House Republicans have the Speaker gavel giving them full power in the decision-making process on all bills that come to the House floor, including bills that deal with the state budget. But it’s clear to the average observer that Republican legislators are set to vote for continued funding of agencies that have massive fraud. 

House Republicans sold out last month and seated Democrat Brad Tabke in an election where 20 ballots were tossed in the trash for a race that was decided by 14 votes. They used GOP candidate, Aaron Paul, as a bargaining chip to cut a deal that got them a weak Fraud Committee and a Speaker gavel. It is with this new slight edge they claim they are going to stop fraud.

As we’ve reported since 2019, Republican Legislators have been well aware of massive fraud in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Though the Party of “fiscal responsibility” likes to talk tough, they’ve failed miserably to execute the will of their constituents to end CCAP.

The scandalous truth is that, for years now, CCAP fraudsters have been allowed to abscond with hundreds of millions in MN taxpayer dollars. And while Tampon Timmie’s administration gaslights local reporters, Republican House Speaker Lisa Demuth’s underwhelming response to the ongoing theft is to call for an investigation of CCAP. 

If you’re thinking, “What more is there to investigate?” you’re not alone.

As MAGA Jesse wrote on Jan 29, “There is no investigation needed, the fraud is evident!”  Jesse continued, "Reports from KSTP indicate that a day care center in Minneapolis, Quality Learning Center Daycare, had 95 violations from 2019 to 2023 yet still received $7.8M of tax money!”

While the evidence seems pretty clear cut, We The People are stuck in the harsh reality that rather than Republican legislators taking decisive action to defund CCAP, they stand by and do nothing to stop the grubby little hand of governmental corruption from digging even deeper into the pockets of hard working Minnesotans.

Defunding CCAP seems like a bipartisan issue… a no-brainer, a slam dunk, a BIG WIN for everyone. Yet, after years of known fraud the program remains fully funded.

The current state budget runs through June 30th of this year. Two-year state budgets are passed in the odd years, like here in 2025. House Republicans now have the power to deliver on their promises to end the fraud of CCAP, but if history has taught us anything it’s that they will not end it.

The people of Minnesota deserve better. A champion who’s not afraid to pull the plug on CCAP.  Someone that will not cater when in charge or stop moving forward even with a razor thin margin.

It’s time for House Republicans, once and for all, to take a stand by voting “NO” to the funding any more fraud and by voting “YES” to returning our state to a pre-Covid budget. No matter what happens, Action 4 Liberty will continue exposing the Uniparty corruption that is bankrupting Minnesota!

Patriots across Minnesota have joined Action 4 Liberty in our fight for our signature piece of legislation, The Never Again Bill (HF26), which would prevent Walz and any future Governor from unilaterally shutting our state down with bogus Emergency Powers. With conservative clamoring for change on tyrannical Covid policies from the Republican-controlled state House of Representatives, RINOs dropped the ball, KILLED the Never Again Bill, and pursued a weak bill that actually increases the amount of time a Governor can unilaterally use Emergency Powers!

RINO Kristin Robbins (37A) proposed the Fake Never Again Bill (HF21) which, as introduced, increased Emergency Power declarations from 5 days to 14 days, did nothing to stop mask/vax mandates, and a Governor could simply declare a new emergency after the first one ended.

During today’s floor session, several amendments were proposed that improved the bill. The first of which came from Robbins herself to block the Governor from declaring another proceeding emergency on the same topic, which highlighted a massive flaw from her initially proposed language. She clearly felt the pressure from grassroots conservatives who called her out for her weak bill! This Amendment passed along party lines (67-66). See Amendment below:

Another Amendment brought was by Rep. Pam Altendorf (20A) added the opening section of the Never Again Bill (protecting the Rights of Citizens) to this legislation. This Amendment attempted to codify our personal liberties that come from God and Nature, not Government. This improvement did not solve the other issues that still remain with HF21 but it was a positive addition. See Amendment below:

As seen above, this Amendment was positive however, Altendorf attempted to HIJACK the Never Again Bill by claiming the weak, RINO version created by Robbins was the “Never Again Bill moving forward”. This falsehood was swatted down by Democrats, who saw the truth as beneficial for once. 

