman’s fearmongering is typical of crony politicians on the ropes. 

One interesting note is that Police Chief Mike Davis is the brother of State Rep. Ben Davis in District 6A. Many consider Ben Davis to be very conservative because only he and Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) endorsed President Trump. Wesenberg endorsed Trump in November 2023 and Rep. Davis endorsed Trump in December 2023. No other incumbent MN legislator publicly endorsed Trump before the primary. With a district in the same Senate district as Heintzeman, Rep. Davis appears to be friendly and has posted many pictures with Heintzeman on his Facebook page. While this may look like support, we suspect that Rep. Davis has simply been using this as a tool to inform voters of how short Heintzeman the troll is! See below:

Tyrant Tim Walz is looking to rewrite history and indoctrinate your children. As Minnesotans, we have long been aware of how radical Tim Walz is but this has been highlighted on a national stage since selected by Kamala as her running mate.

Concern has been raised surrounding a Tim Walz Dept. of Education appointment of an individual who is a radical, critical race theorist who is openly anti-American and believes our government should be overthrown. The appointed individual is Brian Lozenski and was chosen by Walz to help write the statement education framework for “ethnic studies” in public schools. See the 5/13/24 document from the MN Dept. of Edu. listing the members of the Ethnic Studies Working Group:

Lozenski is a professor of “urban and multicultural education” at Macalester College. As seen in the above document, he apparently has history teaching children in grades K-8 about ‘ethnic studies’ in St. Paul public schools. Interestingly, Lozenski has testified before the State House Education Committee in support of the ‘Ethnic Studies for All” bill on 2/28/23 which can be seen here. Lozenski made it perfectly clear that he wanted to see the rewriting of history and require students be forced to endure divisive, racial propaganda in order to graduate! More on the meeting can be found here. Due to the 2/28/23 committee appearance, it appears Walz was PREPARED to select this guy A YEAR & THREE MONTHS before he was appointed!

The Senate version of this radical education bill, SF1476, was ultimately added into an unconstitutional, multi-subject omnibus bill (in this case the Education Finance Bill, HF2497). This bill is also known as the “Tampons in Boy’s Bathrooms” bill. This was passed in the Senate with a party line vote (except RINO Carla Nelson who voted with the Dems) and passed in the House with no Republicans voting for it and one phony moderate Democrat joining the GOP in opposition. This was signed into law by Walz on 5/24/23. 

Lozenzki admitted even more radical viewpoints in a since deleted video posted on YouTube by a group called “The Solidarity Group”. Prior to its deletion, Alpha News was able to capture Lozenski’s anti-American rhetoric which can be seen here. In that video from 5/27/22, Lozenski defines critical race theory and why he is a believer in it. He stated “The first tenant of critical race theory is that the United States as constructed is irreversibly racist” and further said about the U.S. government “then it must be done with, it must be overthrown.”

The MN Dept. of Edu. was supposed to have the ethnic-studies framework available for public comment from August 9th to August 22nd but there has been NOTHING published! Again on Sept. 24th, 2024 no framework was provided to the public (as covered by the American Experiment). The policies they choose will go INTO EFFECT on October 31 due to statutory requirements which means that Lozenski and Walz are hiding this until the very last minute! Parents deserve to know what their children are being taught and it should not be a hidden policy crafted by radicals like Lozenski! 

The Democrats’ racist indoctrination agenda belongs nowhere near public schools and immediate accountability needs to take place. The most likely scenario is Lozenski steps aside because it damages the Democrats and Walz will play dumb. It should be noted that EVEN IF Walz were to force Lozenski to resign, it is still going to be the policies that Lozenski helped write that go into effect! Walz is sneaking insane people into our government and We The People need to take it back! Lozenski is also a board member for the Education for Liberation Network which has a Minnesota “EdLib” chapter that supports mandating ethnic studies for students, removing resource officers from schools, and posted a poem on their events page supporting the abolition of cops and prisons. Walz has made several bird-brained decisions on appointments, not just in political terms, but in practical terms. The ‘Feeding Our Future’ scam was one of many undeniable failures during the Walz tenure that got ZERO accountability. As another example, his appointment for the Director of the office of Cannabis, Erin DuPree, who resigned one day after assuming the job following allegations that she sold illegal products in the state through her Apple Valley company. To date, that appointment is yet to be filled by a permanent selection. 

