While the fraud was administered and overseen by Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, and the Executive Branch of Minnesota, they were able to create our state’s massive fraud regime because the legislature funded it.

Republicans were led in the House by Lisa Demuth, who was cutting backroom deals with Tim Walz and other Democrats that led to massive spending using unconstitutional, multi-subject, fraud-funding omnibus bills. Though she complains about the fraud now, Demuth allowed Democrat priority after Democrat priority to pass and become law while Republicans got little to nothing during her time as Speaker. Demuth also cut a backroom deal with Walz and Democrats to give Minnesota massive debt in the most recent legislative session. If there’s one person who has never read “The Art of the Deal”, it would be liberal Lisa Demuth.

The Minnesota legislature passes the state budget in odd-numbered years which means the most recent budget was passed in 2025 under Lisa Demuth. Demuth claims that this was a $5 Billion reduction but that is just ANOTHER LIE from Liar Lisa. Demuth will tell people that the legislature passed a $66 Billion budget when state spending will actually total $71 Billion! There is almost ZERO that was cut from the radical Democrat’s 2023 budget.

The massive fraud in Minnesota is caused by a few bills, specifically bills that funded social services. Lisa Demuth voted for every single bill signed into law by Tim Walz in 2025 which includes the omnibus spending bill that funded abortion, daycare fraud, autism centers, and other socialist programs for Somali migrants. The massive amounts of fraud within CCAP has been known for years yet Demuth continued funding the program and blocked efforts to do away with the socialist program.

Demuth could have been a tough negotiator that used leverage to force Democrats to defund fraud. Republicans had the votes to SHUT DOWN the state government and force Democrats to make major concessions. Instead, Demuth maintained the corrupt status quo by funneling billions of tax dollars to fraudulent endeavors and failed to enact meaningful conservative reform.

The GOP had the opportunity to have a real majority in the State House by rejecting the election certificate of radical Democrat Brad Tabke after it was discovered that 21 ballots were trashed and never counted in the race that was decided by 14 votes. The House has the Constitutional authority (Article IV, Section 6) to reject his election certificate as the ultimate judge of election results. Instead, Lisa Demuth cut a deal with Democrats that allowed Tabke to be seated and recognized their bogus swearing-in ceremony as legitimate. Republicans would have had a real majority but Demuth was more concerned with appeasing radical leftists like MN Secretary of State Steve Simon and Brad Tabke.

Lisa Demuth failed Republicans as Speaker and it is clear why she has failed to garner grassroots support. The out-of-state billionaire bankrolling the PAC supporting Lisa Demuth can try to propaganize voters and make Demuth out to be a superhero when in reality, she is just a RINO and a bad negotiator.

Action 4 Liberty supports massive reductions to state spending to ensure fraud is eliminated. The larger that government is, the more corrupt and fraudulent it becomes. A leader of any political party is tasked with growing public support, maintaining support with the party’s base, and uniting different factions under shared principles. In Minnesota, party leaders must also support the will of their party which is expressed through endorsing conventions. MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash is failing on all fronts as he released a statement from the party attacking Mike Lindell and slighting the party-endorsed candidate for Governor, Kendall Qualls.

Plechash used party resources and the party website to put his message out. This message came in response to President Trump endorsing Mike Lindell for Governor. Plechash also failed to utter Kendall Qualls’ name in the press release, showing clear bias for Liar Lisa Demuth. See statement below:

Since Lindell is the candidate leading in primary polls and is someone who could very likely be the nominee, it is foolish for Plechash to attack someone he may end up being forced to support. Plechash is giving the Democrats exactly what they want by fracturing the GOP base and agitating grassroots conservatives who support the Lindell campaign. Mike Lindell has publicly said that he paid his current and previous property taxes, which makes Plechash’s main attack line irrelevant. Plechash’s attacks beyond that are simply rhetoric and ridiculous conjecture.

Even further, Alex Plechash is required by the MNGOP Constitution in Article XVII, Section 6 to act in the best interest of party-endorsed candidates. See below:

This is not the first time that Plechash has undermined Kendall Qualls after Qualls won the MNGOP endorsement. Following the state convention, Plechash released a statement that says Lisa Demuth is not required to abide by the endorsement and he uses the voting clickers (a self-imposed Plechash problem) as his excuse. By undermining the will of delegates and the Qualls campaign, Plechash is causing further disunity. Plechash's statement allowing candidates to primary Qualls was later retracted by the MNGOP State Executive Committee.