Altendorf has no Right to steal the work of grassroots Patriots and attribute it to Robbin’s bill that gives Walz MORE power in certain regards! This aside, the Amendment was passed after being divided from lines 1.2 to 1.16 which passed by a vote of 127-6 and lines 1.17 to 2.2 by a party line vote of 67-66.

The final Amendment proposed is what is known as a “delete all” Amendment which strikes the language of the entire bill and replaces it with the language in the Amendment. Democrat Minority Leader Jamie Long proposed a delete all Amendment that replaced Robbins’ legislation with the Never Again Bill. Conservative legislators should have, themselves, introduced an Amendment to replace Robbins’ weak bill with the Never Again Bill in its entirety rather than allowing Democrats to do it in bad faith. 

This was certainly an attempt by Democrats to divide Republicans on a known hot-button issue in conservative circles, HOWEVER, that did not make the Amendment a bad thing to vote for! See Amendment here.

After Long introduced the Amendment, Jim Nash moved to KILL the Never Again Bill by claiming it is not germane even though it is addressing the same subject matter! Just like Nash did in committee, he wants to stall the Never Again Bill and prevent the GOP from being put on record! Harry Niska also spoke in favor of killing the bill despite stealing language and talking points about our bill. Empty suit Speaker Lisa “Kamala” Demuth initially said she found Nash’s point of order not well taken but then immediately flipped and said it was well taken, which means to block a vote on this bill. This parliamentary trickery led to a vote on whether or not the body should uphold Demuth’s decision where every single Republican caved and refused to let the Never Again Bill replace the fake version. Even Never Again Bill co-authors and so-called “liberty legislators” who were endorsed and elected off the backs and hard work of grassroots A4L supporters went along with the RINO plan and killed the Never Again Bill. Politicians are almost always self-interested. They would rather have friendly relationships with party leadership than fight for our liberties. This would surprise A4L more if we held high-regards for crooked politicians in the first place, we know what these people are.

Democrats fear-mongered about nonsense during the debate and Republicans threw out red meat talking points, but at the end of the day, the fake Never Again Bill failed after receiving a vote of 66-67 (where Niska voted with Dems so he could bring bill up for consideration again, which was passed 67-66 then was laid on the table). Since the GOP has also caved on the false notion that 68 votes are needed to pass legislation, they may have shot themselves in the foot indefinitely. 

While this is largely bad news, it is NOT TOO LATE for the Never Again Bill to be passed through the Legislature! RINOs think that they can trick Patriots with garbage but we have become too savvy to be fooled! Republicans were sure to join Dems in a woke Resolution "Honoring Black History Month" but couldn't be bothered to fight for legislation that Patriots have been demanding for years. Action 4 Liberty will continue to provide Patriots with hard-hitting, truth-exposing Minnesota reporting that cannot be found anywhere else.

Corrupt politicians will find any way to abuse the system that they can; Especially if there is a direct motive that can be drawn such as financial benefits. It is all too common that self-interested politicians prioritize their own interests over the interests of taxpayers and Patriots.

The Minnesota state Senate voted on Monday, Feb. 24th, on a resolution titled S.R. 14 which dealt with a variety of rules and parameters for the Senate chamber and their members. Among the issues addressed was allowing blatant acts of corruption by giving Senators permission to collect per-diem while they are voting remotely (which means they are not traveling to the Capitol for work, AKA the whole purpose of per-diem)!

Senators are looking to profit off of your tax dollars and not even show up for work! To make matters worse, the scam-artists are on BOTH sides of the aisle; Every single Democrat except one and 22 RINOs supported this Resolution! See vote below:

Only nine Republicans had the guts to do the right thing and oppose this garbage! This was an incredibly easy vote, it would seemingly pass no matter what a Senator does so they had ZERO reason to support this unless they want to collect taxpayer funded per-diems while no-showing.

