After humiliating Minnesota on the national stage as Kamala’s running mate, many thought Walz would go into hiding and accept that he was out of touch with the American people. Instead, he has continued embarrassing himself and our state by doing “townhalls” in Republican districts paid for by different units of the Democrat Party.

Unfortunately for Tyrant Tim Walz, he has more gaffes than Joe Biden and has made a fool of himself nearly every time he takes the stage. A4L previously reported on Walz rooting for the failure of the state pension plan by celebrating a stock price fall of Tesla. He made it perfectly clear then that his personal animosity toward Elon Musk gets in the way of reasoned judgement; Walz essentially rooted on Americans losing their jobs and Minnesotans being short-changed on their pension plan.

Since the events Walz has been holding have been called “townhalls”, one would think that anybody can attend. However, Democrat staffers were tasked with keeping MAGA supporters out of the events! He does not care about Republican concerns, he is just trying to feed his ego. He is afraid of push-back and wants to scream into the socialist hivemind echo-chamber.

In a humiliating moment during Walz’ wannabe campaign tour, Walz admitted that his son responded to him with “says the guy who got his ass kicked by Donald Trump”... Who would admit to their son emasculating them? At another event in Rochester, he said of his wife “We know who the boss is” when she rudely interrupted him and demanded he wrap up his speech! No wonder he has been self-conscious about the sissy, flamboyant, beta-male image he has made for himself.

Walz does not understand why he and Kamala lost, especially losing EVERY single swing state, which became perfectly evident when he said that we got ourselves into this mess by not embracing immigrants, wokeness, and DEI enough! He thinks they would have won if they campaigned to the left of what they were already doing! Maybe he should instead consider that he lost BECAUSE of those issues! Being a habitual liar and China puppet didn’t help matters either!

Wannabe Dictator Tim Walz admitted in an event with gun-grabber Beto O’Rourke what a lot of Democrats have said quietly since Trump got into office, he supports a “shadow government” to fight Trump and the MAGA agenda (as if there isn't already one). Walz is openly advocating for a deep state in which We The People have no influence. Walz wants Dems to side-step elections so power is held in the hands of unelected bureaucrats. To show how authoritarian the Democrat base is, the crowd clapped and cheered! Keep in mind, these are the people claiming to “protect Democracy”.

Should this be any surprise? Walz likes to talk tough about billionaires but the Kamala/Walz campaign messaging came from billionaire Globalist Mark Cuban (often confused with Rachel Maddow). Walz also had no issue sucking up to the evil, anti-freedom Soros family for money! See below:

To make matters worse, new evidence has emerged surrounding a secret Communist Chinese organization in Minnesota and Walz’ connection with their affiliated people! Reporting from Breitbart and the Government Accountability Institute has found that a Chinese Communist Party front operation is happening in St. Paul! A building allegedly is home to the Overseas Chinese Services Center of Minnesota which apparently works under the CCP’s united front. 

Chinese Dictator Xi Jinping describes united front work as one of the CCP’s “magic weapons” that helps “undermine the sovereignty and integrity of the political system of targeted states.” Like the New York secret Chinese police station, the MN group has a special designated WeChat account assigned to their location by the Chinese government. China Walz’ connection to this group can be seen with the alleged propaganda chief of the OCSC operation, Deng Qing. Below you will see photos of the two at a fundraiser:

Walz is also seemingly connected with the OCSC operation leader named Bingwen Yan, who has donated to Tyrant Tim, Shaky Amy Klobuchar, Andrew Yang, and two RINOs in Karin Housely and former MN Rep. Kelly Fenton. Yan hosted and moderated a virtual townhall with Tim Walz where he lectured the public to protect Chinese people more. This was broadcast by Chinese state media and touted it as a model of forceful advocacy on behalf of the overseas Chinese community. Many are shocked to learn about Walz’ strange love for Communist China, which included yearly trips bringing students and a temporary teaching gig, which likely had to be approved by the CCP. During that gig, Walz says that the Chinese students would “affectionately” call him the “foreign devil”. Only an evil person would take being called a “foreign devil” as a compliment! Walz even got married on the Tienanmen Square Massacre anniversary in order to reportedly remember the date.

While Brodkorb used to be the former Deputy Chair for the MNGOP, he has proven that he is the furthest thing from a conservative. In addition, Brodkorb lost major credibility following his guilty plea for drunk driving and reported affair with Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch (which resulted in a corrupt, taxpayer funded settlement for Brodkorb totaling $30K).