Plechash could have taken the opportunity to promote Qualls but instead he doesn't name him and says "Other Republican candidates". This is an obvious wink and nod to Lisa Demuth and shows Plechash is not abiding by the MNGOP Constitution.

One thing is clear: If Mike Lindell or Kendall Qualls is the Republican nominee, Alex Plechash appears incapable of leading the party to victory. Supporters of Lindell and Qualls may decide that Plechash should no longer lead the party, which is already being discussed by some MNGOP State Central Committee delegates.

You know the leftist media is desperate when they have to attack a candidate for achieving success and having many professional accomplishments. Where there is no controversy, the left will make one up! State Auditor candidate Nate George has learned this lesson first-hand after MinnPost released a pathetic hit-piece on him to make readers question his credibility, professional accomplishments, military career, and more. Almost all of their attacks were veiled as skepticism, insinuation, or semantics since they lack evidence to actually question the various roles he has held in his career.

In the race to become Minnesota’s top financial watchdog at the MNGOP State Convention, Nate George won the endorsement handedly against RINO Scott Jensen on the first ballot, winning with over 76% of the vote. Aside from contrasting political styles and viewpoints, supporters of Nate George argued he earned their support because of the experience he brings to the table with his roles as Mayor of Braham and as a gaming regulatory auditor while Scott Jensen lacks professional auditing experience.

The biggest complaint about Nate George that MinnPost blows out of proportion is a couple of social media concerning the fact that Nate George is in the process of becoming a certified fraud examiner after receiving an ACFE-Twin Cities chapter scholarship. Neither RINO Scott Jensen or Democrat Zack Filipovich are certified fraud examiners nor are they in the process of becoming one like Nate George. Ahead of the general election, Nate George is scheduled to take the required exams in September to receive this credential. George told MinnPost that he will “make sure future references accurately reflect my status until the credential is officially awarded”.

MinnPost then relies on quotes from a campaign spokesman instead of Nate George, who would obviously have a better recollection of his career than a campaign staffer or volunteer. MinnPost couldn’t come up with an attack on George's professional auditing role or Mayoral position but they do call Nate George’s Air Force service into question by doubting one of his duties. The Air Force spokesman defers to Nate George on the topic, making it clear that MinnPost doesn’t have a leg to stand on.

Nate George is also a former paid-on-call firefighter and first responder for his community, was a deputy sheriff for a brief time, and previously obtained a paralegal certificate from the American Bar Association after receiving a master’s degree in law from Hamline University. The MinnPost article is filled with deceptive questions and misleading implications of to make simple-minded readers doubt Nate George’s successes. Fake news leftists like Matthew Blake think it is impossible to be accomplished and wear many hats.

If they cannot attack you for failures, they will attack you for success! MinnPost and leftists are desperate to prop up RINO Scott Jensen because he is a general election liability for Republicans. Jensen was defeated by over 7.5% by Tampon Tim in 2022 and has lost credibility with the conservative base by flip-flopping on abortion, gun control, transgenderism, school vaccine mandates, and more. Jensen previously interned at Planned Parenthood and voted for unconstitutional omnibus bills including a bill that funded abortion with tax dollars while in the State Senate.

The leftist media wants to counter-act and propagandize grassroots conservatives to maintain the corrupt status quo. RINOs like Scott Jensen, Michele Tafoya, and Lisa Demuth are the preferred candidates of the far-left media because they do not want conservatives to have a real choice at the ballot box.

President Trump made the announcement on social media on Wednesday, July 15th. While President Trump has previously said that Mike Lindell deserves to be Governor of Minnesota, this announcement makes the endorsement official. 

Mike Lindell put himself on the map by promoting election integrity and calling out the crooked 2020 election. As a loyal ally to President Trump, Lindell refused to back down from the fight, even when Dominion filed a mega-lawsuit against him. As seen in previous A4L reporting, Lindell received a big legal win when Dominion dropped their lawsuit against him with more and more election fraud evidence mounting.