RINOs and Dems will try to justify their votes by claiming support for new sections prohibiting Senators from simultaneously holding lobbying gigs, which should be seen as an obvious conflict of interest. The new language having to do with lobbying is a benefit but that alone does not rationalize the per-diem scam that they passed alongside it. See a portion of the new lobbying language below:

Following S.R. 14, a concurrent Resolution (S.C.R. 2) was passed with the same margins and the same 10 members who were opposed. S.C.R. 2 adopted shared rules with the State House, which was flawed in its own right thanks to RINOs caving. The per-diem issue is not a new one, very recently the topic became a concern in the state House as Democrats no-showed the opening weeks of the Legislature and were collecting their pay as usual. While the GOP did sue Tyrant Steve Simon to try to strip the no-show Dems' pay, the GOP went back on their word and caved to Democrats the day before the suit reached the Supreme Court by striking a deal to seat Brad Tabke despite major election violations in 54A. Additionally, the lawsuit fell short of requiring legislative attendance.

Action 4 Liberty will continue to expose the corruption happening across our state and the crony career politicians who have created the mess we are in. All state Senators and Reps are up for re-election in 2026 and conservatives are watching them like a hawk. Sometimes crooked Legislators have to be reminded that they work for the People, not the other way around!

With useless Sen. Tina Smith resigning, Minnesota’s open U.S. Senate seat for the 2026 election has created a massive opportunity and is garnering national attention. While Minnesota has tilted blue throughout the last few election cycles, this race may not necessarily be a slam dunk for Democrats. 

Radical leftist Peggy (Margaret) Flanagan is the incumbent Lieutenant Governor of our state who has become best known for wearing a shirt that seemingly threatens people with violence if they do not feed into woke gender delusions with support for mutilating children and blocking their puberty. While normal people agree that children cannot consent to permanent, irreversible changes to their bodies, radical Dems would rather deny reality and harm children. Despite holding a bachelor’s degree in child psychology (and American Indian studies, for whatever worth that is), Flanagan has led the charge to legalize castration for children under the guise of acceptance.

Before becoming Lt. Governor, Flanagan was previously a State Representative and school board member. Flanagan has always been a far-left politician with deep ties to the Democrat party, including work with woke, “social justice” groups like The Management Center, training political activists and candidates for Wellstone Action (where she met Walz in 2005), and being the previous Exec. Director of Children’s Defense Fund-Minnesota. It would be safe to assume Flanagan has not gotten these positions because of talent, but rather because of identity politics and Flanagan’s connections.

Flanagan’s mother, Patricia Flanagan, is a previous staffer for Hubert Humphrey’s 1968 presidential campaign and Flanagan’s father, Marvin Manypenny, was an American Indian and land sovereignty activist. Interestingly, Manypenny was previously a target of Michelle Bachman for his refusal to pay income taxes on the basis of his ethnicity, which ultimately did not work out in his favor. Flanagan’s aunt was also a previous legislative candidate, highlighting the political nature of her upbringing. 

Walz selected Flanagan for Lt. Governor in 2017 while trying to balance identity politics (male/female, rural/urban, white/non-white) but their relationship has since begun falling apart. One sign of tension emerged during the failed and embarrassing campaign of Kamala/Walz for President & VP as they did very little to highlight and elevate Flanagan (with no co-appearances with Walz). Tension began to be reported as Flanagan allegedly started taking steps to assume the governorship, preparing a run herself in 2026, and using some of Walz’ gubernatorial campaign fund without authorization (which Walz has refused to comment on beyond claiming he doesn’t know about it). Walz has even hinted at a Senate run himself, highlighting that he and Flanagan are not on the same page, however indications seem to point to Walz running for a third Governor term. If he does so, whoever he selects as Lt. Governor would likely be seen as his true preferred successor. 