While one might wonder why Plechash would feel the need to cover up for David Hann's corruption, the answer could be that Brodkorb may sue the party. However, this information was requested MONTHS ago by delegates and Plechash showed no signs of bringing it to light. The party should be unafraid to take on liberals like Brodkorb rather than covering up for them!

Following the smears against A4L President Erik Mortensen by crazed feminist MNGOP Secretary Joy Orvis, the bogus condemnation of A4L by the State Exec. Committee, and the disenfranchisement of Otter Tail delegates, Jake decided that he could no longer let the truth be hidden.

Plechash decided to try to get ahead of it by putting out a press release, however, in doing so it became clear to all that the only way to get this info out was with pressure from A4L! Plechash pleaded and begged, telling Mort and Jake that the info could not come out but then put it out on his own! See the full video here.

The explanation provided by Plechash was incomplete and left out some of the most damning information. The MNGOP was paying a liberal propagandist that was openly working against the party and candidates! One would have to think many in the party staff and Emmer-world were well aware of this. It should also be noted that Brodkorb hosts a podcast with former Emmer staffer Becky Scherr and constantly attacked CD2's endorsed GOP candidate to help Emmer puppet candidate Joe Teirab. Brodkorb also regularly attacked GOP Senate candidate Royce White.

RINOs love to accuse A4L of what they are actually guilty of. The scam-artists, controlled-opposition, and divisive failures are the controllers of the party, not principled conservatives like A4L supporters and leaders! The party claims that their mission is to elect Republicans so how does wasting donations to hire a Kamala supporter help that mission? On Wednesday, March 26th, the MNGOP State Executive Committee voted to again disenfranchise the Grassroots Patriots of Otter Tail County. In a motion reportedly proposed by corrupt Emmer puppet, CD6 Chair Bobby Benson, crazed feminist Secretary Joy Orvis, and CD1's State Exec. Member Doran Kasel. This is the next step the Establishment has taken following the successful OTC convention and our previous reporting on CD7 trying to ban them from their own convention.

Action 4 Liberty has been at the forefront of the fight for duly-elected Otter Tail delegates to have their delegate status honored. Unfortunately, corrupt RINO party insiders have gone to extraordinary lengths, for years, to attack and disenfranchise the grassroots. Many among the grassroots in OTC are anti-establishment conservatives who have had their views on the establishment hardened due to the unfair treatment they’ve endured.

The rampant and blatantly obvious corruption by the Establishment has been done in part to protect RINO Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (CD7). Fischbach was incapable of winning the endorsement against conservative challenger Steve Boyd during the last election cycle and is clearly nervous to maintain her career in politics. In addition, the corrupt CD7 party leadership will be up for election at the meeting tomorrow (Saturday, March 29th). RINOs do not want conservative OTC delegates participating in the vote, especially the Chair vote with challenger Bret Bussman taking on paid Fischbach staffer and incumbent CD7 Chair Craig Bishop.

The 15 member State Exec. Committee voted in favor of the corrupt resolution with reportedly two in opposition and two absent. The tactics of the RINOs to push good conservatives out of the process highlights how they want the party to fail and not advance a liberty agenda. One also has to wonder why puppet Bobby Benson, who is paid $130K per year by Emmer, would insert himself into disenfranchising delegates from a completely separate Congressional District. 

In addition to CD7, the CD6 convention will also be taking place tomorrow with an election for chair. Bobby Benson has also drawn the attention of Royce White, 2024 U.S. Senate nominee and 2026 candidate as Benson is attempting to block White from addressing the convention! Perhaps they are nervous that he will again get a standing ovation and expose the corruption going on!

Last night A4L President Erik Mortensen and Jake Duesenberg exposed the truth about the mystery 1972-10 company that was paid tens of thousands of dollars to liberal propagandist, ‘white dude for Kamala’ Michael Brodkorb under RINO David Hann’s leadership. MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash has kept this hidden from the public until A4L pressure forced him to admit the truth, which he seemingly never would have done otherwise. One has to who else in the Hann circle was well-aware of the details and allowed the party to operate as controlled opposition to the Dems.

President Trump signed an executive order on Thursday, March 20, 2025, to begin the dismantling of the Department of Education. Since the signing, the MNGOP and Republican legislators have remained quiet.