The endorsement of President Trump may lock down the GOP primary for Mike Lindell. As seen in polling below, Lindell could blow the competition out of the water with Trump’s support. See below:

Mike Lindell has positioned himself as the MAGA, America First, and anti-establishment candidate from the moment he entered the race. Lindell brings national support to Minnesota from grassroots conservatives across the country. Lindell’s celebrity status and grassroots army of supporters and donors makes him a threat to the Democrat Establishment that has destroyed Minnesota.

If Republicans want to win in Minnesota and defeat Amy Klobuchar, they cannot use the same tired playbook that has caused defeat after defeat. RINO career politicians depress Republican turnout because grassroots conservatives refuse to vote for candidates that do not represent their values. Republicans will need to turn out voters at the same level as President Trump to win in Minnesota and cannot do so with a candidate that does not excite the base.

President Trump’s endorsement of Mike Lindell is a major blow that will hurt the campaigns of MNGOP-endorsed Kendall Qualls and RINO Lisa Demuth. The personal relationship and loyalty between Lindell and Trump could not be broken and it may be the end of the road for other campaigns. 

RINO Lisa Demuth represents the antithesis of the MAGA movement. She is a career politician who caved to Democrats all along the way. Demuth has voted for gun control three different times, voted for taxpayer-funded abortions, maintained the corrupt status quo of unconstitutional omnibus bills, and she lies constantly. The RINOs will continue to promote her but only talented candidates can outmaneuver a Trump endorsement, and Lisa Demuth is NOT a talented candidate.

Leftist media in Minnesota has made it clear who they want to win the GOP primary based on who they smear and who they never attack. In the Governor race, far left news rags like the Star Tribune and MPR has shown clear bias by elevating attacks against candidates Mike Lindell and Kendall Qualls while they conveniently never call out liberal Lisa Demuth.

The left does not want conservatives to have a real choice in November; They want Minnesotans to choose between two big government liberals who will do nothing to change the corrupt status quo. The left is threatened by outsider conservatives who want to restore government to its core, Constitutional purposes and they use their puppets in the media to attack anyone who challenges the Socialism that Minnesota is under. Amy Klobuchar and Lisa Demuth have both cut backroom deals with Walz and have shown that they will expand government to maintain their own power.

The media is EXTREMELY biased yet they pretend to be objective. As seen on the front page on the Star Tribune on Saturday, July 11th edition, the Star Tribune is elevating an attack on Kendall Qualls that was levied by Qualls’ former campaign advisor, turn backstabber Dave Osmek. The Qualls campaign says that Osmek is disgruntled because Brian Nicholson was selected as Lt. Governor for the campaign instead of him. As A4L has previously reported, Osmek threw a temper tantrum and quit the Republican Party after Qualls was endorsed. See below:

In the article seen above, which can be read in full here, the Star Tribune is attacking Qualls in an attempt to hinder his campaign. The article makes reference to RINO Dave Osmek’s recent campaign finance complaint that he filed against the Qualls campaign which alleges that Qualls used his organization, Take Charge, to shoot campaign videos and to keep some campaign supplies.

Qualls did not respond to Star Tribune for comment, perhaps because he did not trust them to accurately quote him. While the leftist propaganda paper found the story to be worthy of their front page, experts quoted in the story explained how the issue is generally small potatoes. While Qualls did shoot some videos at the Take Charge office and may have kept some supplies there, the value in doing so is likely very minimal, meaning that Osmek’s complaint appears to be nothing more than a petty revenge plot.

In another attack against the Qualls campaign, the Star Tribune went after Qualls’ running mate, Brian Nicholson, for attending the January 6th rally in DC. While there is no evidence Nicholson was violent or broke any laws, they hope the January 6th label will hurt them, despite it earning Nicholson some credibility with grassroots conservatives and election integrity activists.

The Star Tribune has also fanned the flames of attacks against My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell for his campaign strategy of giving out pillows and Lindell’s autobiography. They continue to report on allegations against Lindell and Qualls and refuse to report on the facts surrounding the most liberal candidate in the GOP primary: Lisa Demuth.