While personality, roles, and tactics may separate Walz and Flanagan, very little separates the two ideologically as they are both power hungry, big government tyrants. Flanagan has always been an opportunistic, radical left, career politician who is just trying to climb the ladder. She was previously the Chair of the Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association and one of four chairs for the 2024 DNC Convention. These positions shows that Flanagan is well-connected and is on the rise for Democrats. Flanagan has even used her second marriage to consolidate power with the media; In 2019 she married Tom Weber, former news host with Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) and he was then forced to change coverage by MPR to prevent conflicts of interest. 

While appearing nuts on the surface, Flanagan is able to piece things together on a policy front behind the scenes. If she truly "trained" people like Walz, Ilhan, and other radical leftists then she would be more of a threat than expected. She may also have a mean streak as some allege that Flanagan told Paul Wellstone's children to "F### off" when they asked to see the books for the Wellstone Foundation, which she moved much further left than was originally envisioned.

Flanagan’s far left record will be on full display throughout the U.S. Senate campaign, however, her website currently lists ZERO policy positions! Like Kamala/Walz tried and failed at, voters can tell when you are hiding your real positions from them. Flanagan may crash and burn during this run since she has seemingly lost the support of Walz and could face primary challengers like Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Angie Craig (and even legislative tyrant Melissa Hortman). Vague identity politics can only take untalented politicians so far and we may be nearing the end of the line for Flanagan.

Across Minnesota, local Republicans have begun participating in conventions that elect Basic Political Operating Unit (BPOU)/local leadership and Congressional District (CD) party leadership as well as delegates/alternates for the State Central delegation. Some local conventions have already taken place while many others are in in the weeks that lie ahead. Action 4 Liberty has encouraged Patriots to go to their local party conventions to fight for the liberty movement.

At nearly every level of politics, conflict is bound between grassroots and establishment forces. From the outside looking in, one might wonder why local leadership races could get so competitive when two people would seemingly be on the same page as Republicans. Unfortunately, sometimes the people in power have very different interests and motives than the grassroots conservatives they are supposed to represent. Even at low levels like a local BPOU, cronies will use their roles to create slush funds to fill the pockets of RINOs, like was previously seen in Morrison County.

BPOU and CD leadership roles have been weaponized to rig endorsing conventions, ban duly-elected delegates, block conservative activism, and give other preferential treatment to RINOs in nomination committees or other avenues. Critical roles in party politics are oftentimes filled with pawns of the Establishment apparatus but grassroots Patriots have begun stepping up to the plate to take on these roles.

In Benton County, A4L is told incumbent RINO Chair Blake Paulson is blocking grassroots BPOU candidates from having access to the delegate list while incumbent members of the Exec. Board would already have access (though they claim they are not using it). This gives the grassroots candidates a major disadvantage as they’d have no way to equally introduce themselves or speak to what they’d do with their given role. In addition, candidates were reportedly set to only receive 45 seconds to speak and were obstructed from meaningful roles on the rules, NomCom, and credentials committees. Fairness has been seen as a threat rather than a guiding principle in this process.

Another battle is underway in CD7 as former MNGOP Chair candidate & former endorsed GOP Senate candidate Bret Bussman has announced a run for CD7 Chair. The incumbent Chair is Craig Bishop who is a staffer for Rep. Michelle Fischbach, highlighting a clear conflict of interest in this role. He cannot serve as a neutral referee for the CD7 endorsement as seen during the 2024 GOP race between Fischbach and Steve Boyd when CD7 leadership blocked duly-elected Otter Tail delegates from voting at the convention because they were largely anti-establishment outsiders supporting Boyd.

While Bussman has every Right to run for CD7 Chair as a dedicated conservative activist, party leadership is demanding he not be allowed to contact delegates! Considering Bussman previously saw nomination committee corruption first-hand during his MNGOP Chair run, it is clear that the RINO Establishment intends to put up roadblocks to prevent him from holding leadership roles. To make matters worse, some Otter Tail delegates may find themselves disenfranchised again as CD7 is reportedly using the 2022 delegate list instead of the 2024 list. Previous corrupt Morrison County Chair Mandy Heffron was appointed by Bishop to be CD7’s State Exec. member, which will also be up for election at their convention on March 29th.