President Trump’s long standing goal to eliminate the DoE has been set into motion. And while it would take an act of Congress to completely shut it down, in true Trump form, he refuses to let any grass grow under his feet by just standing around.

It’s no surprise that there’s been lots of criticism from the left since Trump put pen to paper. The Dems wasted no time and pulled zero punches as they voiced dissenting opinions with their unique brand of loud and obnoxious public outrage.

What IS surprising is a deafening silence from the MNGOP. One would hope that the take down of an educational system that has miserably failed our children would be praiseworthy, but… NOT A WORD! 

This is because Republicans cower in fear of Education Minnesota (the Teachers Union) and their PAC. You see, Education Minnesota is among the biggest boosters of the Democrats. Just last year, their PAC gave almost a HALF MILLION DOLLARS to the Democrat Party straight up.

That doesn’t count direct funding to candidates and other funding. MinnPost recently put up a graphic analysis of who funds the Democrats in Minnesota and wrote in the article:

Funding from unions via dues payments cannot be underestimated. The predictable funding is the basis for DFL campaigns. That money goes to both political party committees and the primary DFL fundraising committee, the We All Do Better PAC. Public employee unions lead the way — Education Minnesota, the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees and AFSCME Council 5. But construction unions that often give some money to both parties give in larger amounts to DFLers.

It’s also because most Republicans are RINOs. These are people who agree with and will support the Leftist agenda while wearing the red shirt and waving the GOP flag. But make no mistake what and who they stand for. Hint: it’s not for Freedom, Liberty and D.O.G.E.

That’s why the Minnesota Republicans are silent. They don’t want to end the Dept. of Education. They don’t want School Choice. They are for government schools who teach wokism.  

Trump’s decisive actions continue to set the standard for conservative lawmakers nationwide who embrace the America First agenda. But Minnesota RINOs leave liberty lovers in the lurch once again.

Minnesota’s State Senate was brought into the national spotlight following the arrest and resignation of Senator Justin Eichorn (SD6). Eichorn now faces federal charges after he tried to meet up with and prostitute someone who he believed was a 17 year old girl. 

With a vacancy now in Senate District 6, a special election will be called by Tyrant Tim Walz and this deep red district will be required to elect someone to fill the remainder of the Senate term. Reportedly, Walz will do so on Tuesday March 25th and the seat will be filled mid to late April.

This GOP primary will be determinative of who will hold this Senate seat since the district is a Republican stronghold. It is to be seen if MN Democrats will deceive their voters and legislators into thinking they have a chance to flip it like RINOs did in the deep blue 40B State House special election. 

This district covers areas in Cass, Crow Wing, and Itasca counties. Despite Eichorn’s resignation only taking place Thursday last week, many candidates have emerged for the SD6 special election and the stage has been set for a large and competitive GOP primary.

As of this article’s publishing, there are seven Republican candidates who have announced and one Democrat. This includes Jennifer Carnahan, Steve Cotariu, Keri Heintzeman, John Howe, Josh Gazelka, Doug Kern, Angel Zierden, and Democrat Emily LeClaire. Rumors are also floating around that former RINO Senator Carrie Ruud may run.

Action 4 Liberty intends to ask each of the GOP candidates to sign the Never Again Pledge, ensuring that they will fight for medical freedom and the removal of unilateral authority by a Governor to shut down our state.

Jennifer Carnahan

Jennifer Carnahan is the former nightmare Chair of the MNGOP who resigned in disgrace due to her own unprofessional conduct and her deep ties to Anton Lazzaro (who was convicted of sex trafficking). The gross irony to draw between Eichorn and Carnahan has already been pounced on by the Democrat Party.

Carnahan once led an effort to purge A4L supporters from the party… Sound familiar? The divisive and down-right disgusting actions of Carnahan do not end there. In a leaked phone call, Carnahan laughed and joked while saying her then husband (late Congressman Jim Hagedorn) was “going to die from cancer in two years” which was followed up with a “so be it”. She also was sued by Hagedorn’s family for his cancer expenses which she refused to pay despite reportedly receiving $348K in death benefit/life insurance. If SD6 thought it was morally bankrupt before, just wait and see what Carnahan could have in store. She is currently the Mayor of Nisswa.

Steve Cotariu

Steve Cotariu is an Army veteran, a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Chair of board of advisers for Alakai Defense Systems, and owns his own business. With seemingly no previous political experience aside from a recent school board run, Cotariu may be trying to pull Republican support out of a hat. Cotariu is a Merrifield resident and says his campaign is about bringing real leadership and common-sense solutions to the office.