The leftist media NEVER attacks Demuth because she has shown as Speaker that she will cut backroom deals with Democrats, vote for gun control, maintain bloated spending, give our state billions in debt, pass unconstitutional omnibus bills, and backstab conservative voters! Of course, the leftist media will turn on Demuth if she becomes the GOP nominee but for the time being, they are shielding her from criticism. 

Sometimes you have to pay attention to what the leftist media doesn’t report instead of what they do report. They will not tell Republicans the truth about Lisa Demuth!

In a recent example, a MPR story discussed the varying views of candidates on the state budget. MPR cites Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) that projects the state spending at about $71 Billion for our current biennium. One paragraph later, they quote Lisa Demuth falsely claiming that she cut spending by $5 Billion! Following the 2025 legislative session, Demuth, RINOs, Democrats, and the mainstream media claimed the budget spent a little over $66 Billion. Now that we know the budget total is closer to $71 Billion, this means that Demuth cut almost NOTHING from 2023 Democrat spending level and was not anywhere close to the $5 Billion she claims to have cut.

MPR does not put two and two together for the reader because they do not want to expose LIAR Lisa Demuth! 

The lamestream, leftist media has made it clear that they oppose Mike Lindell and Kendall Qualls and it appears to be because they fear that they may be actual change agents. Instead of making their leftist, big government, Socialist bias any more clear, the media should be objective again and let readers draw their own conclusions.

Minnesota’s daycare fraud is national news thanks to Nick Shirley’s investigative work and viral YouTube videos. While this news shocked many, MN conservatives in the political trenches like Action 4 Liberty knew about childcare fraud for years and years, including our petition to defund CCAP! Now that reality can no longer be denied, fraudsters who misused tax dollars must be held accountable.

In a recent case, the individual who received the MOST tax dollars for childcare just pleaded guilty in Minnesota federal court to the charge of conspiracy to defraud the United States. This individual, Fahima Mahamud, admitted guilt to $4.6 Million worth of daycare fraud. Mahamud ran the Future Leaders Early Learning Center in Minneapolis and was previously charged in the Feeding Our Future fraud scandal.  See below:

Of the $4.6 Million in fraud, about $3.7 Million came from Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). CCAP spending has increased in recent years and has led to uncontrollable fraud. This is not just the fault of Democrats, this is also the fault of big government RINOs who funded Islamic fraudster migrants with your tax dollars.

The most recent child care fraud funding passed legislatively was last year in our most recent budget year, 2025. One bill that was debated and passed was HF2435. This bill funded abortion, Planned Parenthood, and increased child care spending from the Democrat levels of the 2023 trifecta. Despite Republicans talking tough on fraud, they failed to deliver despite controlling the State House. See increase in spending below:

All 33 Republicans in the State Senate voted against HF2435 but 29 RINOs joined Democrats to pass the unconstitutional, abortion and fraud funding omnibus bill. The bill was not passed by the legislative deadline and a special session occurred. In the special session, the bill was renumbered as HF2. Following pressure from A4L and our supporters, only 22 Republicans joined Democrats to pass this extreme wasteful spending. Those 22 RINOs include:

Paul Anderson (12A), Dave Baker (16B), Greg Davids (26B), Lisa Demuth (13A), Josh Heintzeman (6B), Spencer Igo (7A), Ron Kresha (10A), Andrew Myers (45A), Danny Nadeau (34A), Jim Nash (48A), Harry Niska (31A), Aaron Repinksi (26A), Joe Schomacker (21A), Erica Schwartz (18A), Peggy Scott (31B), Tom Sexton (19B), Roger Skraba (3A), Terry Stier (22B), Paul Torkelson (15B), Cal Warwas (7B), Nolan West (32A), and Natalie Zeleznikar (3B).

While RINOs have failed to take action on this issue, Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) introduced a bill that would abolish and defund the fraudulent CCAP program. While in the legislature in 2021, A4L President Erik Mortensen also introduced a bill (HF145) to eliminate and defund CCAP and child care fraud.

The fraud is undeniable and the Uniparty has brought us here. Action 4 Liberty has sounded the alarm since 2019 on child care fraud yet RINOs like Lisa Demuth have blocked the efforts to do away with the Socialist program.