SD45 has also developed an interesting battle for Chair as conservative David Penn takes on former House candidate Kathleen Fawke. Penn has become known as Professor Penn with his podcast where he is an outspoken opponent to Globalist, Uniparty politics. Penn has encouraged Patriots to adopt the Precinct Strategy by getting involved locally and attending GOP conventions. On the other hand, Fawke allegedly told the SD45 full committee that she would not support Trump and also allegedly refused to attend any event with Royce White. Fawke is additionally the wife of mega-millionaire Ben Fawke who was previously the CEO of Xcel Energy. Minnesota’s corrupt politicians have marched our state into giving monopoly control of energy to Xcel thanks to their lobbying efforts and co-opting campaign donations. Republican delegates may instead prefer a small business owner that is a hardcore MAGA conservative run their BPOU. SD45 is also the BPOU of MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash which presents him with a stark contrast of local leadership options.

The only way for Patriots to retake our country and state is by running for leadership positions or electing other grassroots conservatives. Elected CD and BPOU power can either be used to provide a level playing field or it can be used to rig the system for the Establishment. So-called moderates have nothing to fear if politics is fair but liberty conservatives could be banned and exiled if correct leadership is not chosen. A4L will continue to advocate for grassroots conservatives and be their microphone.

The Never Again Bill is Action 4 Liberty’s signature piece of legislation that seeks to prevent Walz or any future Governor from having unilateral authority to lock down our state and strip the people of our God-given liberties. As we’ve previously reported, this bill has been introduced in both the state House and Senate. Since our last reporting on this bill, Senator Torrey Westrom (SD12) has added his name as a co-author in the Senate and seven more House Reps have added their names as co-authors on this critical legislation. This brings a total of 18 legislative co-authors, highlighting the growing support for this bill.

On the House side, the Never Again Bill (HF26) has begun its first step with yesterday’s introduction of the bill to the State Govt. Finance & Policy Committee. Patriot Rep. Drew Roach (58B) brought the bill forward, testified on the legislation’s behalf, and is fighting to block Covid tyranny from ever being imposed again. 

One could assume Establishment delay tactics were in play as two bills were put ahead of the Never Again Bill, including a fake version (HF21) from RINO Rep. Kristin Robbins. Her version of the bill gave Walz increased the time period for Emergency Powers from 5 days to 14 days and did not prevent vax/mask mandates and other tyrannical actions! The increase in time for Walz to assault our liberties was complimented by radical Democrat Kristin Bahner (37B) during the committee hearing. A4L President Erik Mortensen set the record straight during his testimony against Robbins’ bill which can be seen below:

The key issues surrounding her bill is that a Governor could simply declare a new emergency every 14 days, creating a loophole for tyranny. In addition, why should the Governor be allowed to impose his will on us for 14 days or 5 days or even a single day? Are we free or are we not? Action 4 Liberty is fighting to give the Governor ZERO days to issue unilateral dictates on We The People! A4L appreciated Rep. Ben Davis' (6A) statements against Governor authority to close churches but he should realize that Robbins' legislation could still allow for at least two weeks of a Governor preventing church attendance by the People.

Robbins’ bill was forwarded from the committee and sent to the general register. While her bill is dealing with the same issue, her bill is not being asked to jump through the hurdles that The Never Again Bill has to! Committee Chair Jim Nash (48A) stated that at least three other committee chairs want the bill to go through their committees as well, highlighting the Establishment, swampy delay tactics that crooked politicians will use to block important liberty legislation.

Meanwhile, Rep. Drew Roach served his constituents by bringing freedom-based legislation and testifying for it. Most viewers would have no idea that this was Roach’s first time presenting a bill to a committee as a Representative because he handled himself like a pro! While Democrats like Rep. Mike Howard (51A) attempted to use trip up Roach, the attempts were unsuccessful as Roach forged ahead making the legislative intent clear. Howard, Klevorn, and Bahner fear-mongered about terrorist and cyber attacks, as if the Legislature wouldn't agree to reasonable terms of a REAL emergency! Klevorn was even concerned over the per-diems legislators would receive if a special session were called under these circumstances, flaunting the conceited nature of Democrats.