Keri Heintzeman

Keri Heintzeman is the wife of RINO Rep. Josh Heintzeman and was one of the MNGOP Exec. Board members that reportedly voted to “condemn” A4L with baseless smears and lies. The pathetic attacks against our organization and supporters largely leave us unfazed as we’ve seen their script before. The Heintzemans reportedly have a few children who are still under 18, which begs the question; Why do they both want to play politics over 100 miles away in St. Paul while they’ve got kids at home? Keri will never fight the corruption and RINO actions of her husband like trying to seek revenge on a Police Chief and using HRCC money as Chair for unendorsed RINO incumbents.  

Dr. John Howe

Dr. John Howe is a businessman and retired veterinarian from Grand Rapids. Howe is seemingly the only candidate running from Itasca County and is the husband of former Itasca GOP Chair, Diane Howe. John has previously run for the State House and did not continue his campaign after losing the endorsement to Ben Davis.

Josh Gazelka

Josh Gazelka is the son of RINO Paul Gazelka, who has seemingly already pulled Establishment strings for Josh to be endorsed by the corrupt, gun control supporting MPPOA (which also endorses drunk driving Democrats). A source tell A4L that Josh has told others that he would never run for office after all politics has put his family through, yet here we stand today. Josh claims that he feels “compelled to use his gifts of bringing calm and stability”. Maybe his definition of “calm and stability” is uniparty omnibus bills and more growth of government.

Doug Kern

Doug Kern is a conservative grassroots activist who has previously challenged RINO Josh Heintzeman for the State House. Doug is a businessman and resident of Brainerd. Kern states that he is 100% pro-life, wants election integrity, believes schools should teach American exceptionalism & not CRT/DEI, wants fiscal responsibility, supports law enforcement, and supports stand your ground laws. Kern has been a fighter against RINOs like David Hann at various Republican conventions by making and supporting strong resolutions.

Angel Zierden

Angel Zierden is the former Mayor of Breezy Point and did not seek re-election in 2024. Zierden says she drafted her first bill at age 27 and remains committed to bipartisan collaboration in St. Paul. She currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce and is pregnant, due to have her fifth child in May. She has additionally endorsed Democrat Jen Schultz instead of Republican Pete Stauber last year.

Emily LeClaire (Democrat)

Democrat Emily LeClaire is a radical left, big government candidate who was the Dem nominee against Josh Heintzeman in the last election. Like other Dems in red districts, they mask their real agenda with empty talking points and false appeals to conservative issues. There is no real concern that LeClaire or any other potential Democrat could win the general election so the GOP primary will be paramount.

While the GOP no longer has a criminal on their side of the aisle, Democrats still have Nicole Mitchell and have refused to hold her to account after Mitchell broke into her widowed step-mother’s house and seemingly tried to burglarize it. Senate Dems say the court proceedings must happen first but the court proceedings have been delayed due to her holding office! Considering Mitchell was in her step-mother’s bedroom and a lot of information is still to be known, the GOP must have a fighter.

Moral clarity is needed in this moment and the residents of SD6 have a major opportunity to correct course and move past the Justin Eichorn situation. A4L will keep Patriots informed on which candidates sign and do not sign the Never Again Pledge to prove if they will fight for freedom of their district’s citizens.

Tim Walz is publicly celebrating a 40% drop in the stock value of Tesla since the beginning of 2025. This is a HUGE slap in the face to countless Minnesotans because their state pension plan is heavily vested in Tesla stock. 

In a recent ‘Walz for President 2028’ campaign tour stop, that looked more like a stand-up comedy routine than a political gathering, Walz joked about the Tesla stock therapy he uses to “give him a little boost during the day”.

Unfortunately, Walz’s “little boost” is at the expense of the people he is supposed to be looking out for… hard working, liberty loving folks like you.  

In our state we have various retirement funds, trust funds, and cash accounts managed by the Minnesota State Board of Investment (SBI). An SBI report from June 30, 2024 shows a little more than 1.6 million shares of Tesla stock in it’s portfolio and that stock has plummeted over 40% since Jan 1.

In his disgustingly insensitive “little boost” comment, Walz shamelessly cheered AGAINST the state’s success and flagrantly celebrated the PAIN of Minnesotans.