Action 4 Liberty will remain a consistent, principled voice for limited government. Minnesota’s fraud scandal is enabled by crooked politicians passing bloated, unconstitutional, and fraud-filled omnibus bills. Donors and pro-Life conservatives are abandoning pro-abortion group MCCL after A4L exposure of their deceptive mailer about Senator Nathan Wesenberg. As described in our previous reporting, MCCL is opposing Wesenberg because they think he is TOO pro-Life and TOO conservative!

A4L received an email from a pro-Life conservative who stated that they were a monthly donor to MCCL but have since CANCELLED their monthly donations! This individual tells A4L that they did not know how crooked, corrupt, and evil MCCL was until we exposed it in our recent article. Senate candidate and former State Rep. Jeremy Munson also says he has heard from former MCCL donors who will no longer donate.

MCCL plays cover for the RINOs that vote to spend your tax dollars on abortion and Planned Parenthood. This group also made a pro-abortion commercial with Michele Tafoya and refuses to stand for Life, despite that being the reason they are supposed to exist.

Senator Nathan Wesenberg says MCCL opposed his life at conception bill and amendment and begged him not to introduce it. Wesenberg chose to be unwavering in his pro-Life principles and forced a vote to defund abortion, making him the first State Senator in MN to do so. 

MCCL went on the attack against Wesenberg because he is a co-author of SF5225 which recognizes the Right to Life for pre-born children. MCCL falsely claims that this bill would allow all abortions when it is truly the opposite!

Also, many constituents of Wesenberg's district are skeptical if his primary opponent, Deb Holthaus, is pro-Life herself! Deer farmer Steve Porter, a former colleague of Holthaus', says that she is a secret Democrat who does not support Life.

This organization also tried to take the nearly $850,000 family trust fund from a man who committed suicide the day following his donation. Instead of returning the money to the grieving family, MCCL fought in court to strip the family of their life savings. To make matters worse, the son argues that MCCL knew his father was not of sound mind and knew he planned to commit suicide! MCCL was not allowed to keep the money following the judge’s ruling.

MCCL will continue their downward spiral as more Minnesotans learn that they are not a real pro-Life group. Action 4 Liberty has MASSIVE grassroots support because we always shoot you straight. We pull back the curtain to expose corruption while frauds like MCCL lie and deceive.

If Republicans are only able to capture one statewide office in the 2026 Minnesota elections, it would likely be the State Auditor race to replace Julie "White Claw" Blaha. The State Auditor is the top financial watchdog of the state and Republicans were just 0.34% (8,435 votes) short in the 2022 Auditor race. Since MN’s fraud epidemic has been exposed nationwide, more voters have come to understand that Democrats have no respect for tax dollars or taxpayers. This presents a major opportunity for Republicans but it may be squandered if Scott Jensen is selected as the nominee.

The Star Tribune, KARE 11, and the Hubbard School of Journalism conducted a poll that showed a plurality of Independents polled trust Republicans more to reduce fraud while 36% of Independents polled believe neither party is trustworthy to reduce fraud. This makes the Auditor race winnable for Republicans considering that Independents will decide the outcome of the election. While Independents have broke for Democrats in recent MN elections, Democrats are under water on the fraud issue. See polling below:

If Independents are willing to give Republicans another look due to the issue of fraud, GOP voters will want to bring forward a nominee with competency and no baggage. The GOP primary for Auditor includes three individuals: Braham Mayor, professional auditor, and Republican-endorsed candidate Nate George, doctor and failed Governor candidate Scott Jensen, and a former marijuana party candidate named Will Finn.

Of the three candidates, only Nate George has professional auditing experience. As a gaming regulatory auditor and Mayor, Nate George has the ability to track fraud, crunch numbers, and provide solutions. On the other hand, Scott Jensen is a political ladder-climber who does not have the practical auditing experience that George brings to the table. While Jensen pushes rhetoric, Nate George has taken action by getting his local legislators, Rep. Jimmy Gordon and Sen. Mark Koran, to introduce legislation (HF4914) establishing a pilot program that gives local governments a fraud risk score. This idea could expose corruption and prevent fraud in cities and counties like Minneapolis, St. Paul, Hennepin, Ramsey, and everywhere else across the state.