Democrat Mike Frieberg (43B) looked to capitalize on potentially divided opinions from GOP legislators on the Never Again Bill by asking Committee Chair Jim Nash if he preferred the Robbins or Roach legislation on this issue. Nash refused to answer the question. The Never Again Bill did not hold any conclusive vote yet by 10AM and continued on in an 8PM committee meeting, which was a back-hand to the testifiers and supporters. Rep. Nash opened the 8PM meeting by stating that he is not trying to slow the bill down but rather argued it was more expansive than Robbins' bill. A4L hopes to see Jim Nash do the right thing and fight for policy that will truly prevent King-like edicts from our Governor since he is a co-author of the Never Again Bill, although he stated in the 8PM meeting that he thought he was also signed onto Robbins' bill, which he is not as of today's date. A4L would also hate to see Rep. Matt Bliss (2B) block this bill in the Veterans and Millitary Affairs Division as Chair considering the massive support for this that we know is throughout his district.

Business owner Lisa Monet Zarza and other Minnesotans who faced draconian policies, some about loved ones dying alone, highlighted the chilling effects of Walz' Emergency Powers. This is not some abstract policy, this is about restoring humanity and dignity to those who have suffered. Despite their powerful testimonies, the bill has not been placed on the general register must go through several more committees.

A4L will continue to keep Patriots informed on the status of the Never Again Bill and will continue our fight against government tyranny! Our mission is to protect liberty for the next generation and the only way to do that is to pass the Never Again Bill! 

If “Promises Made, Promises Kept” is the war cry of a strong leader, then the opposite must also be true. Broken promises are the whimper of the weak and Minnesota House Republicans appear to be dangerously close to collapsing under a crisis of character in our state Capitol.

In the February 9 edition of Face the Nation, Anthony Salvanto, CBS News' executive director of elections and surveys, said of Trump, “he is doing, in the eyes of the public, what he said he would do in the campaign. There’s political value in that.”  

The “political value” to which Salvanto was referring, is that “70% of people say he’s (Trump’s) doing what he promised, that’s whether they approve of him or not.”

Taking that a step further, a majority of people, including those that don’t even like Trump, find him to possess admirable qualities: tough, energetic, focused, and effective.

Jake Duesenberg said, “The beauty of what Trump, Elon and D.O.G.E. are doing is that they are boldly doing what the people who voted for them want! They are not asking courts for permission. They are NOT caving to Democrats’ ridiculous demands.”

Liberty lovers are looking for leaders that are ready, willing, and able to stand on the courage of their convictions. Legislators that won’t crumble in the face of opposition, but instead are unshakable because they possess spines of steel.

Patriots are in an ongoing and relentless search for fearless servant leaders that brazenly deliver on bold promises, while simultaneously saying NO to shady back room deals that are glibly explained away with cowardly tales of “we tried”.

The conservative grassroots would move mountains to support leadership that exudes a fighting spirit, with their walk matching their talk, and their actions consistently manifesting in the refusal to allow anyone or anything to stand in the way of keeping the promises that got them elected.

Reflecting on a rare moment in time when government is actually working for the people, Duesenberg also stated… “I must admit, I’ve never been this proud of someone I’ve voted for in my whole life. Trump is actually WINNING.”

Promises made, promises kept… Leaders that deliver the goods are nothing short of inspiring! Patriots throughout the state would crawl on their bellies over broken glass to get behind that kind of leader. House Republicans, are you listening?

The lockdowns, mandates, and tyranny experienced during Covid under the reign of wannabe Dictator Tim Walz proved how fragile our liberties truly are. The amount of destruction caused by Walz, Democrats, and weak RINOs allowed the Constitution to be eroded as our state’s citizens were blocked from opening their business, going to church, or even getting together with family!