Even former MN Rep. Dean Phillips, who referred to Walz as “my Governor and my friend” during a News Nation interview, said he’s “appalled and shocked” at Walz’s statement. 

Dean went on to say, “I feel like we’re living in the twilight zone. I really don’t recognize my party, I don’t recognize its principles”. And the fall of Tesla stock has “hurt a lot of Minnesotans who have their money in pension funds”.

Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary hit the nail on the head when he told The Hill, “That poor guy didn’t check his portfolio and his own pension plan for the state. It’s beyond stupid what he did.”

O’Leary continued, “What’s the matter with that guy? He doesn’t check the well-being of his own constituents.” 

The answer to that question would be a resounding NO!

The people of this state deserve a Governor who truly cares about their welfare and their future. Action 4 Liberty will not relent in the fight for a stronger and better Minnesota.

GOP State Senator Justin Eichorn (SD6) was arrested Monday, March 17th, after allegedly texting with someone who he thought was a 16 year old girl, soliciting prostitution from her, and arranging a meeting place in Bloomington. 40 year old Justin Eichorn went to the location and was arrested on sight.

Eichorn faces felony charges of Soliciting Under 18 yr Old to Practice Prostitution. The city of Bloomington has released the following statement:

It has widely been reported that the alleged decoy was claiming to be 16 years old but the online version of the Bloomington statement says the decoy was 17 years old. This was likely a typo and will be corrected but should be noted as a discrepancy.

According the the Hennepin County jail roster, Eichorn is currently in custody, being held without bail, and is being charged under MN statute 609.324. See below:

Minnesota Senate Republicans have issued the following statement calling on Eichorn to resign from office:

Action 4 Liberty further calls on Justin Eichorn to resign. Nobody can critique the woke, immoral, grooming, tyrannical Democrat agenda from any high ground while they face legitimate prosecution of attempted PEDOPHELIA! Eichorn was seemingly attempting to commit the WORST crime someone can commit by taking advantage of a minor.

Eichorn joins Democrat Sen. Nicole Mitchell (SD47) as a fellow criminal in the Senate as she has become known for breaking into her elderly, widowed step-mother’s house in the middle of the night. The disgusting actions each have taken have made it clear that they are incapable of representing the People and have personal, legal troubles to deal with. 

Action 4 Liberty does not allow for double-standards or inconsistent logic. The State Senate must take immediate action and remove Eichorn and Mitchell from the chamber. Considering that Democrats have protected Mitchell due to their slim Majority, the removal of both creeps could make for a politically feasible option.

While we do live in an era of false sexual allegations, including against President Donald Trump, the case of Justin Eichorn appears to be an open-and-shut case. The Bloomington Police seemingly set up the sting operation with detectives posing as a 16 year old girl and Eichorn met up at the location to try to prostitute her! 

Justin Eichorn will now face leftist prosecutor Mary Moriarty and has ruined his name and reputation forever. Moriarty is even to the left of Tyrant Tim Walz and ANTIFA Keith Ellison, so there is no doubt that she is going to unleash the full weight of the Justice system onto Eichorn. His wife and four children will now live with the Hell of what their father has become.

Following an assumed Eichorn resignation, people of high moral character must be prepared to fill the void and step up to the plate. Senate District 6 is a deep red area and covers portions of Cass, Crow Wing, and Itasca counties (district map can be seen here). Considering Eichorn’s pathetic 29% lifetime score on A4L’s scorecards, conservatives may see this as an opportunity to put a real Patriot in office! However, conservatives will have to watch for RINOs like Rep. Josh Heintzeman (6B) who may try to climb the ladder and take advantage of the situation (who has his own ethical concerns).

Action 4 Liberty will stay consistent whether it is a Democrat or a Republican, crooked politicians must pay for their evil actions. Justin Eichorn must immediately resign from office or be expelled by the body (perhaps in tandem with a Mitchell removal). Now is the time to hold these politicians to account and we will continue fighting for the Grassroots liberty movement in this battle!

The 2026 Minnesota Governor race will be watched nationwide as failed VP candidate Tyrant Tim Walz appears poised to run for a third term. Despite humiliating himself on the national stage, Walz is eyeing the Presidency in 2028 and must maintain the Governorship to stay relevant.