Scott Jensen entered the Auditor race after facing abysmal levels of support for another Governor run. In the caucus straw poll, Jensen received less than 6.5% and it became clear that Republicans did not trust Jensen to represent their values or win the 2026 election. In a KSTP interview, Jensen admitted he was scared to go against Klobuchar and attempted to shame Republicans for forcing Walz out of the race! Slimy politicians like Scott Jensen do not want exposure until it is politically convenient for their personal ambitions. Since it became clear that Jensen would lose BIGLY, he wiggled his way into the State Auditor race.

Jensen proved he was an electoral liability with his pathetic performance against Tim Walz in debates and in the general election. This led to Jensen losing to Tampon Tim by over 7.5%. Jensen was unable to swing momentum in the GOP’s favor despite his constant groveling to the left and backstabbing of conservative ideals. Jensen has built bad-will with grassroots conservatives due to his flip-flopping on big issues like abortion and gun control, school vaccine mandates, and transgenderism. Jensen previously interned at Planned Parenthood and voted to fund abortion with tax dollars while in the State Senate.

Grassroots dissatisfaction, previous electoral failures, and lack of professional auditing experience make Scott Jensen a general election liability.

Nate George was handedly endorsed at the MNGOP convention on the first ballot with over 76% of the vote. Following this vote, Jensen gave a deceptive concession speech that made many delegates believe he was going to abide by the results. Instead of respecting the will of the Republican delegates, Jensen is still pursuing this selfish endeavor. See endorsement results below:

Jensen’s claim to fame is his fights against the Establishment on Covid-related issues but he did not use his position to fire Walz’ tyrannical Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm or oppose federal vaccine mandates. Additionally, Jensen refuses to sign the Never Again Pledge, proving that he would not prevent future lockdowns from happening. Nate George has signed the Never Again Pledge and was rewarded for doing so by GOP delegates at the state convention.

As seen in the 2018, 2019, and 2020 A4L Scorecards, Jensen would vote for fraud-ridden omnibus bills and would have no credibility to fight fraud. Jensen was a part of the problem in the legislature on the fraud issue because bloated, unconstitutional, thousand-page omnibus bills have created the out of control spending that causes fraud.

The State Auditor race may be the most winnable statewide race for Republicans in Minnesota but that opportunity could slip away if the GOP nominates a proven loser like Scott Jensen.

Minnesota’s caucus and endorsement process is the best way for grassroots citizens to get involved politically. Anybody can participate, vet candidates, and vote for who they would like to represent them in office. The caucus and endorsement process forces candidates to address the issues that matter most to the grassroots and it is for that reason that RINOs want to kill it off.

While most politicians wait until they get into office to backstab the grassroots, one unendorsed RINO State House candidate is already pledging to abolish Minnesota’s endorsement process. Candidate Brady Rouhoff is spitting in the face of Republicans in house district 20B with his open plan to eliminate the caucus and endorsement process. Even worse, undermining the grassroots endorsement is one of the first things Rouhoff is looking to do in office.

Rouhoff is primarying the endorsed Republican, Sara Bertschinger, a nurse who is running to end taxpayer funded abortions, promote fiscal responsibility, prevent fraud, secure our elections, and expand personal freedoms. Bertschinger is a supporter of the caucus and endorsement process stating that “the grassroots endorsement is vital to the election process”.

Brady Rouhoff did not compete for the endorsement and thinks that primaries alone should decide party nominees. In a recent video posted on social media where Rouhoff turned the comments off, he argued that primaries are how “Democracy works”. Rouhoff’s flawed, leftist logic would lead to voters being less informed and have less ability to get involved politically. Rouhoff also pointed to issues at the MNGOP State Convention as a reason to eliminate the caucus process despite the clicker problems being entirely party chair Alex Plechash’s fault. Crybaby Establishment RINOs who are upset that Lisa Demuth lost the Governor endorsement to Kendall Qualls were going to make any excuse they could to allow Demuth to continue her political ladder-climbing.