Action 4 Liberty was the unrelenting bulldog of the liberty movement by fighting against Covid tyranny. While Walz was throwing Patriots like Lisa Hanson in jail for serving coffee to willing customers, A4L had her back! While medical professionals were being fired for refusing experimental shots, A4L had their backs! A4L’s signature piece of legislation, the Never Again Bill, would block Walz and any future MN Governor from locking our state down unilaterally! Such massive power should NOT be controlled by a single person, especially when you have a Tyrant like Walz who will abuse it! A4L President Erik Mortensen pushed this legislation during his time in the Legislature and was reintroduced during the previous legislative session.

A4L can now report that the Never Again Bill has been introduced with new authors for this year’s session! The House File is HF26 and the Senate version is SF1191. The Chief Author in the House is Rep. Drew Roach (58B) and in the Senate is Sen. Bill Lieske (SD58). Having two conservative legislators from the same district may give A4L an advantage to push this legislation through.

Sen. Lieske is joined in the Senate with Sen. Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) as a co-author and Rep. Roach is joined by seven others including the following Reps: Steve Gander (1B), Tom Murphy (9B) Lisa Demuth (13A), Bernie Perryman (14A), Keith Allen (19A), Harry Niska (31A), and Jim Nash (48A). While even the authors may need to be pressured to get the job done, it is very positive to see three freshman legislators (Roach, Gander, and Allen) alongside House GOP leadership (Demuth and Niska) willing to stick their name on a hardcore bill that truly FIGHTS for our liberty! It is likely that both bills will get the maximum allowed number of sponsors in each chamber this year as was done in the previous session. Unlike last year, A4L has dropped turncoat Walter Hudson off the bill, who has now become an unhinged lunatic who wants to purge grassroots Patriots like you from the Republican Party.

RINO Rep. Kristin Robbins (37A) has even introduced a FAKE version of our Never Again Bill that still allows for one man rule! Her bill, HF21, is a joke!

The Never Again Bill is scheduled for its first hearing this Thursday, Feb. 13th, at 8:15AM at the Capitol. A4L President Erik Mortensen plans to attend the hearing and testify on the bill’s behalf. 

This critical legislation will be a massive battle to get across the finish line. A4L is demanding that Republicans fight together against unilateral Governor tyranny. The Establishment and Globalists are biting at the bit for the next “pandemic” to finish destroying American freedom and our way of life. A4L will fight to make sure Covid Tyranny happens NEVER AGAIN!

We look forward to the Never Again Bill receiving a floor vote in both chambers to either put all the pressure on Tyrant Tim Walz or the anti-freedom RINOs and Dems expose themselves. Republican and Democrat politicians will pretend to fight for the cameras but at the end of the day, they’re fighting for the same big government team. Minnesota politics has become WWE/WWF rather than two sides debating through issues, they fight for the audience but are friends backstage. RINO Keith Franke had a pathetic lifetime score of 26% on A4L scorecards during his time in the state House and was one of several Establishment hacks who tried, and failed, to purge Action 4 Liberty supporters in 2021 alongside nightmare former MNGOP Chair Jennifer Carnahan. Despite their tactics disastrously failing, with A4L continuing to grow and expand our support, out of touch hacks like Franke still exist in the Legislature! Read our previous reporting on Establishment puppet Walter Hudson who has gone off the deep end and is renewing the calls by the Swamp to shut out grassroots conservatives like you from the MNGOP. 

Washington County has a history with RINOs who choose to side with liberal Democrats over conservatives. In a neighboring district to Franke, and previously encompassed by Bigham, is the story of RINO Tony Jurgens who cost Republicans the Senate Majority in 2022 by endorsing and campaigning for radical Democrat Judy Seeberger over grassroots conservative Tom Dippel after losing the primary and endorsement to him. This Senate race was the closest in the entire state and was decided by 321 votes which means 161 votes would’ve flipped this race.