Since being exposed as a habitual liar and total fraud, Walz’ decreasing popularity could be a sign that a strong, unifying Republican candidate could defeat him. Anti-MAGA David Hann was fired as MNGOP Chair by the State Central delegation in December after failing the party in every possible way. From disenfranchising duly-elected delegates to working against endorsed candidates to paying secret companies with party funds like 1972-10 (which is likely ‘White Dude for Kamala’ Michael Brodkorb) to leaving the party financially broke to wiping the MNGOP computer servers like Hillary Clinton, David Hann was a failed Chair on all accounts.

Hann screwed over so many people in the grassroots that he could not even manage to keep the support of the State Central, which is largely made up of party insiders and delegates who have been active within the party for years upon years. Even with the support of unhinged Rep. Walter Hudson, who had more respect among the grassroots at the time, Hann was soundly defeated by Alex Plechash. Perhaps Establishment Cultist Walter Hudson will finish off his clownish routine of attacking grassroots conservatives by running as Hann’s Lt. Governor/running mate! 

All this in mind, Hann would have ZERO chance to win the GOP endorsement or a primary, nonetheless a general election where he would have to unify all conservatives around him to win!

Walz’ dream opponent would be a weak Republican who doesn’t even have the support of his own base. RINO David Hann couldn’t fit that mold any better!

Hann likely knows that he has no chance at winning but is trying to keep his name relevant for his own ego. The grassroots of the MNGOP despises Hann and would likely see his candidacy as a non-factor. Hann reeks of desperation as it is clear that nobody cares about this theoretical campaign.

Interestingly, Hann previously ran an unserious campaign for Governor in 2010 but dropped out after a pathetic (single digit) performance in the straw poll on caucus night in order to avoid any further embarrassment. However, Hann couldn't help himself from further embarrassment as he then allegedly tried to start a "Draft Hann" for Governor movement at a 2012 State Central meeting. A truthful "draft" campaign is constituents asking someone to run, not a candidate deceitfully pretending there is natural support for them!

Several other individuals are also considering a run or have already announced their candidacy. Former professional MMA fighter and previous CD3, State Senate, and Hennepin County Commissioner candidate Brad Kohler has launched a Governor campaign, as has former teacher and perennial candidate Phillip Parrish. Though some in the grassroots are interested in following these campaigns, neither appears capable of running a serious statewide campaign and flipping the state. Parrish has even quit the MNGOP before after failing to be elected as party chair, see below:

A number of potential GOP candidates, all of which leaving room to desire, have publicly floated a run in 2026 including the following:

Sen. Zach Duckworth (SD57) - Weak moderate RINO - Post on X rules out U.S. Senate run but leaves door open to Governor run

Dr. Scott Jensen - Former Senator, 2022 GOP Nominee, Strong on Covid but nothing else - Told the Star Tribune last month that he is “strongly considering” another run

Kendall Qualls - Former GOP candidate for Governor and CD3, Supports unilateral Governor Emergency Power lockdown powers - While guest hosting a show on Northern Alliance Radio on 1/26/25, Qualls stated “Running again or being a candidate again is something I’m considering.” “I have not made a final decision. My wife and I are considering it. We’re praying about it. And, you know, we hope to come to this final conclusion soon.” 

Jim Schultz - 2022 GOP Nominee for AG - Told the Star Tribune last month “It has been gratifying to receive so much encouragement to run statewide again.” “My heart is in continuing to serve Minnesota”.

Other rumored names and unforeseen candidates will likely emerge as our state is just beginning the 2026 campaign period. Tampon Timmy is in trouble and is surveying the scene until June before making a public announcement. Walz LOST ground in Minnesota for Dems in the 2024 race despite the "home team" advantage. Kamala and Walz UNDER-PERFORMED 2020 Dem results in our state, meanwhile Trump expanded the MAGA base in size and percentage! 

Considering Walz’ recent comments, where he labeled half of the country as “nazis” and “fascists”, he is slipping into deep Blue-Anon territory and has no credibility to tell the truth. Walz even doubled-down on the comments while also trying to pretend he wasn't actually talking about Republicans. The lies keep piling up and the schtick is getting old. Most states have gubernatorial term limits for a reason and Walz may be overstaying his welcome.

Action 4 Liberty will keep Patriots updated on candidates that emerge in all key races throughout the state in 2026. An informed Grassroots Liberty Army is what the Establishment fears more than anything else!

Conservatives across our nation have long advocated for the abolition of the Department of Education (DoE) as it has become clear that crooked D.C. politicians and bureaucrats cannot be trusted. While RINOs and other do-nothing Republicans have talked big games for years on the issue, President Trump appears to be poised to direct his Education Secretary, wife of entertainment mastermind Vince McMahon and former CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), to dismantle the DoE and return the power to the states.