It must be remembered that Minnesota is not a caucus/endorsement-only state. MN holds a primary that follows endorsements so that party voters can correct perceived mistakes. Rouhoff is entitled to run in the primary but should not try to strip voting rights away from delegates. As mentioned, anyone can get involved in the endorsement process by simply attending the caucus and the following local convention. This process does not undermine the grassroots, it elevates them.

Crooked politicians do not want to be held accountable and know that they are out of touch with their base. The Establishment would prefer that campaigns be voted in based on yard signs, name ID, and mailers instead of a careful vetting and voting process.

The more often that a politician has to work to EARN a vote, the more accountable they are to the people. Unendorsed RINOs like Brady Rouhoff want to diminish your voice because he fears grassroots conservatives.

Deception has become common practice of the political Establishment because they do not have truth on their side. Instead, they rely on blatant lies to dupe voters. This is the case with fake pro-life group MCCL, led by RINO Michelle Fischbach’s husband, and their false attacks against Senator Nathan Wesenberg. This may be the straw that breaks the camel’s back since MCCL will lose major credibility and trust with pro-life conservatives.

Wesenberg is Minnesota’s most pro-life state senator and made history by being the first legislator in MN to introduce and force a vote on an amendment that established that life begins at conception. Wesenberg has fought to defund Planned Parenthood/abortion, has railed against the Democrats’ radical abortion policies, and refused the demands of RINOs to moderate on the issue.

On the other hand, Senator Wesenberg says the MCCL opposed his life at conception amendment and told him not to introduce it! This supposedly pro-life group also protects RINOs who vote to fund abortion with your tax dollars! In another incident, MCCL partnered with pro-abortion Michele Tafoya to make a commercial stating that abortion bans are unconstitutional and that Republicans will not ban abortion. 

The MCCL should be heaping praise on a legislator for championing the issue of life but they are instead ATTACKING him for his principled stand! They are choosing to support Wesenberg’s unendorsed primary opponent, Deb Holtaus, who has been labeled as a secret Democrat by an individual who knows her very well. Many believe that Holtaus is not pro-life at all which shows just how deceptive MCCL is willing to be.

A mailer produced by MCCL has been sent across Wesenberg’s district and it falsely claims that a pro-life bill that Wesenberg co-sponsored would “allow ALL abortions in Minnesota” when his bill does the exact OPPOSITE. See bogus mailer below:

The bill they cite, SF5225, is a proposal for a Constitutional Amendment that would be voted on by MN voters. If the bill passed, the question that would be submitted to voters reads “Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to recognize that a preborn child has the right to life?” This bill should be EXACTLY what MCCL wants yet they are smearing it! Additionally, SF5225 has five co-authors in the Senate and 16 for the identical House version. See bill below:

As far as the other two ridiculous attacks on the mailer are concerned, Senator Wesenberg tells A4L that MCCL begged him not to propose his life at conception amendment because it could hurt swing district Republicans and they considered life at conception to be too extreme. MCCL did not provide reason to oppose the amendment on substance, they opposed it because they wanted to protect RINOs who are not actually pro-life! Wesenberg chose to move forward anyway because protecting life is a principle he would not back down from. A4L is also told that Wesenberg kicked leftist teachers out of his office after they defended perverted LGBT books for children.

Action 4 Liberty has exposed for years that abortion is funded through Health omnibus budget bills in the medical assistance program. While A4L informs the grassroots of the truth, MCCL lies and pretends that there is nothing that can be done. As seen in previous A4L reporting, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that states have the authority to defund abortion and Planned Parenthood yet the MCCL continues to support taxpayer funded baby killing.

This is not the first time A4L has exposed that MCCL is actually pro-abortion, our previous reporting has highlighted this fact before. MCCL cannot contend with truth so they blatantly smear anyone protecting life and exposing corruption in the Capitol.

Want to know how dirty MCCL really is? Look no further than their attempt to take nearly $850,000 from a man who emptied his family trust fund and then committed suicide the next day. Instead of returning the money to the grieving family, MCCL fought in court to strip the family of their life savings! To make matters worse, the son argues that MCCL knew his father was not of sound mind and knew that he planned to commit suicide! MCCL was not allowed to keep the money following the judge's ruling.

MCCL is an evil organization that prioritizes profit over life.