Walz is too busy dancing and playing a ‘dad’ character to actually govern and take care of Minnesota. He rules by dictate because he lacks the skills, Constitutional principles, and know-how to do things correctly. Walz’ corruption and lack of transparency is a perfect match for a cackling, out of touch phony like Kamala. If given more power, Walz will only get more corrupt. November’s election may determine the fate of our nation for good.

The House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) is a party unit of the MNGOP and is obligated to abide by the party’s Constitution, bylaws, and Endorsements from grassroots Republican delegates. Unfortunately, the HRCC is an incumbency protection racket that chose to support incumbent, un-endorsed RINOs in clear violation of the party Constitution in the process. 

The establishment always protects itself and the HRCC is their corrupt cash-pit. The HRCC would argue their goal is to help elect a Republican majority to the state house, however, their focus is clearly on red district primaries rather than swing district general elections. The backroom dealmaking for campaign cash funnels through this party unit and is propped up by members who fund it. In other words, if you have donated to any of the candidates before, they are spending that money AGAINST your interests! Sometimes you can’t even trust your local GOP candidate with your donations! Why would they choose to fund an organization that squashes the grassroots? In one interesting case, Pam Altendorf was attacked viciously by the HRCC just two years ago but she is now shelling out $7K when they have done NOTHING to change the corruption!

Three races in particular drew attention due to long time incumbents being challenged by grassroots Patriots where all three incumbents did not win their endorsing convention. These races were RINO Ron Kresha v. Diane Webb-Skillings (10A), RINO Greg Davids v. Gary Steuart (26B), and RINO Brian Johnson v. Jimmy Gordon (28A).

Upon review of the HRCC’s Campaign Finance Board September 2024 report, nearly $35K were spent protecting these three RINOs. See below:

Despite the MASSIVE amount of money poured into Brian Johnson’s campaign, Jimmy Gordon crushed him in the primary! Additionally, Gary Steuart caused a close race and Diane caused the closest legislative primary in the state! It is clear that the HRCC cost Diane and Gary their primaries and attempted to do the same to Jimmy Gordon. Hopefully, Gordon stays principled and does not give ANY money to the HRCC after what they pulled on him! Considering the video seen below, Gordon doesn’t seem like he will forget anytime soon!

Also included in the report shows the HRCC spending thousands of dollars on pizza, groceries, and alcohol for “events”. It appears the alcohol at Total Wine was purchased less than two weeks ago! This should maybe come as no surprise as politicians appear to have a disproportionate amount of alcoholics compared to the general population. There was also nearly $50K spent for a little known company out of Alexandria, VA called ‘Enlighten Solutions’ which is headquartered in the home of political consultant Aaron Leibowitz. This group has a longstanding connection to the HRCC yet it remains unclear why out of state businesses are being used. See spending below:

We have reported extensively on the HRCC including the post-endorsing convention HRCC’s fundraiser for the three aforementioned incumbent RINOs, spending money for the RINO mailers, and violating the MNGOP Constitution. Very few will stand up to the corrupt practices of both Republicans and Democrats but Action 4 Liberty paves the way for that fight.

Insider politicians do NOT respect the will of conservative delegates and THAT will be the reason Minnesota may not see a Republican state house after November’s election. The establishment RINOs like Lisa Demuth, Josh Heintzemen, Paul Torkelson, and others on the HRCC steering committee have squandered money in red district primaries that should’ve been used in swing district general elections.