Minnesota GOP legislators should be taking note!

In a Final Mission memo, McMahon informed the federal agency employees that she has been directed to “send education back to the states” and eliminate “bureaucratic bloat”, which she plans to do “quickly and responsibly”. This comes as news breaks surrounding a potential Executive Order. This sign of strength highlights what Republican politicians SHOULD be doing, but in Minnesota, the RINOs and Dems will work together to maintain and expand funding of the MN DoE and power of Education Minnesota union boss lobbyists.

While several news outlets have obtained a copy of the alleged draft executive order, the mainstream media has worked in unison to block the public from seeing it.

As reported, the order requires the department to reallocate and reassign their functions that would be more “effectively managed by other agencies”. A larger goal of this move is to remove the D.C. footprint and remove the conglomeration of Washington D.C. power. Additionally, there are seemingly no plans to eliminate financial aid like the Pell Grant or disability protections required under law and Trump is instead going to focus on making the programs fair and operable. 

The elimination of the DoE would seemingly free up $80 billion from their yearly discretionary budget spending and return power delegated under the 10th Amendment back to the states, as it belongs. The DoE’s dissolution cannot be done solely through Presidential Executive Orders and must be approved through Congress. As the GOP has control of both federal chambers, Trump’s only hurdle may be RINOs who refuse to go along with the MAGA DOGE agenda.

While the U.S. has had an Education agency in some capacity since 1879, it wasn’t until 1979 when President Jimmy Carter gave it a singular Department and started its trend towards a bloated, heavy-handed, regulatory monster. Beforehand, the agency existed within the Dept. of Health, Education, and Welfare (1953-1979), the Federal Security Agency (1939-1953), and the Dept. of Interior (1869-1939).

From single-room schoolrooms and lawyering learned/licensing acquired through apprenticeships and oral tests, our founding fathers never intended for a bloated agency to push woke propaganda and regulate every detail of our lives. Education is a local issue and should be dealt with as locally as possible: From the state down to the county down to the school board down to the family.

Unfortunately, RINOs in the MN Legislature appear to have no intention of shrinking government and increasing parental rights. After the House GOP gave up all leverage in a deal with Dems, they removed all potential to pass legislation with their temporary 67 person majority. Due to this and an unwillingness to fight, Minnesota will likely some variation of the Walz Education Budget passed. House Education Finance Committee Chair, RINO Ron Kresha, is a tool of the Establishment to maintain the status quo. He will fork over billions of your tax dollars for a broken, woke education system without thinking twice. 

If House Republicans were serious about localizing education, expanding school choice, protecting home-schooling families, blocking faulty student vax requirements, removing woke propaganda from schools, and other conservative policy goals then they would have proposed their own 2026-2027 Edu. budget by now! Since that is yet to exist, there is no doubt that the GOP will work within the Walz framework and fail to deliver for the base. In Walz' proposed budget, their #1 priority is a weaponized, Socialist interpretation of "equity" and increases 2026 spending from this year's projections.

Education Minnesota is a left wing union with bosses that fund Democrat candidates across the state. In 2022, their political action committee (PAC) spent nearly $4 million, with over $2.5 million alone going to the Dems' House, Senate, and State Central committees. Teachers cannot fully opt out of their union dues funding the PAC but they can request a refund, however, they must do so every single year. In addition, their national union arm does the same thing with the dues they collect from the states! Conservative teachers have been left without real representation.

Wile Trump is DEFUNDING the entities that empower the Left, Minnesota RINO legislators will continue funding leftist garbage propaganda!

Outsider thinking is necessary to localize education, the Establishment has created this mess and it will be free-thinkers who get us out. As President Trump comes from the business world, he wisely surrounded himself with Linda McMahon, who has an unbelievable business acumen of her own. While some discount McMahon’s abilities due to her involvement in the spectacle of professional wrestling, including her participation in some WILD and hilarious segments, McMahon has serious political chops.

McMahon is a two time U.S. Senate candidate in deep blue Connecticut and increased the GOP vote percentage by over 11% in 2010 and over 33% in 2012. She served as the Administrator of the Small Business Admin. under Pres. Trump and later the Chair for the America First Policy Institute. McMahon has additionally served as a strong anti-establishment voice on the Connecticut Board of Education in 2009 after being appointed by GOP Governor Jodi Rell and has completed a semester of student teaching.