Seeberger has never taken a consequential vote against her party and has been loyal to the woke, anti-freedom, tyrannical agenda through and through. On the other hand, Tom Dippel became a State Rep. during the 2024 election cycle and was only one of two Reps. to oppose the legislative rules that block Republicans from revoking the election certificate of Brad Tabke (54A) despite 21 missing ballots and a 14 vote margin of victory. Jurgens’ endorsement of radical Seeberger instead of an election integrity fighter like Dippel put Seeberger over the line and helped secure two years of the Senate destroying our state.

RINOs can sense that Patriots have woken up to their games and have serious demands. The premier issue throughout recent history in our state is RINOs caving to Democrats rather than representing the interests of the conservative base that elected them. Defeating the Globalist Hell-hole agenda will not be done through “bipartisanship” with radical lefties, the only way to victory is to fight head-on. A4L will charge on that battlefield and take on the RINOs who cave, much like the House GOP did in their failed deal with Democrats. 

The Swamp will continue to attack A4L because we would rather be consistent in our fight for liberty than parrot the RINOs’ talking points. President Trump and Elon Musk have pulled off the most amazing feat I’ve seen in all my years in politics.

In a matter of weeks, they’ve uncovered a large web of federal funding that exposes corruption and government inefficiencies that could amount to trillions of dollars.

Democrats and their accomplices in the media (which we learned, some received funding from USAID) are protesting outside of USAID headquarters. While they’re focus is on that, Elon’s D.O.G.E. is already inside the network of other government departments, uncovering more fraud, waste and abuse.

I’ve said on my show many times that my biggest issue with President Trump’s first term was his failure to follow through with his campaign to “drain the swamp.” Trump’s explanation for that failure was that he wasn’t a “Washington guy,” therefore he put his trust in the wrong people in his first term.

As it stands right now, it looks like that was a valid explanation.

In just his first three weeks, allying with new guys like Elon and JD Vance, we’re encountering the single BIGGEST WIN for the American people against the Deep State I’ve ever seen.

We should soon see massive changes to the federal budget now that D.O.G.E. has exposed the Deep State’s funding network and poor government accounting. And if resistance to change comes from loud politicians who are trying to cling to the old Washington ways, they’ll be exposed as Public Enemy #1!

But in Minnesota, House Republicans are failing to deliver results for the people who voted them in.

Instead of fighting like Trump and Elon, House Republicans and the cabal of center-right groups are kowtowing to obstructionist Democrats and then trying to gaslight us into believing that last week’s compromise to Democrats was actually a win for Republicans.

Democrats outplayed House Republicans. They boycotted showing up to the Capitol to hold up a quorum while remaining in the minority. Instead of strategically plowing forward with running the government as a 67-66 majority, House Republicans allowed Democrat Secretary of State Steve Simon to take full control over the Minnesota House and ignore their motions to punish absent members.

The Center-right cabal tell us that Democrats were the losers of the deal because Lisa Demuth gets to be Speaker of the House for the next two years and they get a Republican led committee on Fraud.

But Demuth was going to be Speaker anyways once Democrats showed up because they did NOT have the majority. And the new fraud committee…turns out, it doesn’t even have subpoena power. Tim Walz’ DHS will just refuse to show up and be “grilled” by House Republicans.

Some House Republicans weren’t even aware the deal didn’t give them subpoena power when they voted for it.

The Republicans gave up the single biggest hand they’ve ever held on election integrity. They could’ve looked into the election of House District 54A where Democrat Brad Tabke was announced the winner with 14 votes, despite 21 ballots being thrown in the trash by a Scott County election official.

Instead, the “deal” gave assurance that Tabke would get seated and the House Republicans will not have a majority after the March 11th Special Election in House District 40B.

The beauty of what Trump, Elon and D.O.G.E. are doing is that they are boldly doing what the people who voted for them want! They are not asking courts for permission. They are NOT caving to Democrats’ ridiculous demands.

THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING OBSTRUCTIONIST DEMOCRATS TO CALL THE SHOTS!!!

They are focused on WINNING!

And their win is a MASSIVE WIN for the American people. Plus, a new poll found that Trump's approval is at 53%!