Aside from shared anti-establishment business roots and political beliefs, McMahon and Trump have also both fallen victim to Stone Cold Steve Austin’s Stunner, though neither effectively sold it. It is clear that their energy is instead best spent delivering government-shrinking, cost-cutting, pro-freedom, anti-establishment victories for the MAGA base and saving our country!

McMahon’s nomination to run the DoE passed the Senate along party lines despite previous bipartisan support for her. The outsider thinking that she and Trump possess will allow states to reclaim wasted money and provide a more expansive educational landscape. However, MN RINOs clearly do not have the same FIGHT in them!

Control of education must be put back into the hands of families, not the government!

Otter Tail County (OTC) grassroots patriots have taken the brunt of unfair political practices to keep RINO Establishment forces in control. While this intra-party conflict exists throughout our state, duly-elected delegates of OTC are in a category of their own while fighting corruption.

OTC Patriots have been banned from participating in the following conventions: 2023 CD7, 2023 OTC, 2024 OTC, 2024 CD7, 2024 State conventions. Now they are being banned from the 2025 OTC and CD7 conventions again! According to local Patriots, 62 OTC Republicans were targeted and allegedly received one of the two emails disqualifying them from participating in these conventions! See below:

As you see above, the email comes from CD7 Deputy Chair RINO Tiffany Lesmeister-Knott. OTC should be allowed to operate on its own without other party units interfering and manipulating the delegation however, the MNGOP State Exec. Committee unfortunately voted unanimously to give control of the OTC convention to RINO CD7 leadership. You will also note above that RINO party lawyer Reid LeBeau used cease and desist threats against five of the ten BPOU Exec. Board members last year for simply fighting corruption in their BPOU and now they are banned for that same reason!

Considering CD7’s RINO control, which has included their bans of duly-elected OTC delegates from previous conventions, they are obviously not a neutral source to solve this issue. In addition, CD7 Chair Craig Bishop is a paid staffer for Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach which is a massive conflict of interest, which became extremely evident as conservative Steve Boyd challenged her for the GOP endorsement last year and his OTC supporters were banned from participating! 

Like in previous conventions, CD7 is using 2022 delegate lists instead of 2024 lists. This is faulty from the jump but to make matters worse, OTC locals tell A4L that OTC Chair RINO Vance Bachmann admitted to adding names of people who did not attend the caucus on the 2022 list! This means the Establishment is stacking the deck by removing Patriots and replacing them with liberal RINOs!

Reportedly, individuals who filled out forms during the 2024 caucus documents and forms exactly the same as others have received different emails from CD7 (meaning some have been allowed to participate while others are not). We must also bear in mind that OTC delegates were presented with additional crony forms that were not in line with the documents required by the MNGOP Constitution and bylaws. 

With all of the surrounding corruption, the OTC Convention has now been postponed! While it was scheduled to take place this Saturday, March 8th, it has tentatively been rescheduled for March 22nd. Considering the CD7 convention will take place on Saturday, March 29th, time is of the essence! If OTC is not allowed to meet before that date, they would not have ANY duly-elected representation for the CD7 convention or the spots are given up to RINOs.

The CD7 convention will also hold high-stakes leadership elections, which includes the CD7 Chair race between Mr. Conflict of Interest Craig Bishop and grassroots conservative Bret Bussman. As a BPOU Chair, previous MNGOP Chair candidate, and former GOP endorsed Senate candidate, Bussman’s candidacy could yield support. If OTC delegates are blocked from voting on key leadership races, the Establishment is given a massive advantage.

Sources tell A4L that a certain number of the 62 or so people who received an email banning their participation have since been re-allowed to participate but there will still be dozens of disenfranchised Patriots.

One disenfranchised OTC Patriot and duly-elected delegate, Eric Hanson, expressed some of the frustrations that he and other grassroots conservatives have been forced to endure. This came in the form of a response to a MNGOP fundraising mailer, which hopefully will reach the party leadership and force an intervention. See below:

Action 4 Liberty will continue to give a voice to the grassroots conservative of Otter Tail County that have been trampled on by the Establishment. The “Party of Election Integrity” must ensure election integrity within their own party business because conservatives are fed up with being dismissed and disenfranchised. Grassroots conservatives must be heard loud and clear, the corruption must end now!
